This mechanic shop provides excellent service at fair priced levels. They are thorough and try to get the work done as quickly and promptly as possible. I always take my vehicles to this shop as I trust and value their work.

Great people here. They do a great job, very honest. I have only taken my cars here for the last 2 years and have no plans to go elsewhere if I can help it.Call for an appointment. They like to get the cars in early and finish it before the end of the day if at all possible.

if you are a female, do not take it to this place by yourself. take a male who is knowledgeable in cars. took my car in for an alignment then they said i needed new struts at $900+ dollars. when i said no they started to give me attitude. later found out you can t even do an alignment without doing the struts first, but amazingly they ended up doing the alignment. after i got my car out of this shop, i took it to another shop who inspected the struts and said my struts were fine and didn t need to be changed. i do not reccomend.

I did not have any services done by this place however the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman that did not have a mask on! Thank goodness he wasn't and I was able to see his face, smile and feel welcome here. He was very polite very friendly and directed me to where I needed to go for bam auto collision. Absolutely loved his attitude and outlook. Fellow non maskers are safe at this place and BAM Auto. Thank you for supporting us

Fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and great price. I had my 2012 jeep upper air intake manifold repaired here and they got me right in and finished by the next day even though they needed to order the special part. I could tell they really knew what they were doing because he knew all about the intake assembly before he even looked at it. The shop was friendly, fast, very good communication, and all at a very good price. 5 stars. Thanks!

They are literally the best. Fair, honest, professional, friendly. Growing up my dad was a mechanic. Since moving away I ve had such a hard time finding a shop I trust, has fair pricing and doesn t just tell me I need a bunch of stuff done to get my money. About Services is the only place I trust! I drive an hour to have my car worked on because I know they ll do it right and treat me well. Plus they are the nicest, most genuine people on earth. Thanks, Mark, and crew for treating me like family :)

I was very impressed with my experience at About Service. I had two important leaks identified and repaired. Buddy was very friendly and helpful, the prices were very good, the work was done very well, and the customer service was excellent. I live in the very south of San Diego county and I ll be making the drive north to About Service for work on my Jeep again in the future.

About Service is always been a class act! They are honest hard-working and always looking out for my best interest in the care of my car to keep me and my family safe. They ve gone above and beyond to make sure that my car in my truck was fixed quickly, as they know I m a single mom working to take care of my kids. I ve been going to them for almost 15 years now and if I ve ever had to go anywhere else I have never found the fair pricing or the superb quality and work. I trust him and recommend these guys anytime!

I've been coming here for years. Mark and his team are honest, quick, and reliable. Dropped my car off for ac repair and rented a car thinking it would be a couple days. It was done later that afternoon for less $$ than I was expecting.

Amazing service with competitive pricing. I needed a new water pump and once that was installed my radiator blew. Buddy and his team got the work done same day and it didn't send me to the poor house. They also called a few days later to make sure things were working good.

I wanted To bring my truck to have someSuspension work done but the kit I wanted needed fabrication that they didn t do. That being said, mark was incredibly helpful in researching what would be best for me and my truck. He went out of his way over and over even though I wasn't Using him. It s rare in business that owners go out of there way like this and it s much appreciated. When I can use them I will Be back. Thanks guys for all the help

I ve been a customer of About Service for almost 12 years and I will continue to be one forever. I know families who have been going there for longer than myself and send their children and friends there for service. I just got a car for my daughter to start her off with school and I know she couldn t be in better hands for any maintenance or repairs she may need down the line. Mark and team are incredible. Honest to a fault, (you know the story of the shop that told the customer the only problem they had was a loose wire and there s no charge to fix the problem even though they spent a couple of hours of troubleshooting? These are the guys), professional, accommodating, fair...wonderful, really. They can fix anything. Best shop around. Hands down.

It's hard to find an honest shop, but I've been going to About Service for several years and feel they have treated me very well. I've had them do heavy jobs like a head gasket and diesel injector pump, down to relative simple fixes such as window actuator motor replacements. In all instances, their attention to detail was excellent. Recently I felt the turbo on my diesel needed rebuilt, and they tentatively quoted me a price on it. However, after some investigation on their part they found the turbo was solid, and didn't need to be rebuilt after all. It would have been so easy for them to just rebuild it and charge me, instead they went out of their way to thoroughly investigate the issue, and it saved me a lot of money. They also don't pay their mechanics "book time" on repairs, rather they get paid hourly, which isn't all that common in the automotive world. I think this leads to mechanics who don't rush and take shortcuts just so they can earn more in less time. It's about honest quality, not just service. I recommend them to all.

Mark and the guys at About Service are the best in the business. They are quick and efficient. Not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for and I m happy to go back to About Service.One thing sold me on them big time. My brother came to pick me up after dropping off my car for routine oil change and stuff. As soon as he pulls up, steam starts pouring out of his hood. My brother and I both had to get to work, Mark from About Service, popped the hood and jerry rigged my brothers car to get us to work and to my brothers other mechanic, free of charge. Solid dude.

I have known Mark for 10 plus years and this is the only place I recommend to friends and family. This is the only service my trucks get is through here, they provide great quality work, give you options and are not pushy they provide the information and will show you the issue and the signs and symptoms. Always do a great job at trouble shooting as well. I think you will be happy with the service here.

This place is exactly that ( about service) every single person in this business is so friendly and professional from the Mechanics to the owners not to mention their work and parts they use being top notch. I ve brought my old beat 4by4 to my newer Camry always cool never a gripe and I ve always been very satisfied with the job they ve done for me!!! They keep me on the road confident on my vehicles well being.. Thanks About Service you keep us on the road...

Mark and Buddy at about service are the best and I trust them with everything to do with my auto's they are beyond honest. When I use them for anything I do not worry as I know they have taken care of anything that needs to be done.
