First and foremost if your reading this your interested in this place and your not wrong choosing them!! 5 stars isn t enough for the professionalism and integrity this place provides!! JOSHUA IS THE GOAT!!! Don t play around with anyone else the work is beyond standard the prices are worth the work done and if they run into any issues or problems whatsoever they won t throw it back on you they own it even if they didn t cause it!! Here let me break it down:We just bought my daughter a used charger. It already had the windows tinted. We called here and asked them if they could remove the tent and install new tinting. Of course they did. They gave me a quote and got us in almost within 24 hours which I thought was very fast for how busy they were , during the removal process, the back window tinting was original so without ruining the windows defrosters, they could not remove the tent. Joshua called and inform me the only remedy to this problem was replacing the back window in which they ate the cost and did so not to mention they also gave my daughter a gift card to Starbucks I mean seriously who do you know that does this kind of stuff in today s world. JOSHUA IS AMAZING AND FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART thank you!!!!! You are awesome!!

I own a 2019 Ford Edge and there's a black molding piece on the liftgate that had some scratches and it was bugging me. I had the piece wrapped and it came out looking like new. Josh and the rest of the staff that assisted me were very informative, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for any detail, window tinting or if you want the vehicle wrapped. I had my windows tinted here last week. Unfortunately, sales/receptionist gave me bad data which mislead me to picking a tint that I did not want.After the work was done, I looked up the data sheet from Llumar and found out I had been misinformed, so I posted a review regarding my issue with his shop.Sid, the owner reached out to me immediately to rectify the situation. He owned up to his employee mistake and resolved my issue. This speaks volumes about his character and reputation of shop.Unfortunately, I can't comment on the his workmanship as I wanted the tint removed and tinted elsewhere after this whole fiasco.

This location only does XPEL tint! No more Llumar (as of my visit on 3/15/2023).Great customer service and high quality work. I just wished the information provided to me had been more accurate.I had an excellent experience with Llumar FormulaOne Pinnacle tint before. Unfortunately, the shop I previously used no longer does automotive tint, so I used the Llumar Dealer Search and found Genesis Window Tinting. I used the contact form on their website, received a very detailed quote for Llumar F1 Pinnacle tint within 1 business day, and was able to schedule an installation appointment that same week.Once I arrived, however, I was informed by Esmy that this location only does XPEL tint while their Roseville location does Llumar. I was a little caught off-guard but was lucky to have learned enough about XPEL beforehand (coincidentally) and be comfortable having it installed. I probably could've had XPEL installed for around the same price much closer to home in the Bay Area, but I was already there.I ended up choosing XPEL Prime XR Black, 35% front sides, 15% rear sides and rear windshield. I was told the install would take 4-5 hours, and it was done in about 3.5. During a final QC check, they found an imperfection on one of the tinted windows and redid it. Appreciate the attention to detail! Got to meet Sid (the owner) and Joshua (I believe?). They made sure I was comfortable while I waited and offered to check on the status of my car.It's been a week since the install and everything is great so far.Just remember,Elk Grove = XPELRoseville = LlumarService: Vehicle window tinting

Best place for tinting windows, paint protection and vinyl wraps. My family and I have brought many cars/trucks over the years and we will continue to come back. The whole team, especially Josh and Esmy, provide amazing customer service. Our vehicles are always well taken care of, done in a timely manner, and the quality of work exceeds our expectations. every. time. 10/10 recommend!Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

top-tier work I have been to a lot of other shops and wasn t happy with the quality of Install. The quality of Install. Here is the best I have seen would definitely recommend if you are looking for Quality of work you get what you pay for and they definitely delivered

I have brought three of my vehicles to Genesis for tinting and I referred several of my friends, one as recent as this last Thursday. The prices are fair, and most of the staff is friendly (the exception being the lady who runs the front desk) who constantly comes across like her coffee needs coffee. The techs and the managers are patient with questions, they are honest, professional and informative. They take a lot of pride in their workmanship and customer service. Despite the front desk attitude, I would still highly recommend Genesis for all your automotive tinting.

Truly amazing professionalism and customer service experience. Genesis Window Tinting is the most professional local business I've interacted with, and I am so happy with the quality of work done on my new car for both PPF and window tinting. The scheduled appointments, reminders, communications, and 3-week check-in all went smoothly. I have been recommending this Elk Grove business to family and friends for their auto tinting and wrapping needs. And they also have the friendliest customer service pup who loves to greet people at the door!

So this is the second vehicle that I have brought to Genesis in EG. I had my 2015 Tundra done right after I bought it and appreciated the quality in workmanship and the product itself. So here I am, back in EG although I live in Fair Oaks now to get my 2022 Civic done and so far so good. They got it done on time, car was clean after being worked on and only time will tell how the tint holds up over the years but I have full confidence that it will perform as advertised.

