A few little bitty things, barely worth their time, but Jeff treated me like a queen and took care of everything promptly. Travis is also quite the decent chap and very nice to work with. Jeff clearly takes old-fashioned pride in his store and his reputation. Great to see this level of accountability and customer service and the genuine respect and courtesy he and Travis showed me on my three visits so far, despite how insignificant my jobs were. I love being treated this well. They have my loyalty and all my future work for as long as I'm local (and Jeff is the boss).

This is the best car repair place ever!! They do it all, not just mufflers. Every time I come in with a little problem like needing air in my tires or having to have something small checked out Jeff and his crew are always friendly and right there to give me a hand. They don t even charge me for little things like that. Their prices for oil changes and brakes are reasonable. They are fair and honest. I highly recommend them to all my friends. I m glad to have a business like Midas in my neighborhood.

Travis and his coworker I think Jeff sorry I m bad with names were awesome. Their customer service is top notch and I only bring my vehicles to this particular location. They re honest with pricing and not pushy. They re extremely knowledgeable and I trust nobody but them. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to this location. Midas is a well trusted company and I can t say enough great things about this place.

Midas in Encinitas is honestly the best. I am a skeptic with ALL car service companies but this place is a gem. Honest, kind and respectful. I have complete trust in their recommendations always and that is what you need when you have a large investment like a vehicle. I almost don t want to share this secret gem of a place but the management (Jeff and Travis) and staff absolutely deserve recognition.

Travis was amazing and so easy to work with! He got me in and out faster than he quoted and after using a coupon, it s the best oil change in town! Highly recommend!!

amazing shop, I always get the best deal for the best work ! Never have to come back, they will make SURE problem is fixed before leaving shop!! not only this but Jeff and Travis are phenomenal and although appointments are recommended for times sake, I have never had a problem with having to come in last minute and they help me! Been there twice in the past year and Travis and the rest of the staff have taken care of me. Would never normally write a review but these dudes rock and are very trustworthy compared to any other auto shop I ve been to. Highly recommend going here over anywhere else.

These guys are the best! I had taken my Xterra into another company for a tire rotation, and they forgot to tighten down the Lugnuts on one wheel. After driving off, it sounded like the tire was gonna fall off. Took it back. This company fixed it, but I brought it to Midas because I trusted these guys to make sure everything was good. They checked it on the rack and said everything was great, and did not charge me for it. They are kind and knowledgeable and honest in their dealings

I found myself on a road trip and with a blown out tire at 5:30 close to when the close. Travis (plus a co-worker) stayed after hours to help me. They made sure my car was safe to drive and were so helpful. I feel so fortunate to have found this shop. I hope for good luck to find these two men. This Midas in Encinitas, California is excellent. Jeff and Travis will take good care of you and your vehicle. Knowledgeable, honest, efficient and friendly. Solid mechanics. Make an appointment is best. I would highly recommend.

Midas Encinitas is great. I m very happy to have them as my neighborhood go-to for all things auto related.Battery issues? Lift gate issues? Oil changes? All the other car fluids? Dashboard lights? Odd clicking? Breaks? Tires? They take care of everything.When you call, you ll speak to Jeff or Travis. They actually answer the phone ( no automated prompts). They leave articulate voicemails. Best of all, no spammy text messages.Jeff and Travis are great. They are honest and trustworthy. They explain the problem and clearly communicate their recommendation. I am never surprised by the final price. They price fair. They are professional. The store is usually busy, but I never feel rushed when speaking with them. They take time to answer questions.I take my 4Runner here for routine maintenance. My wife takes her Ram 1500 here for routine maintenance. They proactively identify concerns. They fix them. They stick to deadlines. We have never had any issues with their work.Moreover, I feel remembered and valued as a customer. That feels nice. More importantly, it creates a great relationship. It s not just me. You ll notice they treat all of their customers with respect.Jeff and Travis are great guys. I m not familiar with the Midas brand. But I d trust Jeff and Travis with my vehicle no matter what the sign said.

Midas in Encinitas is the absolute best. I've been taking my vehicles to them for nearly two decades, and I've never once had a bad experience. Jeff and everyone at this location are consummate professionals, and it's obvious they take pride in providing top quality customer service. They know their stuff. More than once, Jeff has tracked down a part or problem solved an issue that would have been up-charged or missed at a different business. I bring all of our vehicles into the Encinitas Midas. We have 3 and get all oil changes completed there. I would like single out Travis. He always accommodates our schedule. He is an incredibly knowledgeable individual! Uppermost he is honest. That means so much to us as we are older and appreciate work and value.
