Not worth the free tire repair, go somewhere else and pay the $60. Made an appointment and waited 2 hours, they wouldn't let me in the garage to watch them do the repair as I said it was a brand new car and didn't want my wheelto get scratched. Surely enough they scratched my wheel, the lower driver side bumper and a deep scratch under the bumper. Mario tried to make it right by trying to buffer out the scratches but they are still there. Mario was great to work with but the others are careless.

They found and removed a nail from my tire which had a slow leak. They repaired the tire and did a wheel alignment. The whole process took about 45 minutes. The staff and workmen were extremely pleasant, and the cost was the biggest surprise - there was no charge at all!!What a great company and I will recommend them to all my family, friends and colleagues!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. Went in for a LABOR-ONLY oil change. Not only did they seem to have difficulty finding my appointment, but did not even locate the right vehicle. The price that I was then quoted was significantly different from what was cited when I made the appointment.They were trying to suggest that the labor for an oil change is $167/hr and were going to give me 50% off for $88, but could do $65 as a favor. They initially tried to justify the cost by suggesting it was because my car was newer when it wasn't even the correct car. Then they said it would be the same price regardless of make or model.The guy who seemed like the manager was extremely condescending and then even tagged in a mechanic that came in, who scoffed and affirmed that it wouldn't be worth their time to do an oil change for my originally quoted price, even though every other Big Brand Tire branch I called confirmed the correct pricing.So 3 people in total (rep, manager, and mechanic) all showed the same level of poor customer service. It would be one thing if only one person made a mistake, but this level of treatment across so many people says a lot about the staff here.

I recently traveled to LA to visit my grandchild and was horrified to discover that I had a bolt through my tire and was rapidly deflating. So there I am, big city, don't know where to go with a tire that will be zero in California traffic. I was able to make it to the closest tire place which turned out to Big Brands Tire & Service in Encino. Mario, the manager of store #1041, was my savior. I could not have asked for a more professional, courteous or efficient experience! He and his store were a literal lifesaver- As a woman traveling alone I could easily have been victimized- how was I know to know whether the tire was useable or not? Mario proved himself to be a completely honest and trustworthy professional. They had my tire repaired quickly and did not charge me. I didn't think this sort of thing happened anymore! I wish I could give Mario and Big Brand Tire and Service 6 stars. Awesome!

Waited 2 hours for nothing! They took all of my tires out and i just had a flat tire, simple flat tire because a nail on it.They were trying to convince me to replace all of my shocks and told me that the breaks are not good . They trying to make money cause the flat tire service is for free! Never going back, not recommended at all

I really can't believe it!!Even though my daughter booked a tire for 12:45pm, it ended at 3:30pm.The worst, worst storeIt seems like people are saying that the reason for the delay is because there is only one tire.After that, her daughter called her workplace and was late.In other words, it was postponed until later.It's better not to go here

01/10/24 got new tires. 01/15/24 had time to use my truck at 60mph there was wobble!01/16/24 got fired BUT PAUL told me the alignment machine is not working properly and needs to be fixed. Upper management hasn't done anything about it.This is dangerous and a liability for the company. Dangerous, in fact this establishment should NOT be changing nor touching tires until that machine is fixed.Everything is fixed on my tires, thanks PAUL and MARIO. But...UPPER management, get it together.

I had a great experience here!! They were able to get me in same day for a leaking tire, and they patched it in 20min no charge. The people who work here have great energy, and were very kind. Next time I have trouble, I know exactly who it call!

THIS IS A VERY RARE NEGATIVE REVIEW IF YOU LOOK AT MY PROFILE, YOU WILL SEE MY EXTENSIVE REVIEW HISTORY OF INTEGRITY, WHICH I FOUND NONE OF AT BIG BRAND TIRES, ENCINO.Staff is friendly, helpful and engaging. Apparently honest guys that do good work. They will end up catching all of those little things you have been ignoring so get ready for a needed up sale.I came in for tires and they gave me a fair price with the very quick turnaround. I definitely been neglecting a tire switch out and these guys have a large selection to choose from.They just gave me a wheel balance because I was feeling some bounce around 50mph. Thanks for protecting your clients guys!UPDATE: FLAT OUT BOLD FACED LIED ABOUT THE BALANCE AFTER 2 HOURS WAIT. SAME BOUNCE NO CHANGE. HOPE DO I KNOW. WHEN I GOT IT BALANCED THE BOUNCE WAS GONE. I KNOW SOMETHING WAS FISHY. THE ONLY PERSON THERE WAS 1 TIRE TECH.UPDATE: WHEN I TOOK IT BACK IN TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND LEFT THE CAR FOR 4.5 HOURS. NEVER go to big brand tires. They gave me the wrong size tires, my car broke down 30 minutes form home and i needed 2 tow trucks and $1000 to fix the issue. The emoployees had a lot of trouble finding corporates email and when they finally did corporate never responded or refunded me from all the damages they caused

Today I had my car serviced at Big Brand Tire and Service. Keith checked me in and he was very nice and answered any questions that I had. My car was done in an hour and I was told I didn t need any extra repairs (like I m always told I do at the dealerships!). Easy peasy!!

I went in there to get a flat fixed this week and honestly thought I would be told that I needed a new tire. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning online which was very easy to do. To my surprise they fixed the flat and I didn t need a new tire and they didn t charge anything! Pretty amazing. Everyone was very nice, didn t wait any longer than anticipated and I will definitely be coming back when it s time for new tires

Made an appointment on-line two weeks prior to my actual appointment. Received an e-mail confirming my appointment and that the tires would be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment was told that the tires were never ordered and they didn't have any in stock. To say the least I was not happy. Thankfully Keith (Encino location) was there to save the day. He went out of his way to call other locations to check their inventory. We lucked out and found some at a nearby location. Without Keith their I would have given your company one star. I hope you have more people like Keith at your other locations.

Service was 11/10!!! I had gone to them to inspect my tires after being given the runaround by Toyota for a few weeks. They did a comprehensive inspection on my car and worked on it for the entire day. When it came time to pay, the gentleman at the front insisted that it was on the house. They are amazing and I will definitely be coming back for my tire replacements!

Modesto was very friendly and professional is setting up our appointment. During service, check in was smooth and work was efficient. I had a cracked aluminum rim that was causing a slow leak. I thought I was going to be out $1500 as that was the replacement cost but the guys were able to get it welded and fixed. Same day! On a Saturday! For less than $300! So impressed and happy with the service. They've earned my business forever.

I went in today to get my tires patched since I had a nail or two in them and the staff to the service was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and quick to assist. I am definitely coming back here if I have any other concerns!
