I have come to this O Reilly Auto Parts more than any other auto parts store combined together in recent years. The store is organized very well. I can find the items I need in a short time usually. The salespersons behind the counter are willing to help if needed. The parking lot is safe and has available parking at all times.

I had a couple of rotors resurfaced there and one of the rotors had a vibration cut on it. When I brought that up, I was told the rear rotors sometimes do that! He didn't offer to make it right. They also didn't put a non-directional cut on the surface either. Not a professional job on this one!

So disappointed in today's visit to O'Reilly. The young man that "looked after me" after I had to approach him, acted like I was speaking some foreign language when I asked for an A/C recharge kit. After that I was treated like an idiot even though I had explained I had purchased a similar item about 2 years ago. Did I mention that I was the only customer in the store and there were two people standing behind the counter talking with one another. He didn't bother to tell me there was a core charge I would get a partial refund when I brought back the can until I specifically asked, I used to get treated great when I went to O'Reilly but I guess things change. I will be going elsewhere for now on.

Zach is amazing!!! He went above and beyond!! From me just asking for my car codes to master computer readings, battery check, and a quick hose check. It's been about two weeks, and my car is running great thanks to Zach. Thank you so much again for just going the extra mile.

I prefer O'Reilly in general compared to other chain auto parts store. And I really like the guys that work at this one on Laguna Blvd. Friendly, helpful & professional.

I needed a new battery close to closing time (first went to the location on EG Blvd but it was closed early). My brother and I called before heading over, and Josh was super polite and knowledgeable on the phone. When we got there, Zach offered to test the battery to verify it was bad, and the team quickly got us the compatible replacement! Service was friendly, attentive and informative. Also, we were not rushed, which added to a pleasant experience overall. Thank you!

Hello I would just like to say I highly recommend this O'Reilly's location among most ...These guys are hands down the best and most knowledgeable..and when I am in need of any auto parts I will not go anywhere else...Samuel was extremely awesome when I came in for new wiper blades for mine&my husband's vehicles and he installed them in seconds...Zack, Rafael,are also extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable,and all of my experiences with all of them have been above&beyond...I love this place and the exceptional customer service ...Thank you guys..

Clean store knowledgeable staff. has part I need, if not will order it,and have there after 4 or next day usally. Never had a problem with getting wrong parts. Free ck engine light code reader test. Can test the battery and alt also free. Sales are often and great but gen reasonably priced usually under other auto parts stores.

I went inside to get help because I was having car trouble. None of the people who worked there would help me. One man that worked there was rude and did not seem to care that I needed help. He just said there s nothing they could do. Thankfully, there was a kind customer who helped me out and fixed my problem. Definitely not coming back to this O Reilly Auto Parts location. If I could give zero stars, I would! Poor customer service

My wife and I have been going to the store for years 4 are car needs. It is conveniently located and the staff is very helpful as I do not know a lot of things about cars and always end up asking questions. They go above and beyond and have also come out a couple of time to either check on the pars or help me replace it like windshield wipers. The store is nice and clean and well laid out so you don't have to wander all over the place looking for stuff. Keep up the good work.

Zac went above and beyond just regular customer service. He helped explain the different qualities of windshield wipers and he provided suggestions for cleaners and waxes for our car. He is polite and exercised patience with all our questions. He never made us feel rushed or unimportant even though we picked a busy time to shop on a Sunday noon. Zac thanks again for installing the windshield wipers and making us customers for life. We will be back.

I think his name was Jeremy. Anyways he was awesome, helpful. Insightful. When I went to my dealership concerning my car. Jeremy was right. I was able to take his advice and get the job done. Laguna Blvd. OReilly store next to taco bell. Jeremy is his name.

Something is always wrong here...I got a touch-up marker that must have been sitting on the shelf a while because it was all the way dried up when I used it. They claimed the replacement mirror I got would have adhesive in the packaging but didn't. This location doesn't give you your receipts or ask you for your loyalty card number consistently. I don't like that they require I give them my phone number out loud like that anyway but it's easier than having to call customer service to add the receipt on later... I have never left here happier than when I came in.

They wouldn't turn off the check engine light off I think I fixed the problem on my Lexus and needed to reset it since when did they stop that? Other then that Ryan the manager was nice

My local auto store, I like the kids in this store, if they dont know the answer, they will find it, really good with helping you find what you need. Cover return policy well. Recently I returned a defective coil pack, O'Reilly stopped carring it had a lifetime guarantee. They replaced it with the newer brand and still covered it with the lifetime guarantee.

Decent enough Auto parts store that has been good enough for most of my needs (basics such as light bulbs, air filters, car washing supplies,etc). Staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable enough although I haven't needed any special auto parts.

The workers here either don t know what they are doing or they straight up lie in front of your face. Employee says oh I can t install your headlight because I have to remove the wheel dude its a Honda Civic. You open the latch and just pop off the old headlight. Also I overheard the guy in front of me getting upsell for higher cost car batteries but literally admits there s no difference in performance lol. Avoid this place unless your car is broken down.

Ran in pick up a sun visor to hot outside. Young man was very polite, asked was i member, he run my item up. Said have a nice day. But as always my experience is great.

Went here because my car was having problems starting. We were greeted and helped, as soon as we got into the store. The female associate, listened to my problem, and checked my battery. Sure enough, my battery needed to be replaced. We purchased a new battery, for my car, and she installed my new battery!

This place is awesome! I drive from Natomas just for the service. I've gone to other O'Reilly' and they really give me a look when I ask them for help with my headlight installment. This place jumps on it without hesitation. I've learned to arrive before the sun goes down because they can't help due to safety issues. The chic who helped me yesterday seemed new. She did her best and asked for help when needed, because my vehicle is a tad difficult. I love how she didnt give up but asked to watch to learn after asking for help.

Very poor service ordered Rear Brake shoes came in Two of the shoes were missing in the box. BOX was all taped up after talking sale person she said we don't check the damaged boxes we do warranty replacement which will not come in till tomorrow than came Manager he told me if I need it today I have to go another store which is 15 miles away from the store I was in What a service. Went to Autozone cross the street got everything ......
