I'm very happy with the service I was provided by Graeme and everyone else (who's names I didn't catch, sorry guys) who worked with me on my new trailer purchase. I drove away with no questions or concerns. I'm already thinking about another new trailer. When I'm ready I will be calling California Custom Trailers. Thanks everyone.

My friends and I loved your 6 place Polaris Ranger crew we rented from you guys for our bachelor party events! It was a fantastic machine to take to Prairie City along with my Can-Am Commander. The guys and I had a blast off-roading your machine! The pickup process was easy and not complicated. As was the drop off process. Your rental rates are great to. The whole rental process was a stellar experience. I'll definitely rent from you again. Hands down the best service I've had from a rental company. Many, many thanks to Cassie for all the rental quotes and to the guys behind the counter who helped me out with the paperwork and getting me checked out on the machine. Thanks guys! You guys are awesome! My whole crew thanks you as do I!!!

Picked up a 2024 MaxxD 24' buggy hauler. Graeme made it effortless. He was quick to respond via email with any questions I had when deciding which trailer to go with and update pricing. This trailer was located at their Merced store but he had it transported up to Elk Grove within a day and had it ready to go the next day. Was in and out of there in 30 mins from paperwork to driving off. First time in the store, but definitely won't be my last. Thanks again for the smooth sale.

We stopped in to check out a new Polaris General XP and to look at a few of the trailers and tractors. So they had the General, but nowadays there is no real deals to have since they are in such high demand, the selection was also limited. There was only one small tractor and a lawn mower to look at. The salesman that we chatted with was only kind of a little helpful. His information to our question was way less than we had gotten from online since we did do some research online first, but then again they don t have to work hard or try to sell anything right now either. We did get some parts and supplies from the parts department and they where very helpful

Kept my bike for a whole month, out in the sun, all I asked was to replace my exhaust and air filter with an oil change; and to fix an oil leak they couldn t fix and never tried to make it right. The bike was very fairly new at the time, I bought it brand new. Returned to me very dirty.

Bought my RZR here, the only 4 seater I could find between Redding and Tracy. Juan was great on the phone, told me 19 people were looking at it and allowed me to put a deposit on it right then. When I went in he was just as nice, gave the kids little things to occupy them while we were doing paperwork. Will definitely be back for future needs and refer others.

I have a Polaris slingshot . Sadly if I need anything done I have this place and that is all my options beside driving to the bay. I came in and dropped of the vehicle it was with them for 3 weeks. I take extremely good care of my slingshot. Before I drive it I detail it . So I expect my vehicle to look moderate acceptable giving it's not left the facility. When they pulled it out front the amount of dirt and dust that caked the entire vehicle took me 2 days to get back to how I had it. That's crazy they couldn't wipe it down? Also one of my issues I told them prior to leaving the slingshot they never even checked and still had the issue. It was in regards to the radio. Went back in the store told them hey I'm experiencing the same issue with the radio so someone came out tried to get it working then said he would be right back and never came back. So I had to go back in the store and someone else not even that same guy that went to go look at it tells me it's the screen it needs replaced. So if I didn't go back in I wonder how long I would been sitting. Poor service. I pay good money and to not receive the same in regards to service is not acceptable. Sadly if I need service in the future I'll have no choice but to go back because I already drive a hour to get to this location. I don't want to drive multiple hours to go to a different location.

Great dealership, awesome support. They helped me deal with a trailer issue even though I didn't purchase the trailer from them. Nice staff, very responsible and helpfull. If I ever need to buy another trailer this dealership will be my first choice.

We highly recommend renting at California Custom Trailers! This place has good people, genuine and helpful. Cassie was awesome from start to finish with excellent customer service. The UTV was exactly as advertised, performed awesome on the trail and made a dream experience possible for our family. And the best part was the price was more reasonable than other places I checked out which made it possible for us to extend our trip.

If your looking for a great dealership you found it. Me & my family have bought our last two sxs here & just ordered a new sportsman atv. They always seem to have inventory when others don t staff are friendly & the service department is absolutely the best around bar none. Cassie is the service manager & with good reason she is on point with customer service putting the customer 1st. Had a warranty problem with one of our atvs with the check engine light coming on intermittently after trying another dealership & being told the light has to be on or don t bother bringing it in. I called cal custom they said bring it in we will be able to diagnose. Cassie the service manager was awesome she kept us updated with what was going on when pats would be in & an accurate date of completion. Just can t say enough about her outstanding customer service. They have a huge supply of parts & accessories always have fluids filters & service parts In stock. Just can t say enough good things about this dealership highly recommend giving cal custom a visit.

