Wow! I had such a great experience. Samara was very nice, her communication skills are outstanding. Sets the professional set, definitely recommend going to her. I will be coming to this store more often for my car parts!

It was such a huge relief going into Advanced Auto and getting the wonderful help, attention, and service from their employees especially Benny who went above and beyond to help me get the correct replacement parts for my car and information I needed. He even installed my new wipers, and was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient in the process! Thank you Benny! You re awesome!!

I was lucky to have Jim as my AAP rep. He was kind, informative, and helped me with the install of my new battery. I was prepared to have to wait hours at the more known shop next door as a walk in. This saved me time, money, and energy. I highly recommend this store and Jim is awesome to work with. Thank you Jim!

We had an unexpected breakdown in the Advance Auto Escondido parking lot at closing time last night. Employee Chris went above and beyond to help us get back on the road he is a total gentleman and a great representative of your company we even tried to pay him for letting us use his own personal tools after hours but he declined and said he believes in karma. Can't say thank you enough Chris it was a pleasure meeting you Merry Christmas

Front counter is amazing, they always help me when I need something, I like coming to this store a lot, this is now my go to store. I believe my favorite workers are Liz & Samara. They are amaizing.

Liz was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on getting me the moog suspension components I craved for my 4 runner project.She called me when the parts arrived like she said she would.I'm normally an Oriley's guy but this service was better and they had the parts I needed so I'll be back for sure to Advance auto parts.Constructive criticism: they could have a few more people working that are just as great as Liz to reduce the wait.The internet was blocked so I could not look up info while in the store.They could have less homeless people hanging out in front of the store

First time I ve been here since Pep Boys closed. It was very clean, organized, and the staff was very friendly. The shelves were also very well stocked and they had exactly what I wanted. I ll be going back here for sure from now on!

I needed two marine deep cycle batteries TODAY that are low in stock everywhere. It took 3 Advance folks at 3 stores, Jeff at Plaza Drive, Julio at Mission in Oside, and Samara in Escondido, to find what i needed, They were extremely helpful and nice. This ismy new fav auto parts place to shop

Had a very good experience the ladies in the front were very helpful and made sure I found what I was looking for. I will most certainly be coming back, very clean and organized compared to other stores I have been to definitely recommend this store.

Clean and all new I was surprised to see cause I used to Manage the Pepboys here many years ago but Advance looks good and there store was well stocked and clean.

Stopped for oil and a oil filter. There was no one at the counter when I was ready to check out and when I got home and opened up the filter it was crushed and unusable. I ll stick with O Reillys. Pep Boys was never any good and by the looks of it this is just a re-brand.
