I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful, attentive service from Kenny T., a service advisor at this location. We dropped our vehicle off with a list of issues- Kenny listened to each issue, documented it, and was prompt on his follow-up to each issue. Immediately after we left, Kenny texted me with a number that I could text or call him at. I especially want to thank Kenny for keeping us to date with status updates. There were some circumstances beyond Kenny's control, but he took total ownership of all steps and was apologetic for things that were not even his doing, or under his control. I appreciate the honesty and direct feedback at every step. Kenny also offered rental car service, and was very clear as to what would be needed for the rental car, should we decide to use it.While the vehicle was repaired under warranty service, I would (and will) return to Kenny in the future, because of the attention and service he provided to us. Thank you Kenny T.!

I was there for a rental back in October 2023. Esperanza Maldonado lacks customer service she needs to be re-trained on how to speak towards her customers, resulting in poor client experience.

My mother went to get her cars passenger side seat belt fix at 10:45 AM. She waited and was then told they had to go to break or lunch around 12 so she had to wait even longer. Around 3PM they told her they broke one of the bolts for her cars seat and they needed more time to fix it or find a solution. They offered her a vehicle to take home and use however her insurance didn't cover that apparently (Not Nissan's Fault) so they offered to cover the cost for a car rental at enterprise and was dropped off with a employee to get the vehicle. Long story short enterprise declined to give her a vehicle so both my mother and the employee called to get picked back up however nobody apparently answered so they had to walk back in the heat. Keeping in mind she is diabetic and hasn't eaten all day because of there techs mistake causing her to stay longer. The manager ordered her a uber home and she got home around 6:30PMThis will be our last time getting anything from this dealership, we did have plans of getting a new vehicle for myself and for her but after this experience we will be taking our business elsewhere

Nissan of Elk Grove, specifically John Ryan, was very responsive to our needs and concerns from the very start. He kept us informed of the progress, provided a contact when he was unavailable, and helped process us out in a timely manner, explaining everything they found and fixed in depth, and just went above and beyond my expectations. I have had my last 3 cars through Nissan Elk Grove and always get them serviced through the dealership. Every time the service team is super friendly and helpful and always tries their best to fix the issue as soon as possible so my car is back in business. This last visit Kenny and Mark really helped me out when I had a transmission malfunction light on and I really appreciate their help! There was a CVT transmission Recall on my Car. I so happened to be right passed the recap mileage point, where the best service tech Ken helped me. He was very professional and polite. Responsive. He truly went out to help me out in my situation being a $6,000 repair. He help me out the client and worked with there management.He even went out pf his way to make sure I had a lender car to use even before services where approved on my vehicle. It s been a few days now but my car is running like new. Customer service is coming back

I came in to the service shop in a very bad mood because my roommate had stolen and then lost my second key fob. I purchased a new key fob and had a kid to my car.John helps facilitate this transaction, and he said if you ever come across, it will re-key all three keys for you on the house. Sure enough, I found my key when I evicted her from my apartment and true to his word John covered the cost of the key, and even through in the key battery for free. It s rare to find men of their word, John, and by extension Nissan of elk Grove is one of them.

I bought my 2021 Nissan Kicks here in May 2021. Awesome staff at every level. Smooth car purchase from start to finish. Customer service is their top priority and it shows.

It s a bit ridiculous. I had an appointment for 8:30am but didn t got checked in 15 mins later. Then the whole service took almost 4 hrs! Just for first time service in my car. And It wasn t busy when I went too. They need to be consistent with time and be up front with it. The quality of their service have gone down. They didn t even reset my oil change indicator.Service: Oil change

Went in for a scheduled oil change and had me waiting 30 min in my car while letting others go in. The wait time for a simple oil change was 4.5 hrs which was ridiculous and on top of that, they had me waiting an additional 20 minutes on my feet to literally hand me my car key. Front desk workers ignored the fact that I was there while they chatted and didn't make an effort to check on me. Not going back even for an oil change.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I called to get a quote on my daughters 2017 Nissan sentry sv was quoted over $1000 excuse me there not gold brakes. Ridiculous.
