Very satisfied with their friendly, quick service. Appointments are good but I dropped in and only had a short wait. Good location near a taco shop and a coffee shop while waiting 30 minutes.

Alex, the owner is the hardest worker I've seen and has honest prices. Only wait about a half hour every time I bring one of my 3 cars. Always make an appointment.

This place is incredible. What a fabulous experience.I was a walk-in 1sr thing in the AM.My old Volkswagen mechanic was there with a car for his shop. My new mechanic referred me.They gave me a $15 discount which made my day.I was just barely not passing, so they did it one more time and I passed.I'm ecstatic as I failed two years ago.I should have come here then.Free retest.I have not seen that before.The owner is running the place and could not be nicer.

This Star Smog Station is the best smog only station I have ever been to. Accommodate with appointment. open Saturdays, takes walk-ins, affordable. extremely good customer service. has disabled parking, a ramp chairs out and inside office. very courteous and affordable This is the second time I have been there. they are consistent in their practices.

I am so grateful for Kevin and Fidel! They really came to the rescue when my brakes were squeaking. Got a great price for the work done on my vehicle and they finished the work fast! My friends recommended this place to me and I would highly recommend them as well.

I have taken two cars here. Not only are they cheaper than the other local option (I called ahead to compare prices before deciding to go here), they are fast and it's easy to schedule an appointment. Plus you have the added bonus of having the main Encinitas strip one block away so you can go grab a snack or just walk around while you wait for your car.

Technician Jeff is terrific. He spoke with me on the phone before I took my car in and gave me some helpful advice. He then serviced my car the next day. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Owner Alex is also friendly and honest. Best place for smog check. I have been going here for many years.

I'm happy to say that Anthony made the process of getting my smog check a completely positive experience. He attended to me immediately and had my car finished and I was driving off the lot in under 20 minutes. If you need a smog check and you live anywhere in North county this is the place to go. Five stars all the way.

We had a 3:00 pm. appointment and had no waiting upon arrival. Encinitas Smog Center was Fast and Efficient. I will return when my other vehicle is due for its Smog check.

This place is exactly what I needed. They were fast, affordable, and very friendly. I was met by someone to help as soon as I drove up and it was still a few minutes before they opened. Definitely coming back here again. I highly recommend Encinitas Smog Center if you need a smog certificate. Can't say enough good things about this operation.

What excellent service and the price is amazing! Ben provided excellent customer service! Went to my auto place I've used for years and they wanted to charge me almost 25.00 more than this place!Came here on a recommendation from a friend and happy I did!

I recommend smog check center strongly. Very nice people. Nathon, was very helpful when I called first before I get to their store. They took me last minutes in the evening without having appointment. Nathon even offered they would take me even 20 minutes before closing their shop. So, very friendly and respectful place.

I've had my car smogged here for nearly 20 years. Honest, dependable and helpful. The new location is great. More parking and shade if you choose to wait on site, easy walking to several local restaurants and coffee houses if you don't.

It's a smog test only center, and they got it done, by appointment, super fast and for a reasonable $55 for a Jeep Wrangler. It's a bit hidden, but it's easily accessible from the freeway or anywhere in Encinitas. If your looking for quick service at a fair price in North County, this is your place.

I have been going here for years and years. They do good and fast work but just don't take the 8 am appointment (first of the day). I have waited for them to open on multiple occasions.

The service here is great. I was able to get an appointment to get my car smog fed here the same day. The nice lady who does the smog also has a great collection of Bonsai trees.

This business has been there for years, first good sign, and they are recommended by nearly everyone I asked. When I was asking for a recommendation, years ago, everyone I asked directed me to these guys. Now years later, I do the same, and each time I need a smog I choose Encinitas Smog.They are trustworthy, and honest.Thank you!!

Was able to get in and out with Smog test completed within 15 mins. When I called to get prices they offered me the coupon price , total out the door cost and were true to their word on it. Need a smog, right choice if you go there in
