I really want to take the time and give an honest and truthful review. I am giving a 5 stars. (1million stars if I could) The person who received my phone call had the same energy I had. Positive, funny, sincere and everything else! When you work in the same sales retail service. It hits the feelers and the heart because you understand even more so the struggle in client situations on a day to day basis. Yesterday I was in dire need of a tire for commuting purposes. This place was recommended to me by my best friend. The honesty and the sincere tone in Rob's voice, was refreshing. Rob from the Kearney Mesa store was super awesome over the phone. He was able to give me suggestions, told me what I should do and could do. Made me the appointment. And I am all set for tomorrow at 1130am. He told me specifically to wait until tomorrow for my review. But I am forsure positive that it will be great. I don't know how far this review will go. BUT PLEASE give Rob kudos. Sir, It was a pleasure! I will update my review tomorrow too :) Thank you 8 Ball!!!!!!! You have lifted my spirits after a long week!UPDATE:I just got home safe and content. The experience was really cool. I cannot tell you. When you meet people that you just click with. Everything is brighter. Ya never know what the other person is going through. This past week was really hard for me. My car was involved in an accident. My dad was in the ER. Then saw that my tire on my daily motorcycle needed to be replaced. My stress level was through the roof. Rob helped me conquer my necessity. I left that tire shop feeling safe and appreciated. The employees were super educated and helpful. Rob specifically worked with me. Everyone that entered the shop as in customers were excited to be there. It was such a nice experience. I didn't really want to leave. I felt like the staff was my friends. You could tell that everyone there loved doing what they do and that's awesome. Your going through life to find your passion and happiness. That's there passion and you can tell by the vibes and the prior reviews. The experience was flawless. Great selection, great pricing. Please if you read my review just go. It's worth every penny. I was really stuck in a pinch looking for a good quality tire and needed it soon. Appointment was easy to make. Communication was on point. The layout of the store was so cool! They had a pool table and a TV lounge area. Motorcycle helmet rack also for your jacket. This cool slide hockey table. Restrooms were super clean! It was like the Dave and busters equivalent but better and more fun! Rob if you read my review. It was an absolute honor to have met you in person. You run a tight and awesome ship. I always pray for guidance when I do anything. I'm just like that. I truly felt welcomed. I even got an extended tire protection. Everyone in the shop honestly want you to ride safe and in your best interest. You guys didn't just get a 5 star review. You got a customer for life. Thank you 8 Ball Tire!!!!

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. The staff are both extremely friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable, and just waiting around for your tires is a pleasure with their TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, and free coffee and water. I couldn't think of a bad thing to say if I tried. I will be coming here for all of my motorcycle tire needs from now on.After my second visit, I can say everything I said before is not an anomaly but the norm. Excellent shop that absolutely deserves its overwhelmingly positive reviews

I took my Yamaha Stryker in a few weeks ago, and Rob, one of the owners, walked me through some other tire size options that would fit my bike. I guess my rear wheel can take a wider tire than the one I had brought in!Eric was great and serviced my bike in 30 minutes, and I was in and out in no time. Great place for fast, friendly, and quality service! This is how a business should be run. These guys don't disappoint!

Trevor and Josh are both great techs and are very knowledgeable. Customer service is beyond superb. Turn around time is usually spot on. Had my bike towed and the flat bed was covered in oil. After repairing my valve stem they made sure to wash off my tires and still warned me to take it easy for a few hundred miles just to be safe. They also price match and will make sure you are taken care of. I'll keep coming back. P.s. bike night elevery last Wednesday of the month.

Matches internet prices, low prices on labor. Excellent selection. They can order any tire and ship next day if not in stock. They also do breaks if needed. Balance with beads or weights. Comfy seats and drinks while you wait. Pool table and shuffle board to play while you wait also.They always leave you with a handshake. Superb service.

This place has definitely earned my repeat business! I brought my xsr900 in for a new pair of shoes and Eric was able to squeeze me in last minute and recommended a great new set of tires. Connor found some corrosion on my front traction control unit when swapping them out but was able to take care of it then and their. The only thing I could ask for as a customer would be to pay these guys more as I want to see these two again for my next set of tires! Thanks again guys!

The owner Trevor is the man and knows his stuff about all things motorcycle tires. Huge selection and great prices. Awesome waiting area to hang out while waiting. Pool table, shuffle board, watch tv, free coffee, etc. super clean shop. Don t risk going to a dealer or mechanic who doesn t do tires regularly. They ll make mistakes....8 Ball won t. They do this all day long. Trevor and 8 Ball tires are honest and do great work. Worth the drive.

Owner Ken and his team at 8 Ball tires get a 400% rating from me. I have replaced tires on four bikes, and every time they give me 100%. They are friendly, well trained, careful, professional, and I m in and out in an hour. Thank you very much.

I've used 8 Ball Motorcycle Tires several times over the last 5 years, they are hands down the best in San Diego (Escondido). I will not replace my tires anywhere else.

Came in got some cruistc tires,90 degree stem valves, counteract balancing beads, and warranty. Only local shop who had my tires in stock and called me when they could move my appointment closer.

