Polite were super nice and informative. Best customer service ever. Told me exactly what was needed to pass a brake and light inspection. Fast service. Highly recommend to anyone. Fair prices as well

I had a check engine light turning on and brought my car there to fix it. They ran dianogtis and they told me the catalytic converter had problem. I agreed to change it and be done with it. Two weeks later the engine light turning back on again and they said they are different codes of the problems and they are not the same. It is hard to believe people doing business such like that without shame to say. Why they did not tell me that from the beginning? or the first time when I came in. It is so bad business over all. I will not do business with Elk Grove Shell gas station again .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sometimes things line up just right. Haven't been here for years and when I noticed a tire was low I remembered they are one of the few service stations that has air. Turned out I had a nail. They were able to plug a nail hole. Luck shined on me today. Thanks crew - you were friendly and fast. And you know what - their gas prices are competitive too!

I thought Mike was the owner because he was so wonderful. The restrooms are super clean and everybody was nice. I would drive across town to go to this gas station.

Called today to get my get my Car smoged was given an appointment the same day today best price in town $58. Excellent customer service they invited me in to sit down I had a cup of coffee was out of there within an hour. Howard is excellent so is Amy and Marisa as well as the mechanic didn t get his name but he held the door open for me helped pumped my gas and even topped off my Windshield wiper fluid. I don t think anywhere in elk Grove has a gas station that has great customer service like this. This place is located in the heart of elk Grove and it is a very safe location.

I went there yesterday, because I had some issues with my car passing smog. I ask to get a dianogstic which cost $133. So the gentleman says it will be an hour and half. So, as I'm waiting I had the best conversations with these guys in the office. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. When it was all done. The mechanic explains to me that he fixed the problem and my check engine light went off and instead of charging me for the 133 he is just going to smog my car so it will pass. And it did. He saved me alot of money! I am forever grateful for that. Their customer service is exceptional and they're not there to just take your money. I will be going back. If I could rate higher then 5 star I would give them a 10. They're solid people!

Woke up with a flat tire. Stopped by the two Les Schwabs in the area and both had a 3 hour wait and couldn't be bothered to take a quick look at my tire. Stopped by Elk Grove Shell and within 10 minutes they had found the nail in my tire, removed it and repaired my tire and had me back on the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

Like just around the corner so I always go here. Awesome hours for us workers lol. 6am to midnight. The store is Always clean and organized, I appreciate that cause I'm kinda a germaphobe. All the staff is super nice and I have never had an issue. They get all my gas money because of it

This location closes way soon than they say it says 11 but more like 930. If you need gas go somewhere else because they cant help you

It's a corporate Shell vs local franchise and they don't charge you extra for repairs. Nice local service and they are great for light repairs such as brakes, tune ups, and such. They do most of my works.

Reminds me of the full service stations of the past. Once I parked the attendant was quick to come wash my windshield. My go to had station in Elk Grove.

this is a beautiful park with a huge pond full of ducks. Lots of shady areas and a great place to go for a walk.