One of if not the best vinyl wraps locations in Northern California. With two locations to service you, you can t go wrong. Their work is second to none, no corners cut with great communication along the way. They also do window tint as well if your in the market for that option.

I've had my vehicle tinted twice with Genesis, descent job but slow and about 30 percent more expensive than the other locales in Elk Grove. Got a new car and wanted the PPF and window tinting completed on that. The lead time for the PPF was 3.5 week. Not keen on that but I used them before so OK. The plan was PPF and window tinting to be done on Monday. They did not inform me the car would take two days despite not removing any panels like a wrap. When I ask to just have the bumper and tint put on on Monday so I could get the car back, the woman stated all the tint techs were booked and they were going to "fit me in" on Tuesday since they had the car for the PPF. Fit me in?!? My window tint should have been applied Monday by a tint tech while the PPF tech was doing the film as I booked that 3 weeks out. I swore I would always use Genesis and still need my car, old truck, and my wife's car tinted, I will be going somewhere else for cheaper with same quality and better customer service.

Three years ago took my new 2015 VW GTI. One of the first MK7 at the time. There system was already updated for my car. Was able to do tint and clear-bra same day. After two days had some bubbles in the clear-bra, took the car to them without calling. They got me in right away no problem fixed it and I was on my way 30mins. Top work. This is my third car I have had them work on and will not go anywhere else.

I ve had about 6 cars tinted here over the years and have always had a great experience. Customer service is excellent and the work is top notch. Highly recommend.

Brought my husband s car in while he was away travelling and didn t need it for the week. It s new to us after his last one was totalled by a stop sign running SUV. He drives to Lodi for work and got hit by a rock that chipped the hood. He mentioned he needed to get this car wrapped so I called Genesis.I will just say Esmy, as the face of the company is genius. She s kind, personable, communicative and knows her cars. So glad we brought our car here (Tesla Model S).Of course they did a great job. They even managed to make it look better than when we brought it in.If we ever trade either of our cars in, any new purchase will be brought here.

I went there upon recommendation. I found the service to be more than expected. Not just a car fix it place, very clean and you can actually watch what they are doing through windows in reception. Great service and high quality products. I brought my Subaru Legacy in for window tint. There was a slight problem with the tint the first time, but Josh at Genesis fixed the mistake immediately. Due to the first problem, I had another issue that was quiet costly. Josh and his team worked diligently to rectify the issue to no avail. Because they were not able to resolve the issue in their shop, they paid the full cost of the repair at a Subaru dealership. I believe that no other shop would have gone far and beyond the service required like Genisis. The issue was mostly due to a design flaw with Subaru. But because it surfaced after Genesis worked on my vehicle, Josh and his team took full agency and responsibility to fix it. Absolutely the best service I've encountered from any business in a very long time. They take the quality of their work seriously at Genesis.

Great experience with Genesis. I worked mainly with Patricia, who was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They had a small computer error that meant when I showed up they weren't expecting me. Instead of turning me away they handled the situation professionally and still completed my tint in the amount of time they quoted. The resulting work when I picked up my vehicle was top notch. Not only great customer service, great quality as well. Highly recommend.Services: Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

I've been coming here for 16 years. I like them because they provide a lifetime warranty against defects, unlike the competitor's 3 or 5 year warranty. They are fast and do a great job. They also have a huge window from the lobby into the shop so you can watch your car get worked on if you are that crazy. Very good business and very good craftsmanship. Plus, the price is the same no matter how dark the tint you choose. Other places will increase the price for the darker tints. Genesis charges by the tint manufacturer - one only blocks UV while the other two manufacturers block UV and heat. Highly recommend. Their work has only improved over the years.

I would never recommend I went in and bought a remote start viper alarm and the person that helped me sold it to me for $635 I was going to have it installed with a friend and was told by him that that alarm is only worth $300 so I called the shop pretending to just ask cost on the alarm they just sold me and sure enough they said $300 thief s and dishonest shop would never go their again or recommend thief s

Nice location. Good work and very caring at what they do with your vehicle... If getting a lot of tinting done have someone pick you up for there is no waiting area/tv etc...If getting small tinting needs done you can wait. They do have small seating area,but there is going to be nothing to do beside look out the window.. Overall nice clean place and the tinting is top of the line...!

My experience was good. I was looking for a place to get my windows tinted so I used Yelp. The response and quote I received was extremely detailed and very informative, which I appreciated very much. I took my car in 2 days later for my appointment and I love the results. Thank you so much!

Tinting services are great. Customer service is also top notch. One little critic, they left dirty water streaks all around the bottom of the car, likely from the water used for installing the tint; didn't notice it until I got home. Nothing a little quick detailer can't wipe away. Overall, great service.

Amazing experience from consultation & quote through completed, professional installation. I had 6 windows and two french doors (all facing East) that required tinting. After thorough research I settled on the Vista Window film, and this dealer. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire crew provides a superior level of service and I highly recommend them.
