Star machine has the most helpful kind people. Was building my first engine and Shawn was able and willing to help me through every step to make sure I got it done right. Shawn is the man! He went above and beyond to help me remove and install my piston from connecting rods. While other shops shrug their shoulders at me, the same day I contacted Star Machine, Shawn immediately took care of me. He s a very knowledgeable guy, with great customer service. His shop is amazing and well organized! I would rate him 10 stars if I could.Thank you a million Shawn!

I was referred to Shawn by a fellow Mercedes Benz enthusiast as I was seeking a reputable and honest machine shop to service my M103 cylinder head. Shawn was exceptionally personable, courteous and knowledgeable; he and Alex both were outstanding professionals. My cylinder head was completed in a couple of days as promised. Shawn even cleaned and painted my valve cover as a bonus. I don't normally supply reviews to any shops I've visited in the past but am compelled to write this due to such amazing experience, and no longer have a need to shop for another machine shop.

I don't typically write reviews, but the quality of service prompted an exception. Shawn was not only competent and swift, but willing to share knowledge and conversation beyond the scope of the job at hand. These guys know what they are doing. It was a pleasure giving them my business.

These guys do everything and do it well, I called and spoke to Shawn over the phone and could tell I was going to the right place, I brought in a head from a BMW E36 that gets driven very hard on track days and I ve put it through plenty of abuse and haven t had any issues since! I will definitely come back here for any other machine work I need done for any of my vehicles. Thanks star machine!Service: Engine repair
