The dealership is a bit farther than my nearest Acura dealer, however I make the journey because my service advisor Young My is the best! His service, professionalism, and transparency are exceptional and that's why I return. He keeps me updated and informed, and it's great to know that your time is respected!

I was glad that an appointment could be scheduled at the Escondido Acura with just a few days notice. Young My is my Service Advisor and was able to get our RDX ASpec out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. Nice clean waiting room with WiFi.

Jose Gutierrez was more than helpful and informative as always. Not only did he provide me with a detailed list of options to repair my car for this specific issue, but he also provided me with prompt updates throughout the process. In addition, he provided me with an update regarding my vehicle recall parts/ ETA and asked about the current issue with my girlfriend was having with syncing her phone to our 2021 RDX Aspec. This level of customer service and centricity should always be acknowledged and highlighted. Thanks again Jose for all your help and when I need to upgrade my 2015 TLX, I ll be headed your way.You re Awesome!

I've been coming to the Acura dealership here in Escondido going on 3yrs now. I have a older 2002 MDX with high mileage. I could just take it to my mechanic of 15yrs down in San Diego!! I appreciate the service and honesty of Young My and the service department. It would be out of my way to take my car La Mesa. Young has been straight up with me when things need to be taken care of. Not just trying to make extra buck!! Yeah it might be alittle more expensive but it's worth it. My last visit I appreciate the loaner car over the weekend. When my wouldn't be ready until that Monday. Thanks again!! Malik

I always bring my MDX into Escondido Acura for servicing. They're always up front and honest about the work that needs to be done and they complete it in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction. Young and the entire service department are excellent at what they do.

Service Advisor , Manuel is very professional, informative and communicative. Gave accurate estimate for completion of work and set expectations properly for service on MDX. Delivered on both price and time of service. Hghly recommended Escondido Acura as a dealership and service personnel to perform at an excellent level.

Staff and service are great. I brought my car in for service almost an hour early and was taken care of immediately.I only wish the offered appointments online on Fridays. I will probably not be able to use Acura of Escondido in the future because of that.

Quickly found the issue and provide me information and a ride home.Notified me when my car repair was completed, and sent me a link to the bill and provided me an Uber ride to pick up my car. Awesome service!

Acura is trying to have the Field level (local) employees perform Factory or Depot level repairs, such as replacing Connecting Rod Bearings, and Crankshafts using local employees, who may or may not be adequately trained on the use of plastigauge to properly measure bearing to journal clearances, as opposed to simply replacing the short block I would not have bought , nor would I ever again purchase an Acura that I was aware was repaired in this manner Time to look at another marque..

Excellent service and attention. Despite that this is expected from a luxury brand service, not all deliver (including within Acura). Acura Escondido surpasses the expectation, and can and will work their best to continue to do so on each visit. I live in Downey, CA and typically get all my Acura s services and major repairs done at Acura of Cerritos in Cerritos, CA- Not anymore!!!!The customer service at Escondido Acura is by far the best I ve experienced at a service center. My service advisor Jose was thoughtful, thorough and very helpful, not pushy!The fact that they the technician sent a video along with an explanation of needed services set the service center apart, all by itself. Honest, efficient and reasonably priced service- you will get all of my business from now on.

I was helped by My Young twice now and each time has been an excellent experience. Very professional and proactive with how he deals with customers. Tries his best to get you in and out of there asap with no time wasted. Explain very clearly on what services are done and are needed. I even got a complimentary wash after an oil change. Definitely will be back for future services and recommend anyone in the Acura family to get the car serviced in Acura of Escondido .

Service representative Jose Gutierrez went out of his way just at closing to arrange my dead battery replacement and furnish me a loaner car. Smart, courteous, likable are the adjectives that I would use to describe Jose. My car was ready for me by late the next morning, freshly washed and running fine. Turning in the loaner was seamless.
