Went in for my regular maintenance (oil change,etc) which I've done since we purchased the car in 2020 maintenance service contract. We were told all was good, but then the very next day my battery died. How is that possible? Was very happy with Elk Grove Honda until now. Has us rethinking if they truly do service your vehicle? I've sent a message I hope I hear from them soon.

I had a very professional experience at your dealership with Marlon and Nick. From test driving to paperwork and a quick response on approval and Nick's exceptional speed at finalizing the purchase I rate their customer service at 100%, 10 out of 10. Totally dissatisfied with my car buying experience at Elk Grove Honda. I bought a 2024 Honda Accord Sport-L hybrid from Elk Grove Honda last Sunday. It was one of the special markdown prices left over from Easter with the special price of $33, 997 on front windshield. I said I would buy the car right now if they would take $500 off the $33,997 price. When we got inside and manager came out to go over price of vehicle and payments, the sales manager had the wrong price. He didn t even have the $33,997 for car price . I had to correct him he made the change on the bargaining sheet. When I got home and looked at the breakdown sheet the price was different. Instead of getting the vehicle for $33,497 or $33,997, the vehicle was $34,096. So they actually got an extra $99 more than the price of the special they were advertising. This is why I don t trust car salesmen. Very frustrated to say the least. This is why I hate going to car dealerships when buying a new car.

Here for my normal maintenance work on my Accord. Service was great and very informative of the items that needed to changed and replaced . Any, the service technician was very helpful and courteous.Wait time is typical around 1-2hrs long but ok since not too busy when I got here . Overall, I am happy with my service here. Lastly, no coffee, very disappointed, need to fixed the coffee machine asap la.

Brought in my 2018 Civic Type R for air conditioning issues. Jerry my service advisor handled all issues for me. Very attentive to details to the car. Glad to have my air conditioning back to normal working order before the summer. Highly recommend anyone who needs work do to go see Jerry.

Luis Lopez and staff provided my wife and I prompt and courteous service. We inquired online and immediately received a reply by Luis. After discussing vehicle availability we headed over to visit. The vehicle was prepared for a demonstration and we quickly agreed to a deal thereafter.They have a great selection of vehicles and run a tight ship. I ll be happy to drive a hour back for service and for any future purchases.

I'm genuinely happy to have met and worked with Barry. My partner and I went just to look at a vehicle. We weren't planning to buy something. Barry explained everything in an easy to understand way. He was wonderful to get to know. We feel like he is part of our family now. We never felt hustled or sold. Would recommend to anyone looking. Good luck on the fishing trip Barry!

I recently purchased a car from Elk Grove Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Barry from Internet sales was very helpful. The salesperson Daisy was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Mark the sales manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The buying process was smooth and efficient. I'm thrilled with my new car and highly recommend Elk Grove Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My dad brought my car in for tire replacement on Jan 31, 2024 and when he came back the next day to pick it up, there was a huge scratch on the front left bumper of my car. My dad asked what happened, they told him that a customer backed up and scratched my car accidentally. They were aware of what happened but they did not even called to inform us about it. They tried getting our insurance info (probably to file a claim) but my dad told him that they were the one who is responsible for the damage since the car was at their dealership that time and they need to resolve it, not involving our car insurance. Still giving 3 stars as they did fix the problem but just a little disappointed that they did not inform us about the incident when it occured. Good thing my dad checked my car before picking it up because if he did not noticed it, then lucky for them to get away with the liability for the damage once the car was drove off of their lot.

It always mixed emotions when getting my cat healthy. I'm always nervous with how much repairs will be but I know that I will have the best service.I really enjoy the kind and knowledgeable employees that give me piece of mind my answering my questions. They seem to go up and beyond by making me feel special.South City Honda was great and nothing has changed since they became Elk Grove Honda. It's nice to still have them around.Oh yeah, my service was less than quoted, again. Thank you Elk Grove Honda for going above and beyond and Mike too!Kathy

Great service, great people, and great job. Every time I come here I know I will always be taken care of. I m from the bay and I go out of my way to come here to get my car maintenance. Since I have family in Sacramento I make a whole trip out of it so that s a plus! I had Jerry as my advisor and he s the best. Made me feel taken care of and was very attentive to my questions and concerns!

Amy was great as always. She explained everything clearly. I love the fact that if she is unsure about something she will always get the answer instead of making up something or ignoring the question all together. I have been a customer for 9 yrs. And even though I bought mt second Accord from another dealership I m still treated well. I just wish there were better discounts or incentives for loyal customers.

Came in as a walk in Saturday around noon for a much needed maintenance service on my 2023 HR-V. Porters & service advisors were very attentive as soon as I pulled into their service area and my car was ready within the hour! I don t usually come here because I live in the Bay Area but my local dealership quoted me a whole day for the same maintenance the previous weekend! Even with an appointment made weeks ago. I will definitely be back when I visit Sacramento/Elk Grove!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I had purchased the same exact car somewhere else and it was totaled within 23 days of having it. The dealership made sure I was taken care of the car has more accessories on it and the finance person really took his time to get me a loan I am totally grateful for. They did a fantastic job on the sale of my car. And I am so happy with how it all worked out. I highly recommend them. They understood my situation and truly took care of me thank you!!!

We worked with Michael in the process of getting our turbo replaced, found other issues he informed us of right away and we were able to get my car ready to go under the expected time. Oscar was very nice, patient and helpful without being pushy. Raymond was knowledgeable and helped us get a good deal. Elk Grove Honda was a breath of fresh air after the dismissive rude treatment across the street. We will be back for another vehicle soon.

Found my 2023 Passport TrailSport online and was contacted by Daisy. I went up the next day to look at and drive the car. Daisy was insanely informative. Made an amazing deal, they were able to match the CarMax offer on my trade in. Nick in finance had me in and out of his office in probably 15 minutes. My 2nd time here and they exceeded expectations. They made sure I understood everything and they even made sure my seat and steering wheel were put back o the original position. It s a small thing but the attention to detail shows. It s worth the drive to get the service.
