Went in for battery issues I was having this morning and had a great experience! Domenick was friendly, efficient and positive. I had taken my car somewhere closer to my house earlier and was told they couldn t help me, but it wasn t a problem here! So grateful for speedy, friendly service and will definitely be back!

A gentleman by the name of David Yoder greeted me as I walk through the door and he was most congenial. He directed me to the location of the product I needed, and I can t say enough about how friendly, accommodating and helpful he was. Thank you for him and a quality representative of your company!

I went in to Advanced Auto parts when my battery died, and was located accross the street. They guys were so helpful , got me a new battery, and Domenick followed me over to where the car was located across the street and installed it for me. So so so awesome and and so helpful. My daughter and I would not have had a clue how to do it!! I would highly recommend their services , and will use them again when the need arises!! Thank you sooo much !

Dominic- store manager is customer service personified!! Wow thank you Dominic for spending time in the rain to change my rear brake lightbulb . I called a couple places. One quoted $18 for one bulb. A second wasn t sure he would change the bulb for me. Dominic immediately said he would- two bulbs $10 and installed the bulb.5 star service for sure! Thank you Dominic!!

Super helpful staff! My old Jeep needed new wipers that I was unable to get on. Dominick and David Y were able to troubleshoot and now they are on and working great!!!

I had a major issue with my vehicle. My car wouldn't drive more than a few feet before powering down completely. I thought I had a new / good battery as I purchased it not too long ago at a different store entirely than here. After calling several stores that were all claiming I needed to spend a bunch of money on parts for the potential issue. I finally called Advanced Auto Parts in Encinitas, and Domenick (the manager) said, "bring it in, I'll take care of you." He took my car battery out, did a free test / recharge of it. It wouldn't charge, he had another wonderful staff member William run an electrical system check on my entire car...for free. They pin pointed my issue in a matter of minutes. It was indeed the battery. Domenick looks at the battery, walks to the back, brings a brand new battery out and says "it's yours Bryce". I am still a little confused, yet absolutely grateful....when I was treated like a nobody at other auto parts stores. The least I can do is leave a positive rating on google for these two gentleman. This was such a wholesome experience for me that I will only come to this store now. I'll make sure to pass on a helping hand to someone else in need. I can't thank these two gentlemen enough. Domenick helped select the right battery for my Genesis. Domenick was friendly and courteous. He then quickly installed the new battery while I waited. The whole process was about 15 minutes in and out. Thanks to Domenick!

Charged me 50 dollars for a part and wouldn't take it back because I didn't have the box. Thanks I guess I'll just toss it in the trash then. I got the same exact part for 5 dollars off ebay. I'll be avoiding this place in favor of literally anywhere else.

I can imagine oil is one of the more common reasons people go to autopart stores. They were out of what I needed and despite their best efforts, couldn't help me. Older gentlemen was the opposite of helpful.