I needed a new Gold Wing rear tire mounted and made an appointment for 9am the following morning. First visit to 8 Ball and won't be the last! My tire was mounted and ready to go before I could finish my morning coffee! Less than 15 minutes total. Outstanding service, professional and friendly. Very nice facility and easy to get to. Glad I found out about them. THX 8 Ball crew!

Above and beyond the call of duty!! The owner, Trevor, was replacing my tire and saw that some parts needed to be replaced ASAP and the bike was unsafe to ride. He help me order the correct parts from the dealership and instaed of me having to pay a bunch of money for a tow, he was gracious enoug to keep my bike safe in his shop until my order was ready for pick up. I Will definitely be coming back and recomend his shop to anyone and everyone!!! My bike and I thank you !

Eric at 8ball was very professional and got me in and out on a Saturday when I had no appointment. I needed a new tube and tire on my 110 dirt bike. Their pricing and mechanic labor fee was affordable.

I'm a daily commuter on my cycle. Just had my tires replaced by these guys. Good dudes. All positive, friendly, and trustworthy. Just what you need when you have to trust their work with your life. Impeccable service. Play a game of pool while you wait or watch TV. They'll even match internet prices. Forget about it.

Great place and concept. New tires on my 01 HD Heritage Classic. I was in and out in an hour and you can't beat the price. Played pool and shuffleboard while I waited. Will be back!

Got tired of dealing with the Harley dealer so started asking around and was referred to 8 ball tires in Esco. Dealt with the owner and gave me a fair honest price for some Michelin commanders. This place is top notch and will never go anywhere else for my tires. I just called them for a service referral and referred me to a shop close to home. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Oh and you can shoot pool while you wait. Highly recommend!

Called on Friday afternoon, got an appointment for Saturday morning, since they already had my tire in stock. Everything went very smooth, best experience ever. Rob is knowledgeable and very helpful. Cannot go wrong with using 8 Ball in Escondido.

Today was a great experience. As soon as I showed up the guys went right to work on my bike. Changed both tires and I was done and gone in under 1 hour. Thanks to Trevor and staff for a job well done. I will definitely bring my bike there again for its tire needs.

The level of service that I got from , Daniel and Dan at 8 Ball tire in Escondido was beyond any service I've ever received before. That's saying alot as I've been into motorcycles for 55 years. Daniel was brilliant on guiding me to the best tires for my budget and needs. I own 5 bikes right now and they all need tires. Daniel and Dan will get all my business from here on. Oh by the way ... I drove from Palm springs to do business with these guys, 2 hours each way. It was worth the time and gas. Thanks guys.. You Rock

Honest, reliable, and timely.Don't even bother considering going anywhere else to get your tires. Competitive pricing, and effective appointment system make the experience a great one into any looking to get some help. In addition, the waiting area is comfy with complimentary helmet shelves, cold water, and even coffee machine.I got some American Elite 4's for my 2006 FXDL that was recommended by them, along with a rebate promo they had going on for the tires. I had some other choices in mind for tires, but they provided excellent customer service give me a bigger picture as to what I would eventually end up getting.Ask for Trevor! The man knows his tires and will always do you a solid for each riders' individuals needs. Thanks again guys!

By far the best price on tires! Trevor was super helpful and when I called back to book the appointment, he remembered all my details from our first conversation when he quoted me. Saved me time , which I appreciate. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and when I came in, he made me feel welcomed...I hate to say - not always the case at motorcycle shops. The service you receive at 8 Ball is next level. Daniel and the guys are truly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it s evident from the minute you walk in the door. They provided me great advice on what tire and size would work well for my bike, why it would best suit my style of riding, options for balancing, expected lifespan, pressures, etc..They also made me aware of a rebate that was available for the tires I chose, and even submitted it on my behalf.When I showed up for my appointment, the bike was checked in, and on a lift in less than 5 minutes. Their lounge area is great. They have comfortable seats, WiFi, an iPhone charger, moto magazines and books you can thumb through, a TV, pool table, and even offer cold water or hot coffee while you wait.The best part is, their prices can t be beat. I will definitely be back for another set of Dunlop s in the future.

I been a long time customer of 8 ball motorcycles in SD and Escondido. this is my first review long overdue . Trevor has work on all my bikes from Euro models to Japanese models and has made sure my rims aren't scratched something a lot of shops don't pay attention to detail on . Trevor has always displayed great customer service , Trevor always have been on point with communication something that a lot of shops don't do along with great knowledge of tires he also educated me on tires the do's and don't. Anyone looking to get there tires get it at 8 Ball motorcycles whether your in SD or Escondido there prices are fair and reasonable and there attention to detail is on point . Also there shop is nice neat and clean and definitely one of nicest shop i ever been at. Give them a shot there a good reason why they are a 5 star rated shop.

Called first to check if the tire I wanted was in stock and the price. Spoke with Trevor and he was great to work with. Gave me a great price and got me in that morning! Guys did great service and were quick. Definitely going back and recommending this to my friends.

Took care of me and did a great job! When I found out Cycle Gear wouldn't take the wheels off my bike to change the tires I ordered online, I went looking for a place that could. They got me in and out in about an hour and a half (on short notice) and the bike rides great. Next time, I will be ordering and installing my tires at 8 Ball Motorcycle Tires. They're easy, good, reasonable, and I have no complaints!
