I was referred to Ventura Collision Center by a friend and it was one of the best referrals I've ever gotten! Avo was the guy who handled my repairs and he was very responsive and reliable. He updated me every step of the way and made the experience nice and easy. Their location is very easy to get to and conveniently right on Ventura Blvd. I also dealt with Avo's partner Moe who was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet that work there as well. When they finished the repairs they gave the car back to me in better condition and cleaner then when I dropped it off. Hello allA few weeks ago I took my Audi to this collision for a repair on front passenger door that was dented when someone hit it. I was unable to open my door due to the dent. The entire team at Ventura Collision Center were attentive and friendly. My Audi was done in a timely manner. They contacted me when my car was ready. My Audi looked like it was never hit by another vehicle. My insurance had recommended me to go to other places, but I came here instead and I am satisfied that I made the choice to come here. I highly recommend coming to Ventura Collision Center for their service and exceptional work done. I will definitely come here again and refer anyone who was involved in a collision to get their car repaired here.

I hit a curb that separated the base of my front bumper and pushed the bumper laterally .I had a tentative bid based on sending a photo to a previous collision company of about $600.00 to repair. I decided to stop at Ventura collision for an opinion. Mike the owner came out. Assessed the problem. Said wait a minute. He said 2 screws had popped off. He found 2 screws from inventory, pushed the bumper back in place and held it there while he screwed it back together. In 15 minutes it looked like almost nothing had happened. I thanked him asked how much I owed him, and he said nothing, happy to do it. It says alot about him and his business.

Someone rear ended my Toyota highlander and I didn't know where to go until I googled bodyshops on Google and I stumbled upon Ventura Collision Center so i decided to go and check it out and I was greeted by avo and moso. They guided me through the entire repair process and would call me every week with a status update up until my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I loved the work they did on my car it looks brand new and the customer service was amazing

OMG were can I start Ventura collision did and amazing job, my car looks like brand new better than before my right side was all smashed in broken door handle, rings,both doors and now is like nothing happens. it took them 4 weeks and is the time they promised me before dropping the car, if i recommend this shop definitely "YES"this is for now and any future accident my family shop!! thank you so much, also super nice and very humble and professional, you guys are the best body shop in Los Angeles and Ventura!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the BEST body shop I ve ever been. Amazing customer service, very thoughtful and considerate for customers, great repair work, and quick turnaround. Will definitely go there next time if I need any work done on my car!! Highly recommend!

These guys are the absolute best and will help you every single step of the way. Had my vehicle brought there after an accident with a messy dispute and Avo handled everything like a pro and went to bat for me over and over to fight for my claim. I highly recommend them!

I ve been to plenty of body shops but the guys here especially one of the owners (Avo) was amazing to me. He answered every one of my phone calls personally and delivered results beyond my expectations. Coming back here again if needed.