Amazing customer service buying my new pre owned Polaris RZR! Vehicle was on the trailer day I showed up and ready to run! Juan was excellent to work with! Trevor has an awesome shop and very helpful picking out the right rig for me. Highly recommend shopping with these guys!

Theses kids are the BEST!We will always take our rzr here!We have brought our rzr to be fixed here a few times and they always, always do great work and service. Love this place. I bought two rzrs and two dirtbikes here so far all from Juan who has taken excellent care of us. The folks in the service department are great too. Cassie (I hope I got the name right) stands out in particular as she is very helpful in looking for all the aftermarket and OE solutions and always promptly calling back. August is great too. I'll be back for a couple quads next

Great sales department.. Service department needs a serious upgrade and more techs. A simple repair and I was quoted 4 weeks to do it. Its a 45 minute repair people. In my shop we don't always do FIFO if something super easy drops in. Keeps more people happy rather than all people not happy.Update: I'm switching them to five stars. They got me fixed and out the door in time for my obligatory trip with the vehicle. Thanks guys. Greatly appreciated.

Initially I started out dealing with Trevor, he was incredibly helpful and offered me an above fair deal on a new ATC Quest Trailer. After thinking it over for a couple days I called back and got Juan, who was also very helpful and fair with some accessories I wanted added to the trailer. When I arrived to pick up the trailer everything was ready, cleaned and I was in and out in 30 minutes.Great job guy's, thank you for a perfect buying experience, I'll be back!Scott

Went there to purchase a replacement battery for my quad without calling ahead to see if they had it. Got there and everyone in the service department was very helpful and nice. They identified the battery I needed and 10 minutes later I was in the showroom drooling over the eye candy sitting there and outside in the parking lot. Will be back for all my needs related to my Polaris ATV and trailer needs.

Juan is a super star. I bought a three horse trailer from him and he made sure I understood all the features and how it worked. He took care of us with a new hitch that was suited for the weight of the trailer, He made sure I understood all the paperwork before I signed. He suggested a security system for the horse trailer which I purchased, since we will be traveling across country with the trailer. Hands down was the best experience ever buying a vehicle or trailer. We will be back!

Best power sports shop ever! The staff is very frequently and knowledgeable. Fair prices and no haggling salespeople. I ve bought two vehicles from them and will definitely go back when it s time to upgrade. Service can take a while to schedule because they do great work and get a little busy but if you re looking for a toy go here!

After looking at lots of dealers and machines we decided on the Polaris sxs, Eric and staff at elk grove California customs took great care of us, very knowledgeable, and fair pricing, also with a great warranty! They had the ride I was looking for. Kyle the sales guy asked me to name my price and without a blink of an eye he made it happen. This review sounds fake bit honestly I walked in told Kyle another dealer quoted me the lowest offer yet and he matched it, actually beat it by $400.00. I forgot the amount and threw a number at him and he made the deal happen. Now here I am 2 weeks later ordering g accessories from him and the prices are far better than anywhere online. I highly recommend California Custom and ask for Kyle.

my wife went in the store approx 20 days before X-mas (2020) to find a quad for our 9 year old son. At 1st my wife said that all the men in the office seemed to be pre-occupied with something else because not one person would help her out to see what she wanted, no problem she thought and asked someone for help. With it so close to X-mas the store didn't have to much in stock, but because of the wifes determination they where able to find a KAYO bull 150 in the back ($2500) mind you.X-mas day came and went, it was about mid Feb that the little quad started to have troubles starting up. I checked out the battery and low and behold the positive post had eroded off. Took the battery in to Cali Custom hoping they had one, no luck. Went and ordered one and yes I had to pay for it, I asked how long the warranty is and was told 30 days, wow a whole 30 days!! Finally the battery came and once again I tried for some help but got no where. The little quad ran for about another month or so and now here I am again with another problem with the quad, IT WONT START AT ALL NOW, nothing, zip, nada. Took it to the shop for ANOTHER problem and the waiting list was about 6 weeks out!! lol. Thanks but no thanks. I have a friend that works on motorcycles so I took it to him, he has tried everything and still nothing. Getting to the point, if Cali Custom is not backing up the products they sell then why sell them?? a 30 day warranty is a joke!! $2500!! gone down the drain and a 9 year old's passion is put on hold, this is sad, especially coming from a LOCAL vendor.
