Service started off strong. Was able to schedule my appointment online for a 9am appointment. Service was brake checks and tire rotation. I called to follow up on my vehicle at 2pm and I was told my vehicle was next and had not been looked at. At 4pm i showed up to the shop and my truck had still not been looked at still parked out front. Upset and disappointed. Closing time is 6pm. Asked for my keys and drove off with no service.

The best anyone can imagine in Customer Service. This company exceeded all expectations of quality. After my visit yesterday I would never think of going anywhere else to get my car taken care of . Thank you to Chris he was wonderful and the technician did a great job as well . I am so very pleased. When I got in my car to drive away I was amazed in the difference. Plus they found things wrong with my vehicle that I would have never known was wrong unless a deep check was done like the technician did. As many places that I have gone to not one person told me about a particular problem with my vehicle like this store did. Best ever

They were very helpful in answering questions and understanding. I was trying to figure out the issue before taking my car in. They ran through a few different options, and if that didn't work, they would schedule me an appointment. I picked a time and date but canceled because one of the suggestions they made worked. Great staff, very friendly.

Two issues. 1) I started hearing a noise back in April. Brought it for them to do a full inspection/diagnostic, they told me they took it for a drive and didn t hear anything and that they check the whole car and everything looks good. Asked to drive the car with the technician and pointed out when I heard the noise and he told me it was normal. Decided to pay again and take it to another shop and they found the issue immediately.Also, every time I come in for service they say I need to replace spark plugs which doesn t make sense because I know I just got them replaced and I don t drive my car a lot. So I had this other place check that too and they said the spark plugs are fine and I only need to replace every $50,000.00 miles.

Dustin and the guys at Firestone completely took care of me. I had a Tire Rack installation with new wheels. They did a fantastic job. They were faster than they told me they would be and I highly recommend them.

I've used Firestone for a long time, but after this experience, I have lost all trust in them. I took my car into this location on a Saturday for an oil change along with other maintenance services. Two days later, driving home from work, my car lost power, so I pulled over on the shoulder of the freeway. The tow driver noticed oil leaked everywhere and while he put my car on the tow bed, he mentioned my drain plug was missing. I told him I had just had the oil changed and he mentioned the technician most likely didn't tighten it properly. I immediately contacted Firestone to report what happened, and whoever I spoke to had absolutely no concern whatsoever and told me to drop it off to have it checked out the following morning. I will say, Patrick, was the only person who took accountability for any errors and apologized for all the trouble it caused me. So I'd like to give him a shout out for treating me like a person and expressing empathy. He got me a rental and I was comped for my troubles. Other than that, when my car was ready, I was told it couldn't have been their error and that some random person must have gotten under my car and taken it. What an absolute insult to my intelligence! If they had torqued it like they said they did, how could someone just twist it off, let alone there's not enough room under my car for someone to get under there like that! The absolute nerve. So for now on, I will take my business elsewhere.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great place with good service.However, it was overcharged for the oil change. The price has increased ridiculously from $66 to $120 in 6 months. They charged $88 for oil, which worth $30 on amazon. 200% markup.

The shop was great. They kept me updated and got the repairs done in a few days. Very unlike my last mechanical issue which was repaired at a Ford dealer and ended up being a cluster f. Firestone reps were on it. I appreciated the service.

We got an oil change and inspection done two days ago. They indicated no issues with our cabin air filter, checked it off. Today our AC goes out, and I checked the cabin air filter and there wasn't one in there at all.Will be contacting them directly and the corporate office. If they claim to have inspected the cabin air filter and clearly didn't, what else did lie about doing?Use caution.

Terrible customer service... dropped off my car for an oil change at noon - received no phone call, no update at all! Arrived at 6, right before closing to find out my car hadn t even been touched! And again no phone call at all and all I got was a "sorry, we were just so busy". Wasted my entire Saturday!

Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Highly don't recommend getting work done here. It took them more than 3 weeks to replace a gas tank because they ordered the wrong tank. Before bringing my vehicle to the shop, I didn't have any check engine codes. After the repair I had a check engine light and a gas cap missing code. I brought the vehicle back and they told me the issue was a separate part that they had to install on the new tank. Obviously it was installed incorrectly but they said the prior repair was not the cause. I had no lights on before I brought the vehicle in the first place. They also charged me for a diagnostic to find out what they messed up on my vehicle. Luckily my insurance will cover, but WORST EXPEREICE AT A SHOP BY FAR.

I had brought in a wheel first thing in the morning to have the tire patched. Keep in mind the wheel was already off of the vehicle. The rep at the counter said he couldn't do it because I needed an appointment which couldn't be made for 4 days out from today.I've had a tire repaired before at Wheel Works in the bay area (Same company), the job takes 15 minutes max that's pulling the tire off of the vehicle, repair, and placing it back on the vehicle.Needless to say, I'm currently going to the shop across the street for this inconvenience...

I take all my cars here for oil change. Patrick, the manager, is very attentive and will explain the needed repairs and will not push if you don't want to move forward with it. Making an appt is best.

Amazing and friendly staff. Very professional service went with my wife for a new battery ,had us in and out in about 30 minutes or so. I really liked how clean and well maintained the waiting area was. We will be using their other services in the near future. Satisfied customer.

I came to get a wheel alignment. I was a little sad I had to leave my car all day and the next appointment wasn't until the following week but I got over it and caught an Uber home with my baby. Of course they called me with extra repairs. Luckily it was something I knew I needed, new tires. Overall I'm happy with my alignment, tires, and the customer service I received.
