Love this place. Great crew; efficient and honest. Went in at change interval on the sticker and instead of automatically doing a service they checked the miles and oil level and said they could top up the oil and extend the time until a full change.

I went yesterday for an oil change and had a very pleasant experience. Skyler (or maybe Skylar?) was particularly helpful and efficient in giving my car service. Levi was assisting her as well. The two of them got me in and out so quickly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The service was quick and great. The guy who helped me, ALEX, was just amazing! As a women I am not the brightest when it comes to cars and he explained everything to me in words that I was capable to understand. He went through everything he recommended and even went out of his way to print the list and highlight the amount. He made me feel so welcomed. It felt like I was there less than 10 minutes because of the conversation he had with me and the comfort he gave. I live in San Marcos and this was the closest Valvoline in the area I was in and it did not disappoint. THANK YOU ALEX! Only downside of this location is how the shop is placed. It was a bit difficult trying to get my truck inside without trying to play forward and backwards. AND AGAIN THANK YOU ALEX because he offered to drive it in for me (I rate this Valvoline a 5 only because of customer service).Service: Oil change

Would never use the old Jiffy lube that was here as they screwed up my vehicle (wrong fluids). Gave the new Valvoline a try, awesome service. Quick, friendly and well organized. My fav part is they have a few women working here. Generally women are more detailed oriented and that was my experience here. I've had 2 cars get oil changes here, great experience for both.Service: Oil change

i only went here because i needed an oil changesure the staff is knowledgeablebut the price was APPALLING - almost 100 for an OIL CHANGE???Won't be back here any time soon...Service: Oil change
