I recently had a frustrating experience with my vehicle's tires that left me feeling helpless and at my wit's end. My dealership failed to identify the problem despite multiple visits, which was incredibly frustrating. However, my experience took a 180-degree turn for the better when I found the remarkable tire repair shop that deserves all the praise in the world.From the moment I entered the shop, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff that immediately put me at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and the issues I'd been facing with my car's tires and rims. Unlike my dealership, where I felt like just another number, this shop genuinely cared about solving my problem.They performed a thorough inspection, and it didn't take them long to identify the issues with my cracked rims and the busted tire that had gone unnoticed by the dealer. Their expertise was evident, and it was a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis of the problems plaguing my vehicle.What impressed me most was their commitment to delivering quality service. They not only repaired the damaged rims and replaced the tire promptly but also took the time to educate me about proper tire maintenance and offered valuable advice on how to prevent future issues. This level of customer service was beyond my expectations. Price was clear and transparent, I HIGHLY recommend them, thank you for your help!

It was my second visit at the Encino Tire & Service today, I've got the flat tire issue. And like 2 years ago when I came here for the first time with the same problem, Sami (the owner) was very friendly, with great attitude and extremely professional. It took them about 20 min. to fix my tire. And the price was super reasonable. Thank you very much guys!!!

Sammi is amazing and extremely trustworthy! I went in having no clue what was wrong with my car despite going to another mechanic. Thankfully, Sammi figured it out and I no longer feel worried about driving my car! As a girl, it s always intimidating finding a new mechanic to trust, but sammi made it so easy! 10/10.

Love these guys! Being a lady who generally distrusts mechanics on a good day I m happy to say that women can actually come here without being condescended, scammed or overcharged.They ask you what you need, give you the price up front, and have your car ready when you need it. Prices are also great and lower than if you would go to a big name brand place or your dealership.

I'm not a reviewer type unless I'm compelled to toss in my 2 cents. After having many rotten experiences on all the local tire shops that litter Ventura Bl., I finally found this joint. It's an honest, reliable & very rea$onable shop.Encino Tire-Sami & every mechanic I've met there, are talented, experienced guys. Go for alignments, oil changes, batteries, tires & rims.

Was moving and rented a Penske truck that I picked up from here. Sammy was super helpful and accommodating with the rental. Amazing customer service - I work in the service industry and he definitely went above and beyond. If I wasn't moving, this would be my local shop for sure. Thanks again, Sammy!

This is the most honest, reliable and legitimate repair shop in LA. Nick is the best mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.He and Sami always take the time to only replace what needs and service the things that can be kept.Great prices on tires, parts and service for ANY vehicle. Highly Recommended!

The guys at this shop genuinely take care of their customers, I always come here when I need something done on my car and they never disappoint. This time I needed a whole strut replaced on the driver side, even the spring was completely broken. Nick was extremely helpful in finding a replacement for a good price and installing the part for me. I also needed new tires and a wheel alignment, Sami replaced the tires with new tires that were better quality for my car and also did the wheel alignment and now my car is running like its brand new! Great job guys!

The dealer had given me an estimate of almost $1600 so I took it over to these guys for a second opinion and Sami diagnosed the car and told me I didn't need half the work and was out of there with less than $500 bill. These guys are great. Customer for life...

After my tire blew out on the freeway, I needed to get it fixed but was scared of finding a new mechanic. I'm so grateful to have found Encino Tire & Service. I called in and when I pulled up, the staff was expecting me and super friendly. Sammy was very understanding of my situation and helped me get what I needed, both fast and affordably! I was able to get all my tires replaced that day. The whole operation is clean and professional - I will definitely be going back.

Phenomenal service! Came here to rotate tires and they had me out within 30 mins. I even asked if they could check my brakes while at it and the updated me on the current condition. Said they were fine, now that s honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend anyone to come here.

