I drive a ways to get to this store. One the service, always always helpful and they are very knowledgeable. Also Andrew the store manager, it starts at the top and Andrew is the example. You want the right part and great service. This is it.

My husband just bought a new car and we needed a headlamp. Andrew EXCEEDED all expectations by coming out to verify we needed a special kind for his car. Was friendly, helpful and also pretty funny. We truly loved our experience. This is a huge reason why we always choose autozone. We live out of town, but still found our way to the local autozone here! YOU ROCK ANDREW

Nice place, great staff, not a big store so if you are looking for certain parts they might not have it, they will help you find a store if they don't, will help with battery change or any other easy thing, overall great

Steven was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me with numerous automotive issues. I trust this establishment and whomever they will refer me to for installation of parts ordered. Thank you again, Steven. Update as of 7/8/21: I returned to pick up hoses and a/c filter which were vital to the performance of my car, and again, Steven was an ace. He referred me to an amazing automotive mechanic and my maintenance issues from a long drive were resolved that day!? It's not easy to find trustworthy, knowledgeable, fast and affordable service such as that which Steven and his referred mechanic offered. I recommend a promotion, as he is going to go far! Again, I am very grateful to Steven and to AutoZone.

Complete scammers. Don't use their battery tester. You've been warned. It will tell you that your alternator is broken when it's really your battery. Horrible customer service at the regional level. I would not spend one penny at AutoZone. They do not care about their customers at all.

Not a very good experience at this location. Seemed like the opening crew was in a very bad mood. They really went out of their way to ignore me. I understand they had just opened but at least try and help. Drove all the way to O reillys and they where eager to help. Too bad since this is way closer to me. Hope they fix their bad customer service

Andrew really took care of me. Just buying wipers but he called when the parts arrived and actually installed them in the parking lot. Gave me some really good info to make the right brand choice. Knew his stuff.

Excellent customer service! This past Tuesday, my family was driving back from "the happiest place on earth," to San Diego, when the dreaded "I have to potty. Right. Now." came from the back seat. The quickest place we could find was the 7-11 in the same parking lot. We pleaded with them to let us use their bathroom, even though there's a sign saying no public restroom, because my 4yo daughter has muscular dystrophy, so we can't just go anywhere. We were directed to the "outside" bathroom, which turned out to be a construction company Port-A-Potty, with someone passed out in front. It was also 80 degrees and not sure if we could fit in their to assist her, any way.So, away we marched across the parking lot to this store. Before we could finish the sob story, all of the employees, who seemed to be restocking, said, "Of course! No problem. We just cleaned it this morning, too!" They cleared a path through their shelves, so my wife could get through in our pediatric stroller/wheelchair, and led us in.I will be forever grateful for everyone inside that morning, and hope they get the recognition they deserve. This may have been a small thing, but big things are made of small things, and these people get it. Thanks AutoZone Store #5657. You made our day a better one.

Awesome Service!! I've been here three times for car related issues and I've never left disappointed. Today, I walked in concerned about my car battery, just to find out that it needed to get replaced. Ernesto was a huge help! He helped me choose a battery and even helped with installation. He is very dedicated to his job and his service is amazing!

Omar helped me fix and exchange my head light without any hesitation or even asking. I thought i could do it by myself and when he seen me struggle he jumped up to help. It was awesome to see somebody go above and behind as a human being to help another. Thank you Omar for being awesome and helping somebody out. Keep being you.

I never had any problems before today. Today I had to change 2 brake lights ( bulbs) in my Altima 2006 . I never had any experience with this car. So, I watched video but didn't get it. I asked young associate to help. There were two bolts that had to be unscrewed. I unscrewed one and could not figure out why I cannot remove rear head light . So, the associate pulled and broke something. It was look like one of the pins were damaged which were not big deal. But when I tried to fix other headlight I finally got on video that pin was not pin but a bolt attached to headlight and it was broken by him. Basically, big and heavy headlight was hanging just one bolt which is not quite secure. I asked him to fix it and he glued it. That what he did to compensate it but is it not enough!It was whole and now it is not ! Justice was served but with %50! It is amazing that he said I can glue it no big deal until I ask him to fix what he damaged!

Harim went above & beyond in helping us get a new battery & the install is free! He tested the old battery first to make sure we even needed a new one. Then he recommended & found a small part that was necessary to make sure the battery lasted. He was genuine & highly integral which is always appreciated, even more so when it comes to car parts, which I know nothing about. I ve always gone here for car parts & highly recommend them! It s always easy & quick & conveniently located.

I was in the Leucadia location and Antonio helped me. My daughter was headed back to college and needed new windshield wipers. I had no idea how to put them on. Antonio did this for me which was not an easy task since the old wipers were corroded and he had to WD40 them an pry them off. I was impressed with his service. Give this man a bonus! Thank you, Kim

Andrew the manager was amazing seriously saved my vacation and walked me through changing my air flow sensor. Best autozone experience I ve had in a long time.

Although I had discovered I was at the wrong parts store to turn in old part, the man was super polite and apologized for being the wrong store. Often times just making a purchase sales people can be rude but he was nice. Pleasure... And I purchase a huge amount of car parts. 1000 per month. I'll be back.

First time I've been to AutoZone in Encinitas, the employee with the early 90s Lexus that helped me today was friendly and courteous, as well as super knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns that I had about my vehicle today. 5 star employee IMHumbleO!

If you are having issues starting your car, please stop by the AutoZone in Leucadia. All for Ernesto. I was having start up issues with my 2013 Ford Explorer. I originally took my car to another auto parts place and they tested my battery. The result showed that it was still a good battery. The attendant told me that it might be my alternator.Not completely satisfied with the first opinion, i took it to AutoZone where I was given a different diagnosis. Bad battery. Ernesto quickly gave me the options and I picked the option that suited me best. Ernesto quickly replaced my battery and tested my alternator after the new battery had been installed. The alternator test result was excellent and I drive away only having to replace a battery and not a costly alternator.

The store is amazing simply because of its service. Everyone there is knowledgeable and willing to help out with anything and everything I've ever had an issue with; this includes phone service or in person.This is a small store, but I've always been able to get the items I've needed. I use this store exclusively for parts / vehicle supplies. I would suggest calling ahead. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it within a few hours.I've stopped looking around for better prices, every time I do AutoZone comes out on top.

I shop at this particular location on a regular basis. This morning I spent 300 dollars on parts for my car. I purchased an HID headlight bulb for my car that did not work. When I attempted to return the defective part I was first told it was not the part they sold me. That basically I was trying to lie to them (I proved it was in fact the right part). That was not the case and the employee was mistaken. I was then told that since it was installed I would not be eligible for a refund or exchange. After debating this policy I was told that if the replacement failed to work it was my car that was broken and the part wouldn't be replaced again. When I brought my boyfriend in, who is a mechanic btw, to discuss the issues the employee became upset and was not happy that he was proven wrong. He asked him to leave the store which created even more issues. In summary, the employee was consistently proven wrong after accusing me of lying to him and his response was to kick us both out and ask us not to return. He did not refund my purchase or exchange the part. This headlight cost 100.00. I spend a great deal of money at this store and was treated with such disrespect it was shocking to both myself and my boyfriend who understandably was upset. The employee clearly didn't want to do the exchange, which all I wanted for my 100.00 purchase was a headlight that worked. Now I will be seeking a full refund and I will not shop autozone ever again. My honest impression is that they thought perhaps since I am Female I would just assume they were right and that I didn't know anything about cars and they didn't want to exchange such an expensive part. It was truly insulting and unacceptable behavior on their behalf.
