My car and my parking spot has always been clean. Now I have leaks. I went back myself and also with AAA, more leaks. The oil plug had to be re-done. He said "Not sure what the liquid is, I'll have to do a ninty dollar diagnostic first ". He lied about it being ok to use two coupons and didn't honor the brake coupon. Needs a diagnostic first". I'm getting my car to a real auto technician and she'll be fine.

Lack of customer service and timeliness. If you re going to book, expect it to take longer than you think and to be treated rudely when picking up your car.

I came in thinking it was a simple fix and it was not. My entire brake system needed to be replaced something I was not ready for. They offered me the best safest deal they could, worked with me for financing options, patient and kind and as the day went on they got busier and I was still seen as a person.and my car was up and running smoother and faster for an amazing deal. Hahaha what a joke of an experience wasted time and money at brake and stop.. icalled to see if they can help me eddie said yea ill check it out right now , I waited 4 hours to get diagnosed on leaking coolant which i was charged 80 bucks for. "Repair" would of been 350 the parts are way less than 100 bucks more like 50 bucks. I go home eddie didnt even put the radiator cap back on, my cars smoking from coolant all over the hot engine..last time they get any money from me, what a shame but i got the bad mechanic vibe at first sight though so its my fault..i would rate 0 stars if i could..dont waste TIME OR MONEY at brake n stop..they should just stop..NO I DONT FEEL BAD POSTING THIS

This is the 2nd time I've had to bring my jeep to the shop and Eddie did an awesome job, helped me get financing and back on the road in no time! I've seen some of the neg reviews but always 2 sides to a story and Eddie took care of me and my Jeeps needs with no problems. Thank you 5stars!!

I came in for an alignment, 2 hrs later, I was told it needed a camber adjustment. I said, ya, that's what I came in for, I was then told that a camber or caster adjustment is ANOTHER $90. Their normal adjustment is only tow... and that's normal... so my 1 time alignment cost over $200 without having to buy any parts.. he said "it's in my fine print" lol GOTCHA! I have spoken to multiple shops down the street who charge less than $200 for a lifetime alignment including all adjustments.

DO NOT take your car to this guy. I had to call the cops on him and I'm also taking legal action against him. I had problems in my rear breaks. Took it the the guy he chaged 90 bucks for the diagnosis telling me that the brakes and rotors need to be changed. I spend over 500 dollars to get it fixed. After a month and a half only my brakes were worn and took the car to him as I had warranty. The guy has no customer service manners and was yelling the whole time and told me "he will change them" the problem still persisted and I took it to a certified mechanic that told me that the brakes are super worn and he doesn't think they were changed. I went back to the guy and he asked for ANOTHER 90 dollars to inspect the stuff he misdiagnosed. He told me that there is an issue with my car and asked for 900 dollars to fix it after I paid 800 dollars worth of invoices. I told him that I will legally take action on him and he started screaming at me and wrote a full report to not take liability and wanted me to sign it!! Of course I declined. I also paid the 90 bucks but didn't want to sign anything!! He declined to give me my keys!! I had to call the cops to get my keys back! Just watch out as there are some dishonest mechanics around.Service: Brake service & repair

$95 dollar inspections. On anything, not just the breaks. $1,800 for front breaks and rotors. I ate the $95 dollars and went to another garage where it was about 1,200 less for all four breaks and front rotors, replacement bulbs, and an oil change.

My mom took her Toyota 4Runner to this business in Escondido to change the brakes. When she received the car back she noticed the brakes felt really weird and they were making a noise almost metal on metal. This was AFTER changing brakes at this business. Ok, no problem she took the car back and they would not fix the issue. She called me to help her and I went in and indeed they were rude and would not do anything about their shoddy work.We never took any of our cars here again.Service: Brakes

Eddie and his team are thorough and trustworthy! Took my car in for a overall summer checkup as I am preparing for a road trip. The maintenance "other" light was also on. They could have told me anything however they were very honest and checked the whole car snd reset the maintenance light to be cleared at no charge. They also told me I could wait another few miles to get the front brakes done - saving me even more $$$$ ( dealer said it was urgently needed when in fact it's not). highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs/maintenance.

