I was a longtime customer of Audi San Diego, but unfortunately, they raised the prices of some of their services to the moon. Audi Escondido offered a synthetic oil change at a much better price.While there was some minor miscommunication as to when to bring the car in (scheduler told me I could bring it in Thursday afternoon & they'd provide Lyft home), that wasn't an option once I arrived, likely due to the low price point of the service. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me while I waited. They said the service would take about 1.5 hours, and that was roughly accurate.The dealership is clean and modern. They have a comfortable waiting area. One of the newer sales guys chatted with me for a bit, and he seemed like a good guy. They also have pretty decent snacks in the waiting area.Overall, my experience with Audi Escondido was very good. Their pricing was good (granted, it's a minor maintenance), they accommodated me, despite a minor scheduling miscommunication, and they did a complementary wash, with tire dressing, that exceeded my expectations.

First of all, my name, Shari, was used as a last name. Tony Pruett was fantastic and very efficient. The service video made me feel like I was apprised of everything going on with my car. The Service dept Cashiers were kind and considerate. Great service all around.

The service department at Audi Escondido is top notch! I am always well taken care of, which is why I drive further than necessary to use this dealership. They clearly recognize the value in providing excellent service. We consistently work with Greg and Tony, but everyone we have encountered there has been great. My husband and I have had Audis for years and really appreciate the extra steps Greg and Tony have taken to accommodate us in a pinch, get us the best deal, etc. They both have a can do attitude that helps take the sting out of pricey repairs.Most recently I brought my car in for an urgent repair on a day neither guys were there and worked with the woman who sits between them (I am so sorry that I can t recall your name) and she was great too. Went above and beyond to help me get the repair covered through my warranty.I highly recommend them.

They are simply the best - friendly, fast and excellent service. I have been to other SD county service centers and conclude: The most sincere Audi representatives are found in Escondido! Thank you for advising us with your technical expertise.

Friendly and efficient service. Within one hour, I received an oil change, general inspection, and car wash! I enjoyed being able to watch the technician s video of the services and future recommendations on my phone. Completing certain forms via DocuSign also added a modern and expedited touch.

We had a major repair needing to be performed on our late model Audi A3. The repair was not only done quickly within a few days, but the communication was great.from Travis & Tony.. Travis (the supervising technician) did an exceptional job walking us through the repair details ensuring all related components were tested and/ or replaced ensuring the longevity of the repair. Not only will we be sharing out positive experience with friends & colleagues but will also return for future service & repairs.Regards,David

Always have a great experience. Greg makes sure everything is taken care of and the technicians working on the car take videos to show what is done. You can get appointments quickly. This is by far the best service department we have been to.

5 stars for these guys. I ve used SD Audi, Carlsbad and the guys at Escondido.My service advisor Tony went to bat for me on an oil consumption issue on my Avant and got me on the road with no issues. They also service my wife s Audi and we re both happy with the communication from this group.I ve priced repairs between dealerships and certified mechanics and the pricing here is always better than the coastal group.

The technical service area of Escondido is Fantastica, Gregg and Iseel Herrera, they are very attentive to your maintenance problems and try to help you with all your questions and prices.In the 4 years of experience with Audi cars, they have been great.They deserve 5 stars for service, amazing

I would recommend Audi Escondido without reservation. I live in Los Angeles and was in San Diego (Imperial Beach) for work and experienced a flat tire. I had my car towed to Audi Escondido, after talking with another Audi dealership in the San Diego region, who said they would not be able to help me. Your reservations team were very helpful and entertained all of my questions. I was connected to Gregg Schuck, service technician, who was very helpful, professional and was able to get me a new tire, mounted, and balanced in a very short time. Thanks to Gregg s effort I was able to have my car dropped off by 10:00 a.m. and repaired by 4:00 p.m., which allowed me to drive home and not spend another night in San Diego, Thank you, Gregg!

Customer and technical skills are excellent. They explain the service and the work is accomplished in a timely manner. I will continue to service my vehicle here even though there is a closer Audi dealer.

The only ding is because I scheduled online and saw a price for the service. At the service desk i was quoted a higher price and when I replied with the price I saw, I was told that was an "online coupon" and they don't see that in their system. Which is...ok, fine. I got the online price. I really like receiving the video of the vehicle inspection. I used an independent for the previous service, not that the independent was terrible but I would stick with Audi Escondido from now on.

Tony Pruett is great! I love the ease of use with the service department. Their regular communication makes things convenient to plan on when to expect my car to be ready. The video overview is fantastic. His use of technology in order to sign work orders, get a courtesy car, and payment details, again, makes the whole process very convenient.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I took my car in for a regular service and upon checking everything they discovered some major issues needed to be repaired and the cost was very high. Eric, the service man looked into and searched diligently for my extended warranty which we new we had, but didn't have a copy on hand. Eventually he tracked it down and saved us thousands in repair expenses. I am impressed with his dedication and commitment to help.

I took my car in for its annual oil change and related service, as well as to address a recall notice (regarding the entertainment unit), and to replace the windshield, cracked by a pebble half a year ago. Issel Herrera of customer service took great care of me, and everything happened as promised -- except that I forgot to give her notice of when I'd pick up the car, so they didn't have the opportunity to wash it. They're prepared to wash it at any time at my convenience, which is gratifying. The technician also sent me a video with the results of his inspection of the vehicle, which is a service I've never had from any other dealer. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with Audi Escondido's service!Service: Oil change
