I went in with issues of knocking and heavy vibrations just prior to a drive to TX. They were kind enough to get me in for diagnostics and found damaged and transmission mounts. They got them in the next day and resolved my issues just in time for my trip! Huge thanks to them for taking care of me!

I was not the kindest as I came in an hour before closing without having scheduled an appointment.Despite that, they let me check in my car that was leaking in the tail end of the transmission. In the course of a few days they isolated the problem, fixed it, it has not leaked again, and for a really great price compared to estimates I was getting online.On top of that, they regularly call to update you every step of the way and get approval before continuing, while being very kind and friendly all the while.

These folks were very honest and professional when I came in. I was having issues with my vehicle and they let me know that I was still under warranty for a service I had done previously at a different shop. They also assured me that if I needed assistance with anything further down the line they d be happy to help.UPDATE:I got the run around at the other shop. I was so stressed thinking I was going to have to purchase another vehicle or pay an outlandish amount for that place to repair it. I decided to have the Escalon Transmission team take a look at it to just get a second opinion. I went into the shop and Sara truly listened to my concerns. Their team was able to pinpoint what was damaged and needed to be replaced. They did so quickly and at a great cost. I was even shown an exploded diagram of which piece it was and how it functioned within the transmission which I appreciated. I would genuinely recommend this shop because of their honesty and integrity.I included a picture of one of the bearings that were cracked and got replaced. So far they have been great. Sara has been very welcoming and pleasant to talk to with getting scheduled to bring my truck in. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and talked with me to see what I was needing and wanted. He made recommendations, which I was very happy with. It is in their shop now to have the work done. When I learned that they also repair the rearends as well as transmission, I was happy as my truck needs a new rearend. I love that ita a one stop shop.

Excellent service! This company is very selfless and did what it took to make it easy for me to get what I needed! I've had Escalon Transmission build my performance 700r4 for my 30 Ford model A hot rod with great results! Owner Kevin took the time to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable! Kimberly in the front was very willing to help and very friendly!

Came with my own part because I know the problem. My car dealer service won't change it on warranty because my computer doesn't save the code for them to see. Escalon discovered my part is on recall. Something my dealer service didn't tell me. So I didn't get charged anything at Escalon & was informed by them on how to get my dealer service to cover it!

This is the ONLY place to go!! Very knowledgeable and talented. I had a 2006 Dodge 3500 with the 48re and if you know these I don't have to go into great detail of why I was there....lol. Donny ( sp?) is the best transmission builder I have had the pleasure in knowing and dealing with. Everyone I know I send there and everyone that has had work done here has been more than satisfied.......and not the easiest guys to please, I mean some pretty tough ones. These range from classics to late model year. No matter what make you have they will all need transmission work / service and if you take it anywhere else, that is on you. Take my word for it, if you use and depend on your vehicle, get it done right!