Mechanic and front desk clerk were very helpful and even stayed 30 mins after closing to get my alternator replaced on late notice or else I'd be stuck in San Diego that day from school.

Stopped in real quick to check a low rear tire message on the dashboard. Just asked for air in one tire, their tech stopped his business and checked/filled all four tires. No fee asked. Good people!!

Very professional. I got in with no appointment and I was out before three. The price was good for what I needed done. My car drives and sounds so much better and I feel safer. My only concern is the bathroom was pretty gross. It really needed cleaning and santized badly. My car was making noises when I coasted to a stop so I brought it here thinking it was the brakes. All they had to do was give them an adjustment and the noise was gone. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts and were honest. All they charged for was the inspection.

My advice to management would be to fire Eddie for his poor work ethic and bad form with customers. After 2 hours, quoted me $400 per axle for pads and rotors. Outrageous. I told him no, that's too high for what it is. Started trying to cut me a deal, and when I finally agreed to a still-unreasonable price to save face on their $70 diagnostic fee, he had to tell his mechanic "don't get mad at me or the customer, he decided to do the axle after all" and shook his head the remainder of the encounter. Poor, poor service, terrible pricing, slow work (there was only one other vehicle in the shop the whole time I was there). 0/10 recommend. You're money is better spent elsewhere on a more respectable shop

Took my car in for a diagnostic in an engine light. They had my car for 3 days and came back with a bunch of MAYBES. Maybe its this... Maybe its that. I drive the car 15 miles after leaving this place and it starts smoking. Never did that before and the car didn't overheat. Plastic wire coverings were melting on the engine that shouldn't have been touching.

Wow, just Wow. You guys are just as useless as Jiffy lube. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to friends and family. Don t get me started with all your negative reviews and Word is, avoid this place at all cost !

Eddie is the biggest help! I have an OBS 1997 Ford F250 and they are always EXTREMELY knowledgeable and patient sorting through to find the issues. Will have the entire truck rebuilt eventually at their shop.

They re crooks. Went in for smog test. Emission test passed but mgr failed it cuz he claims exhaust pipe connection between cat. converter was leaking air. I demanded they raise the car so I can go check the leak. Latino mgr refused, said it has to be welded for $90. I installed the cat. Conv myself using pipe clamps and made sure there were no leaks. I insisted we go check it out, said that s what his mechanics told him. I just paid his fees and left. Karma will get them one day.

First of all they way over torqued my oil drain plug. No other shop could remove it! Then they told me my fuel pump was bad so they replaced that. $650 later I drive off with some belt in the front of my car squealing very bad. It was not squealing before at all. THEY DID WORK ON THE BACK OF THE CAR THOUGH. I thought the squealing would go away, but it did not. So 1 week later I take the car back and the nasty toothed manager said they didn't do it. Wouldn't give us any information on which mechanic worked on the vehicle and told us he would charge us to take a look at it. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND DAMAGES VEHICLES FOR THE EXTRA WORK! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

My breaks sounded so bad for about a year. Finally I was able to bring them into break stop. My breaks sounded and feel like they are brand new im so happy every time I make a sudden stop or have to break. I can't here a sound! So happy!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I made an appointment with them at 11:30 in the morning they did not look at my car till almost 2:00 p.m. Then they wanted to charge me over $500 for something I didn't need. Would not recommend them to anyone

Over the top expensive quote and the manager never spoke to me unless I when up and asked about my car. Had to wait 3 HOURS for a brake inspection as I received no updates while waiting inside the "lounge" and quoted a very unreasonable price. Terrible service, would not recommend

Took a long time to complete an oil change but got me in rather quickly. It's very very dirty in here. There is a tv, bathroom, and waiting area. I went on a walk and then sat in the waiting area less than 5 mins.

GUYS PLEASE!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HEREDO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR FOUR WEEKS CAME TO PICK UP MY CAR AND ALL MY STUFF I HAD IN HERE IS MISSING. THEY HAD NO BUSINESS GOING THROUGH MY CAR.

Honest Tech...better than premium parts! ( Ceramic Pads incl ) My Kia Soul stops on a dime! Didn't cost an arm and a leg...Great Job Brake Stop!
