I hit a pothole on the freeway on the way to the casino and had to have my tire replaced because of a fat bubble. This was the first place to pop up and with great reviews. The guy was really nice and talkative. They put the wrong tire on at first then the right one. I looked at my rim after the weekend and noticed this scratch going in full circle from them putting the new tire on. I did call the guy and they did offer to look at it, but continuously denied how he thought it was possible. I decided not to drive all the way out there because I live far. My car is practically new so this was a huge bummer.

I stopped at Elk Grove tire guys today because I hit a pothole on Hwy 99 North And lost two hubcaps off my car, Mohammed, greeted me kindly, and help me by putting on new hubcaps and would not take anything for doing that for me I even offered to bake him some cookies, lol and he said no, that was so sweet. Kindness and today s world is very rare and it was nice to meet somebody who was willing to help without asking for anything. If you have any tire needs, please contact Mohammed at Elk Grove tire guys. You will definitely be satisfied going there.

I was there out of town from AZ and both my drivers side tires were flat. I had my truck towed there, they had my size. They had me back on the road in less than an hour. They went above and beyond to help me! Thank you guys for all of your help! Highly recommend!

Absolutely top-notch service and care at this facility. The shop was clean and Moe was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business and will tell all my associates. When it comes time for tires for my Land Rover or Ram 2500; I'm dealing with this business. Fixed a flat tire for me on Sunday after church. Kenneth Holder

I was at Calfit by the bowling alley when I found a bulge on the side of my tire. I stopped by here since they were just down the street to see if they could fix it. The guys were really nice and took a look at it right away. Unfortunately, a bulge can't be fixed and isn't safe to drive on. I was almost out of tread anyway because I found out the dealership never rotated them, but still charged me! Thank you guys for bringing that to my attention. I decided to have it replaced. They had a good selection in my size, and I grabbed two new performance all season tires for a good price. They rotated my tires and got me in and out quick. I'll be coming back for my tire needs and services. Thank you guys.

Super friendly, very quick service. Over the top nice people. I went in for a screw in my tire and they fixed it very quickly and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service. Can t say thank you enough.

We came in late to the Hampton Inn and apparently left something electrical on. As the young man was trying to clean the entry to his shop, he stopped and jumped our car! We were on our way until we heard a crazy noise. We had something stuck in our rental car tire which he removed. He said it didn t penetrate the tire so he put the tire on and we were on our way! It s people and service like this that make life so grand! Thank you for getting us on the road to our friends wedding!

Drove over a screw getting off the highway on a Friday night and didn't think I'd be able to find anyone open on the weekend to help get me back on the road by Sunday. I called Elk Grove Tire Guys and they had me come right over.Mohammad was so friendly and helpful. They had my tire off, screws removed, tire plugged, air back up to correct psi, and on the road in about 15 minutes. Outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Omg they were so nice at this shop. They took care of my truck needs and where not over priced. Very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was very pleased withthe service. If you need tires, rims, breaks, tinting and more call these guys first. I you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be bringing all my cars and trucks here going forward. Parking location and service 5 star review! This tire shop is next to a Hampton Inn and in the I-5 area of Laguna Blvd. Business owners are young, motivated to expand into offering more than tires and wheels. I was pleased with the fast service on my car which needed two tires and a flat repair. Recommend you come and check out their collection of wheels and later on alignment and other services. The business is changing its name to Elk Grove Tire & Wheel very soon.

Great experience. We got a bolt in our tire and were really close by to Elk Grove Tire Guys. It's really refreshing to go to an honest business like this. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided us. Our flat tire is fixed and we're on our way. Count us as lifetime customers!

I had a punctured side wall. I was thinking who is going to be open to replace a tire on Easter Sunday. Luckily they were. It was a lot better priced than would have been at the dealer. I had a nail in a tire before and Elk Grove Honda was way more expensive. These guys have great service and reasonable prices

Decided to check out this new tire shop to get a quote for brand new tires for my Model Y. The prices were very reasonable and went ahead and got all four tires replaced. Customer service was great and overall service was quick. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Needed to replace front tires of my Accord and got recommended by a friend to this shop. Couldn't be happier with the service. They got a great selection of tires, prices were beyond reasonable (esp considering today's market), and the people working here were super kind. I would definitely remember Elk Grove Tire Guys if any future needs come up!

Great customer service by Elk Grove Tire Guys! Had a flat this morning, and searched for a local tire shop close to my house, and they popped up. I called to confirm they carried my tire in stock, which they did. The price was the best in town, and they were able to get me in and out quickly! It s a new shop in the area, and I would recommend them for any tire needs.

We found a screw in our tire after noticing the PSI being low and we were at the start of a 6 hour drive. Went here and they patched us up SO QUICKLY. 100/10 experience, very grateful.

I just found out this morning that I had a low tire pressure upon investigation. I found a nail stuck in my tire. This place was a lifesaver as I was on my way to work and no one else was available. I was in and out of there fast and the man that worked there it was very nice, I highly suggest them for any of your tire Nance
