I would definitely recommend L&S MOTORWERKS! Santiago and Mark were amazingly helpful getting my car completed in a timely manner. Did a wonderful job with insurance to approve getting a new part in place of a used one. Highly recommend

It s my first time and i can say I m coming back with my BMWs! Honest, reliable and awesome. I love how they took pictures and showed me their work. They showed and educate me with what s wrong with my car but I never felt intimidated. They won my business and will be back to adjust my headlights for my BMW X5

2013 Land Rover LR4-Mark was my advisor, and he did an awesome job of explaining every detail of the service that my rover needed. He was not being too pushy like some other advisor. Great experience, and I will continue to have my rover service here.

Greatest Santiago is incredible I ve had the pleasure of talking to him a time or two when looking to buy a performance euro I ended up buying a CT s v and wanted a ls7 clutch up grade I dropped it off at another shop and after a day or two called and said they couldn t do it! So then I had called around and no one wanted the task I already bought the parts! I took my wife s bmw to Santiago and was amazed how quick he got it done. I told him of my trouble and he said I ll do it gave me a great price and had me in and out other shops would touch! I m a customer for life and his service writer kept me up to date with info and photos. Great place for anything!!!

After relocating back to Sacramento and going through a few trails and tribulations with another shop, andgrowing completely unsatisfied and frustrated because they were not looking out for the best interest of me nor my vehicle.I continued to research and discovered L&S Motorwerks and i couldn t be more overjoyed.I feel more than confident I m with the very best!Santiago the owner and Mark my service advisor were both equally welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.Not to mention compassionate and respectful listening to my concerns as a customer.It is extremely important that as a woman I feel that my vehicle is being serviced properly and that I don t have to overthink or worry about being taken advantage of.There was no upselling or talking above my head. These guys love what they do and went over and beyond to make my first visit there all the more accommodating.It s a good feeling to know that the ENTIRE overall maintenance and well being of my vehicle as a whole will be looked upon with their expertise and I don t have to think twice about it.Not simply on a case by case basis as things arise but by keeping me abreast and aware because preventive maintenance is key!The shop is very clean and organized and I m just extremely blessed to have found this shop!It s quite a distance from where I live but I will gladly drive the distance in order to receive top notch service.Thank you again Santiago and Mark !!

I reached out to L&S MotorWerks because my bmw 325i had a coolant leak. Right away I got scheduled to take my car inn. Communication was on point, they gave me a lot of information on what my car needed work on. They made the process easy over the phone with a list of details and photos of everything, it was very convenient. Overall great customer service. I had minimal hope that my car was going to get back up and running but they made it happen. Thank you L&S MotorWerks.

Mark and Santiago worked carefully to evaluate my car's condition, as they performed the scheduled service work. As that work progressed, they observed several mechanical issues that were in need of attention, and called me several times during the day to explain each one. Estimates of costs associated with each repair were provided to me. They informed me of all factors involved, allowing me to make an informed decision to proceed with those repairs. They took pictures of the oil drained from the engine and transmission, as well as the filters that were removed, and showed them to me. They used the best quality replacement parts, oil and filters available. In short, they delivered on their promises, and did good work. There are no leaks under the car, after the week since that has passed since the repairs were completed. The car is running and performing well. I'm pleased with their sincerity, integrity and honesty. I will definitely use them for the next service on my Mercedes.Services: Transmission repair, Oil change

If you have a bmw, go here. They have done all my maintenance for 3 years as well as performance mods and have always been happy to help and great at what they do. Fantastic service from this shop! Knowledgable information and transparent pricing. They serviced my wife's Alfa Romeo quickly while we talked about the cars history. They use OEM and/or best quality parts, lubricants, etc. Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with this business. They are small but have GREAT customer service, highly-skilled technicians, and a high level of professionalism. I was thoroughly impressed with Santiago (owner) and Mark (office manager). Both went beyond the call of duty to provide me with quality service and treat me with respect. They're located way out of the way for me (miles), but I'm willing to drive the distance. Quality and excellent customer service make it worth it. Thanks Santiago and Mark! You guys did great! Awesome customer service. , Mark took care of my 328i and also did diagnostic on my C250 . I'd rather take my car here for service. Honest people. I would recommend this place .

Went in for new brakes and oil change. They had already advised me that the brakes needed to be changed when I was there last. They still charged me a 180.00 "diagnostic fee" for the brakes in addition to brakes and labor. Their prices are getting closer to dealer prices. Don't think I'll be going back.

