Yep I got towed, But I have to make an appointment to get my car? When I show up for my appointment I m greeted by 4 other people waiting to get their car. When someone finally arrives they don t have a key to move cars, to get to our cars. So he towed the cars out of the way. This is comical! I call and got Sava Rude woman who says that every thing is fine he has they keys, Not! Hot mess, you can expect them to be unprepared, unorganized and unable to do business properly. Why would they care or show effort they just made $400 off this chump.

got our car towed from our apartment complex even though we parked in a visitor spot. took our car on a saturday night and were closed on sunday, so of course they charged us an extra day for keeping the car freaking stupid. once we call to pick up our we have to make an appointment?? when we show up to pick up the car, no one is there, and the driver took over ten minutes to arrive. once the driver arrived, it was a whole fiasco to get the car. literally took over an hour of our damn time. ASAP stands for taking your money as soon as possible, but not to help you out. shady freaking company man.

Ash from ASAP towing was excellent during a frustrating morning. Initially was told the two truck would be an hour to arrive and showed up in 20 minutes. Ash was able to get my car on and off the truck in awkward spots and was friendly the whole time working in the rain

Been on the phone for about an hour been on hold for 30 minutes, towing company took my truck from my apartment complex. My manager nor the security called , it was a private owner saying we parked in there parking spot when we parked in a parking spot that any one that lives in the apartment can park in. Now being charged 696$ to get it out . Manager just told us to sue for taking our car from property with no reason so that s what s gonna happen.

This company was assigned to assist me on the roadside. They waited to assist me until the last minute of the expected ETA. After the one hour ETA they driver called me and asked what I needed and stated he was leaving at the point. When asks when he would arrive at my location he stated when I can. This is terrible the business is less than 2 miles from me. At 1 hour and 20mins I am still waiting.

I know we all hate towing companies because we feel we got towed for no reason I know there's a couple of tow truck companies that I don't really like but this guy was really really friendly and really helpful he knew what he was doing and he did it fast Roger was awesome. A stand up personality and shout out to Geico for working with this company.

The best service I ve ever had with a towing company! I am actually shocked this place has such low stars. I have been using this company for years and have never had a bad experience. EVERY time I ve used asap towing, they have been early, careful, friendly, and professional.Today I locked my keys out of my car, and Mike showed up earlier than excepted, was friendly, professional, and careful.David who answered the phone was very professional, helpful, and informative.These guys are great, go above and beyond, and deserve much better than 2 stars.Services: Car lockouts, Car towing, Battery

The best towing company ever. Very reliable and on time. Driver was friendly and got my vehicle to it's destination no problem. I highly recommend asap towing for all towing and road service needs.

Absolutely terrible. The driver took 2 hours just to get my truck up in his flat-bed. Then, another 4 hours to get it from San Diego to Escondido. The driver was extremely difficult to communicate with due to his level of intelligence and inability to speak English or Spanish. I ran out of Gas on my way home, and called my insurance company who deals with these guys. I waited 2.5 hours to get fuel service. Never again will I be contacting these guys, plus the driver tried to get all tough with me when I was expressing my dislike towards the wait and time. As if he was doing me some sort of "favor" to come out and do a service I pay for.Service: Fuel delivery

Extremely poor Service. Came late and damaged my car badly. I called customer service and talked to Bianca and sarah several times. Sent many pictures and emails. Not one phone call or email was returned. I finally had to call several months later and Sarah smugly ended the conversation saying the driver genuinely did not do it. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. DO NOT CALL them!Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible company and horrible customer service. Waited over 4 hours for a tow. Was first told they were outside a gated community trying to get in, I do not live in a gated community. Was then advised the truck broke down and they were sending another truck with an eta of 30 minutes. I waited an additional 2 hours before I finally canceled the tow and had another company come out. Nothing about this company is ASAP. Do not waste your time.
