I had a flat tire fixed at a tire shop in Modesto, a week later the same tire started leaking, Les Schwab in Escalon not only fixed it, to my astonishment, no charge, I tried to pay, but the young manager that waited on me said no, all week ask is give us an opportunity to sell you new tires in the future. I will go to Les Schwab next year for new tires for my wife s car.Outstanding customer service.

We've purchased tires for several vehicles here and the prices are reasonable and the tires reliable. Customer service is excellent and they do a lot of things they could charge you for, but they don't. The waiting area has vending machines and free popcorn. There are restrooms.Tire rotations are free after you buy the tires, and we've taken advantage of that- rather than paying a dealership 50-100 dollars to do so. They also offer several free 'inspections' for when you're going to travel and that came in handy when we had to do a 1700 mile trip on short notice.

Manager was so rude , from the start he didn t want to help us was condescending and had an attitude for no reason angry at us even though they ruined my car and charged me for it . Good luck with their condensing attitudes we will not be returning they were not looking to help us and we re not friendly at all.

Awesome experience: before I could get out of my car a Les Schwab service tech was at my car door asking what he could to help. We had a bent rim. They pulled the car in to the shop, dis-mounted the tire, straightened the rim, mounted the tire, spin balanced the tire, put it back on the car, and refused payment! Asked if we would remember them the next time we need tires. FOR SURE! Great store! great people!

I absolutely love this establishment! I regularly check my tires to make sure everything is good to go. Originally, I went to another tire shop to see what condition my tires were in. However, I was shocked to hear my tires were in such bad condition, the associate highly advised me to buy a new set of tires. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable and felt being taken advantage of. I knew they couldn't have been that bad. Wanting to get a second opinion, the next day I went to Les Schwab. Without mentioning my prior experience, I simply asked for air in my tires and what condition my tires were. To my surprise, Armando (the associate that was assisting me) said my tires were still in good condition and not to worry . Armando was immensely friendly and informative. He even noticed I was missing air cap on one of my tires. He gave me one with no charge. What I appreciated the most about Les Schwab and Armando are that they respect their customers. Being that I am a woman, I feel establishments like these usually target woman into fearful situations where we are forced to buy expensive products just to benefit the sellers. Obviously this isn't the case with Les Schwab. I can say with assurance, Les Schwab is a great place where they value their services!

Will definitely be going back here for tires n shocks. They got my business for sure. Cheaper than the store in Manteca, why, I don't know. Give em a try, you won't be disappointed in pricing. Good service also.

Had a blow out on the road and my spare was flat. I def need new tires but can't afford till next week. They patched my spare for free and made me feel welcomed without the pressure of buying new ones there and then. I'll def be coming back next weeks for tires.

Hands down the best customer service received at an automotive place. As a female there's always the fear of someone getting over when it comes to automotive things as it's so far out of my scope. However, I came today thinking i needed something that was actually unnecessary (i could have easily been taken advantage of). Instead, i left with a free tire rotation and an education. I sincerely appreciate all the guys that provided service to me (Franciso and the kind gentleman that performed the rotation). I will drive the miles needed to give this shop my business in the future. Many thanks, a new loyal customer:)

Treat you fine as long as you are buying something from them exclusively. I bought a set of tires for over 1000 bucks and am happy with the free rotations. After a free rotation they informed me that I needed front brake pads soon. It's a 2015 truck bought new and has the mileage appropriate for new pads. I bought the high end pads at a local parts store. My next rotation I brought the pads and inquired how much it would be to instal them during the rotation. Was initially told they couldn't give me a quote for just new pad installation that I may need calipers or rotors etc. I asked a straightforward question and couldn't get a straightforward answer. Sounded like a set up for a inflated bill! I was then told "oh no we don't do those " when I showed them my new brake pads and asked again how much the labor would be to install. I have hired several shops in the past in this way to just do specifically requested labor after getting my own parts and they were happy to have my business. Next time I'll be going back to them to buy tires for the convenience , and they offer the same free rotations!

This a.m. i was headed to work when the tire pressure monitor warning light came on. I called asked if i could drop in he said of course. I litterally pulled up, got out, be was already headed to the car bay so I didn't have to go into the door, I held my keys out while I started to say that I had called. He nodded his head and had my keys before i could even fully say why I was there. He checked all my tires and I was on my way within minutes, not 5 not 10... litterally more than one .. less than 4... I appreciated the help. I Really my needed to be on time. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated this. THANK YOU

Tony and his crew were awesome I had a blowout and got to the shop 5 minutes before they closed, they didn't complain about staying after closing time to put 4 new tires on my Honda!! Thank you guys I appreciate it

I had a flat tire. They sent someone to put air in it so I could drive it to their place. Then fixed the leak pretty quickly. Everyone was super friendly.

Free tire rotations if you buy tires here, but brake servicing is an invitation to bankruptcy, way too over priced. Best to go else where to an independently ran small business whose goal is not money. Mccoy tires on Mchenry Ave in Modesto is a better option.

We had the get alignment and tire fixed after hitting a pothole. The crew at Les Schwab managed to fit us in and we were back on the road in less than 2h - thanks guys!

These guys are super helpful. Got a flat and was being towed in. I called them while in route at 5:30 they said if I wasn't going to be there by six to give them a call and they would wait.

I have been to 3 sites. Escalon and Turlock are great. Dont go to Stockton unless you have alot of time on your hands. They play favorits in Stockton. Had 4 farmers put ahead of me and waited close to 2 hours

Don t waist your time and money, 4hr waiting on one tire repair, not a good business model. Save your time and money go to a different store.
