First come first serve but there was no wait. In and out in about 5 minutes. Total price was $59.75 for my truck. That included the &10 off coupon on their website. Check my photo for current prices. They were faster and cheaper than the other nearby Star Certified station.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. They're fast, efficient and the staff are very nice and patient. I had my car smogged here today, with the hopes of it failing so that I can retire it (multiple mechanics can't figure out why it's overheating all the time). I told them multiple times (and probably annoyed them, I'm sure) that they needed to make sure it didn't overheat. Not only did these guys keep an eye on the temperature and make sure my car didn't blow up, but it failed smog and now I can retire it with the state program and get some money back for this clunker to put towards a new car! Thanks guys!

These guys were quick. I think maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. Truck passed and that's all that matters. I'll be back again when I need a smog.

Came here early in the morning on a Saturday to get in and out, cung helped me out and was very proficient and helpful through the whole process. I would strongly recommend if you want to get in and out with great customer appreciation. Check out this spot!

Today I went to Smog-N-Go to get a smog check. There were already 3 people ahead of me and they all didn t pass. 3 other people came in for a retest. I for sure thought my car was going to pass but it didn t. I suggested they change their name to Smog-No-Go !Aside from that it was very quick. 15 minutes all together so I didn t wait long at all! They told me what I needed to do to get my car fixed for a free retest! I would recommend anyone to go to this place. Fast, friendly and quick service!Service: Smog certification

I came in today (Monday) at 930am and was out in 10 minutes ! I was thoroughly impressed with how swift and easy the service was. My boyfriend has come in early on a Saturday morning which is much busier but he was still out in 30 minutes. This is definitely a great place to bring your car to get smogged. They employees there have a great routine/system going that gets you in and out fast. Customer service was also great.

I could not believe how efficient these people who served me. I was in and out before I had hardly sat down to drink my tea and read. I don't believe I have ever experience this type of service before and I have been using auto services for the past 40 years. The personnel were all very courteous and proficient. I would take 2-4 cars a week to this location. They fail visual inspections on vehicles for small things that have no meaning. But keep in mind, every car they fail, raises their Smog Score. Meaning, they have to maintain a certain score to NOT loose their STAR certification. So the smog inspector is on the hunt to try and find anything to fail your car. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. These guys are too worried about loosing their STAR certification that they will FAIL your car for any unnecessary small thing. Or if something doesn t look right, why not tell the customer beforehand, and charge them a pre-inspection fee of some sort. I suggest $14.99 lol. Good luck guys! You just lost my business along with 7 other auto dealers that I know that go to this location.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Been going to this location for years and almost no issues everytime I get a car tested save for my last test when it turned out that a sniffer was not functioning properly.Note: The Smart Car in the photo doesn't use the sniffer. The electronics are more advanced than a lot of cars I have driven in the past.

I m sure I would have had a different experience if I arrived a little bit earlier but I got there on a weekend at 5pm and they closed at 530pm. I have never been so rushed in my life and that is why I m leaving 2 stars. The dude that took care of me did his best to be professional but I can tell he was frustrated that I arrived at 5pm. Smog took about 3 minutes. Everything that I did from opening the door to let him into the car to when I left was rushed. I felt like I was getting kicked out when I left. Service: Smog certification

Rude, negative attitude and plain stuck up. They are not knowledgeable about their regulations. Example I brought my 2011 BMW 335i w/ after market VRSF charge pipe and Burger Motorsports air filter. SNG passed the vehicle considering all new parts installed. Two years later when the smog was due again I had SNG test and they failed it due to aftermarket parts. I told them they passed it last time with the same parts. Anyway I was so annoyed of their stupidity I cussed at them. Now after several years I came back and they banned me from smog checks. They have a note in their computer system not to provide service. Their loss of my 4 vehicles\$$$ and my gain bc instead of $69.00 I pay $48.20 per vehicle.

I always get my smog done here and the service is always good and professional. They validated my smog coupons and give my discount even when I don t have the coupon. Only thing I don t like is the place is unclean and the sitting is not that comfortable.

Fast. And what's the best feeling of passing smog ! Thank you guys. Customer service is neutral . Maybe he was having a bad day or just not a morning person ,or havent have his cup of coffee yet. I would just say they just need to smile more . Other than that quick and fast.

The first man to greet me was really rude and had a very bad attitude when he found out I had a breathalyzer in my truck. He became irritated when I didn't have my dmv paperwork and yelled out loud that I had a breathalyzer in my truck and that my truck needed to be serviced before the other guests.I felt humiliated.But once inside the shop, the man at the counter was very nice and we had a conversation about my cup with my son's football number on it.A tall older gentleman rang me out, and he was very funny and even though I didn't pass my smog test he was very informative about how I should get my truck fixed to pass installation and he has a really great sense of humor.

My dad and I went together at about 330 on a Wednesday. We were in and out within 15 minutes both cars and was treated with so much professionalism and respect. My dad is 80 and sometimes a little hard to deal with and it was no problem at all. They definitely have a customer for life. Another note, the manager was running the office and cashier. He told me he steps out to check on his guys cause he believes in knowing whats going on, he will be one successful manager for many years to come.

Not good! The Manager there did not have the experience to tell us the specs set by BAR regarding timing on any vehicle.When asked, he responded I don't know. This is something he should know! The answer is 3 degrees plus or minus.

Extremely fast and they are open early in the morning 7am) if you need to get it done before work. They are definitely on the pricier side for a regular smog, but it s not a major price difference.

Wow! From the young man who checked me in to the one who handled the payment and paperwork in the office they were friendly and professional the whole way through. Which was actually only ten or fifteen minutes. I was a bit apprehensive this year, for the first time my SMOG was STAR station only. Also have only ever gone to the Laguna location which is excellent! Since they are closer to my new home and STAR certified I gave them a chance. It was so quick and easy. Also look for their coupon online. Only regret is not taking the names of the employees who worked with me because they deserve a shout out. Will definitely be back! Thanks!

Name speaks for itself. Quick service- Went here with no appointment.- No DMV not registration.- Out within 20minAlso, had a $10 coupon. Easy to obtain just Google it. Ended up just donating that to miracle Network.Went on a Wednesday at 4:00 I'm not sure how busy this place is on the weekend.nonetheless highly recommended if you need a smog and you don't want to spend more than 30 minutes waiting around
