House Automotive provides a dealer level service experience with independent shop prices. Karina, John, Aaron and the rest of the crew always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is well taken care of. They are the only shop that touches my car.

HOUSE continues to impress me! Very responsive and incredibly thorough work by Aaron and the technicians. This is not your average indy shop, it sets a whole new standard of automotive repair. Would recommend anyone that has a passion for Porsche to go to HOUSE.

I took my 991.2 GTS to House and was extremely impressed with the way they handled everything from start to finish. The customer expensive was 5* and the car came back pristine with everything completed perfectly!I will be coming here for all everything Porsche moving forward.Thanks so much Karina for making it so easy!

I have brought my Macan S to House multiple times, they do wonderful work at a fair price. They also treat me very well in store and even have treats for my dog. On both inspections they made note of a tear on my forward and rear control arms. House encouraged me to take my vehicle to Porsche so they could fix it under warranty. Lo and behold, I mention the tears to my service advisor in advance of my 40K service. After inspection, they assured me that the control arm bushels were fine. Frustrated and confused, I called House for advice. Karina encouraged me to ask for a photo or video of the control arms because they are visible to the naked eye (which I never would have known). Had I not asked for videos per Karina's advice, I would have likely been SOL and driving an unsafe car that would cost me down the line. This speaks to the honesty and integrity of this team, I will bring my car to House for years to come as I know they are honest and put their customers needs and safety above all else. THANK YOU HOUSE!!!

Honestly every single person at the shop is so nice , welcoming and helpful. They also have gotten me in last minute anytime it was important and got the car finished very quickly . Fantastic shop and well respected in the car community. 12/10

House Automotive is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient concerning the Porsche service needs. The value of the service provided cannot be matched! When comparing cost of service versus level of service received, House Automotive cannot be matched! I strongly recommend House Automotive to family and friends and to all Porsche owners whose vehicle is no longer under manufacturer s warranty. As House Automotive provides professional, excellent, reliable service that cannot be matched.

I had a great experience dealing with John the rep that greeted me at House Automotive. He explained everything clearly of the service that would be performed and the pricing, which was a little bit cheaper than that at the dealership. He also let me know what other things that I will be needing to be done for my car , but didn't push to hard to sell it and let me decide if and when I wanted to do it. Very pleasant to deal with.

This is the best independent Porsche shop in the Valley. I brought my 930 in today for a seat motor that was malfunctioning, and they fixed it while I waited. This is the kind of shop that gives you dealer level service without the incredibly high dealer price.

Karina at House Automotive was very helpful. The mechanics there do a great job on my old 911. The price for service at House was about half the cost that a Porsche dealer quoted.

Update to original review: my last experience with House was likely my last. I had Greg the owner graciously call and try to rectify the situation, but I feel there are more experienced Porsche mechanics and a more customer-focused approach at other shops.My first experience with them was mixed, because they misdiagnosed an antenna issue on my 997.2. But ultimately they refunded my diagnostic fee and were great until this last visit. The tech reversed certain fasteners which led to driving issues, which was only discovered by another mechanic.

I recently took my Porsche Cayman S to House Automotive in Encino to have my PDK transmission diagnosed and repaired. I was very happy with the service. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Karina Enriquez, Client Relations Manager. Karina greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and took detailed notes as I explained the nature of the issues I was having with my PDK. She then introduced me to Albert Janjaroen, Director, who took the time to ask about the car s service history and discussed diagnosing the PDK and possible outcomes. Karina explained how she would keep me in the loop by giving me status reports. Given the nature of the PDK work, my car was in the shop for several days. Karina was great at keeping the lines of communication open during the entire process and, as promised, gave me progress reports at the close of business every day. I really appreciated that. I have worked with other repair shops where I have had to chase them down to get updates. That is not the case here. Karina provides stellar customer service. She is cheerful, knowledgeable and reliable. Albert was a pleasure to work with as well. Whenever I had a technical question, I was able to talk to Albert directly. They have earned my business. House Automotive is now my go to independent Porsche shop. I highly recommend them!

Got my tires replaced on my Cayman and had a great experience right from ordering, scheduling an appointment and installation of the tires at their Encino facility. Their staff is very attentive and friendly.

Steven at House is what every service advisor should be. Made me feel welcome and offered me various options for my Porsche 911 T-S. I would definitely recommend House Auto and absolutely recommend Steven.

I took my Porsche to HOUSE Automotive in Encino to get an oil change and to get my rims powder coated. Chance took really good care of both me and my car. He really went above and beyond on the customer service. He stay in constant contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way. If you have a Porsche, I highly recommend getting it serviced here. It is really a first class place!Services: Auto body & trim replacement, Oil change

Very happy 911 Turbo owner. Just take your car to them and you will be satisfied.I was referred to House Auto by a couple friends that own 911s. I was previously using R2 in Canyon Country. I was very happy with R2 but the drive became inconvenient when the car became higher maintenance.I switched over to House when my coolant lines needed to be pinned. I realized there this repair was probably going to need multiple trips back to the shop since follow up leaks are known to happen with the repair. It was a rather large and expensive repair to give a new shop, but I trusted the referral sources.I have been very happy with House. I enjoy working with them. My point person is typically Scott but I have also chatted with Greg. The shop has an expert crew. They know these cars in and out. Their prices are typically lower than other places and are flat rates. The quotes are usually flat rate.I have a love/hate relationship with my car right now because it keeps having issues. That is just due to it being 13 years old though. Unfortunately the car seems to enjoy visiting House. Regardless it is always an enjoyable visit every time I go.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a Porsche. Plus, they store the cars inside their garage. Excellent service from John! This was my first visit to House Auto. The job to address cylinder failure code error on my 2011 Panamera was $1000 less than the quote from my old mechanic for the exact same repair!Work was performed in 1 day, car was washed beautifully and a list of other preventative maintenance was provided.This is a great shop I will return for sureService: General repairs & maintenance

I strongly recommend HOUSE AUTOMOTIVE! If you are tired of getting ripped off by the dealers yet you want a Porsche specialist to work on your Porsche look no further! The difference is HOUSE AUTOMOTIVE is HONEST, fairly priced yet 100% qualified!The level of personal service blows the dealer away! I take both my 997.2 as well as my 991.2 gt3T to HOUSE for all services!

this is a great shop and John from House Automotive is awesome! a good friend recommended this place for a PPI of a GT3. This was my first PPI and John guided me through this nervous journey. I've never had a shop that is so communicative and accommodating, and the inspection was the most thorough and everything was precisely and concisely documented. This is totally a place that I can trust to service my cars at!