The short version is, I was enjoying my morning in Encino and found out I had a flat tire. There was a screw embedded in it. Upon searching google there were 3 tire shops within 1 mile of me. I went to the first one and there was a 3 hour back up. I went to the second and I didnt get a sense of professionalism so I left. I just wanted to get my tire patched or changed (if needed). Lastly I went to Encino Tire and service and was immediately helped without needing to see my mileage or vin number (as the other places required). 45 minutes later I am driving away with the tire patched and paid less than the other tire shops would've charged. I would highly recommend bring your vehicle here. They turned a stressful situation into an easy one

I needed new brakes, Encino Tire & Service was able to get me in and out quickly. They did a multipoint inspection which is part of their service, and said everything looked good except for my windshield fluid and that one of my fan belts was getting worn. They topped up the windshield washer fluid and the owner said the belt didn't need to be done that day, and there was no pressure, but that the belt should be replaced soon. I was slightly sceptical at first, but after they showed me the belt, I had it replaced right then and there. Good price and a friendly-honest attitude goes a long way.

I have done my oil change, tensioners and belts, tires alignment, transmission flush, new tires and the list goes on. Best service in town. Sam the boss and Nick the magician are the best most honest people I have dealt with. I will always bring my cars there. They have a customer for life !!!

Worst experience. My car was not fixed properly and it was literally held at ransom until I paid my bill. The owner would not explain what work (if any) had been carried out on my car and he would not return my keys until I had paid my bill. He was very aggressive and I ended up having to call the police. I definitely would not recommend this shop. A very upsetting experience.

I recently visited Encino Tire. Got some work done on my vehicle and they cleanliness and sanitation was not pleasing. After being in the lobby watching the owner, cough and not wash his hands or even wear a mask, I needed to test for the corona virus. I m now hospitalized with the virus. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!

I had a burgundy mazda navajo and was friend and customer of sami the owner sa well as all 3 places employee on daily bassis.In some point due to going up o. Hills if Beverly hills carrying materials I decided to do my brakes.the job handled by Nick the mechanic required 4 sessions.. I including master brake pump which was not needed to be replaced 2 times the front discs shaping and finally new front discsdiscs total cost $ 400 for the 2 front brakes.About the same time they had an Lexus suv 1 year old for service.Some time later the owner of that lexus had engine hazard weld to Lexus dealership and found out the Carter bolt was not close firmly all the oil gone as well as the engine.Sami had make his insurance cover the damage and then switch insurance company to avoid drastic insurance rate.This guy also on behalf of the Israeli Mossad poisoned me in his office and by my car on the lot while we are friends and me mentally support him even when he was in mental crush including declaring his intention to commit suicide.This is Sami Pasha and Encino tires and the Isrseli mossad in America.Gabi G.

I was looking for some services done on my car so I shopped around and Encino Tire was the only shop that didn't try to upsell to me. And after the services I was extremely satisfied with their great attitude and more than fair pricing. Customer for life.

I was looking for a place to trust to replace my tires for my SLS AMG after I shopped around I found these guys to be most fair and honest and after my experience with these guys I was extremely satisfied. Very clean & friendly environment,they even checked my brakes for me for free.

I was referred to this shop and found they were better than I expected. The place is clean and I felt I got an honest deal. As a woman alone, I found them to be trustworthy and they did not try to up sell me.

Just had my battery change here...super nice honest car repair shop...very nice owners who gives estimate that is market rate and wonderful team of mechanics...will come here for all future repairs...you'll feel very comfortable without any of the pressure...love these guys...

Always reasonable and to the point. Sammi and his staff do great work.But in the rare instance over look a concern you did not express; they wil resolve you're issue 100% and its satisfied. No out of the blue extra nonsense here! just honest people. Thx.

This Person is a con artist and a thief. I have the entire phone conversation recorded from beginning to end. Wanted to charge me more then one he quoted on the phone because my car looks really flashy. Hope Karma comes back your way.