Had a PPI done for a buyer on a '14 BMW 550i. 2 things, first, while testing the car L&S somehow got the rear sunshades stuck in the up position and left it there. Worked before, now it's apparently "stuck". Fine, but why leave it up? Put it back how you found it so it's not obstructing the view out the rear at night. Next, the only real issue on the car was it was due for new plugs and coils. Quoted $1,700! Anyone who owns BMW cars knows the coil and plug packs can be found anywhere from auto zone to ECS, FCP, etc. for under $300. Case in point, ECS currently has the set for $237 complete OEM. It's also a 2 hour job according to the book, requires only a socket set and torque wrench and can be done anywhere even on the side of the road. So how do you end up at $1,700?!There are so many places in and around Sacramento that specialize in Euro cars and BMWs there is no reason to waste time or money here.Last note, the "PPI" was $180 and literally was 5 pages of pictures without any listing of any problems. The coil/ plug estimate was given verbally upon picking up the car. This report is essentially useless if it doesn't call out anything on the car. The most detail it went into was tread depth and brake wear. Things you could measure easily just walking around.

Great service. Diagnosed problem and fixed in time for us to get our Mini Cooper smog checked and passed. We are using L&S MotorWerkes for our Mini Cooper service for any future service required.

Had my 20 year old Mercedes towed here last week as it was not turning on. The team at LS found out the issue fast and acted swiftly. I m very happy with their craftsmanship and also the communication process with LS.Great group of guys, very honest , and worked swiftly through out the process.Definitely recommend on bringing your car. I have to rave about L&S Motorwerks! I purchased a used 2014 BMW and it needed to pass smog, but I couldn't get anyone to fix it properly. I tried 2 different mechanics who "guessed" at the problem and I spent about 1,200 to not fix the problem. A friend who owns a BMW recommended L&S and told me they are experts. They couldn't have been more right. They diagnosed the exact problem. I have confidence in their knoweldge and thorougness and they took time to explain exactly what they found. They fixed the problem the first time and I passed smog. I will be back for any problems I have--they earned my trust.Service: Exhaust

Very professional and knowledgeable team. They actually took the time to explain precisely what was going on with my vehicle('13 Benz CLS550). In addition they divulged tips to keep my vehicle running better and smoother. You are left with no doubt that L&S have your personal interest in mind. It is refreshing to find an establishment that gets it right the first time. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive repair and maintenance needs. Mark have been very nice and actively updating me with the process on my extended warranty. He was able to have my extended warranty to cover for the right bushing when they initially determined they can t cover it under my policy. Mark and Santiago were very accommodating, friendly and know what they re doing which completely opposite of my experience with the dealership. I m so relieved that they are close by if ever my car need maintenance. Definitely highly recommend this shop!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes

5 stars for the whole team at L&S.I took my 1999 Mercedes-Benz C280 in for diagnosis on a temperature fluctuation, and they threw in a complimentary vehicle inspection since I told that I just bought the car.They were thorough in the diagnosis when reading their notes. They went through checking all the components related to the issue and gave their recommendations based on their findings.The inspection on the rest of the car was just as thorough. I like how they have the technician take photos of the identified issues, it's a very transparent practice.When they completed all their work, the advisor, Mark talked me through all the items on the list to make sure I knew what they found, and again gave their recommended action, but without pressuring you into accepting their services. Mark was very respectful of my budget goals with the car and kept that in mind when recommending which services to have done with them on that visit.Overall I appreciate the transparency, respect, and overall friendly attitude the team at L&S all have. Mark and Santiago are absolute aces at what they do. I had a giant piece of concrete damage the grill on my Q7 while driving on the freeway. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. They had to keep it a little longer because they were having trouble matching the paint on the bumper to the rest of the car. They showed me and I noticed a very slight difference. They said they weren't happy with it and wanted to send it to be redone again. They could have easily just said this is the best we could get it but they were determined to get it right. That's the difference between one star service and five star service!! I'll be taking my Audi to them instead of the dealership for maintenance and any other repairs or issues from now on.

Santiago and mark are so professional. From the moment I talked to Santiago on the phone I knew I was taking my car to the right place. He made me feel very comfortable that my car Was gonna be fixed properly. They worked with my warranty company Who by the way are total jerks but they managed to get an approval and get my engine replaced. They are my new mechanics And I highly recommend them.
