I have a ford pickup that required a new chassis and bed. Caliber transferred what was left of my truck to a new chassis, virtually rebuilding the whole truck. It is amazing they were able to accomplish it. I ve now driven over 1000 miles with a trailer in the week after I picked it up and everything is working well.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction. I was in need of a front bumper repair and the repairs on my car were completed swiftly without sacrificing quality, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The attention to detail and the expertise displayed by James was truly impressive. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding - James and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Caliber Collision and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car repairs with top-notch customer service and quick turnaround. James also went above and beyond by checking my engine with the on site mechanic and informed me about future repairs that may arise for my car. This was an excellent experience and I will be recommending this location to my family and friends!

I want to thank everyone at Caliber Collision on Elkmont in Elk Grove for all the work that they did on my car. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Julio Moreno, the service advisor, for his extreme efforts to get my car fixed & painted back to what it was before the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely done right before he returned it to me. His honesty about things that were done to my car by the other company that previously worked on my car was what made me feel so happy as you dont find this in many businesses these days. I had filled out a survey from Caliber before the last issue was resolved and I want to say that I gave them 5 stars but just had put my car was not done when said it would be but that was no one's fault at Caliber. It was because of another companies poor work that Julio had to go behind and fix to get his work complete. They work with the dealerships to match the paint on the cars perfectly. So if you need a place to have work done on your car, I highly recommend this Caliber Collision at 9131 Elkmont Way Elk Grove Ca. EVERYONE is super nice and pleasant. Julio Mereno, as the service advisor, is the best. And the painters did an awesome job!!!

Charles, a service advisor at this location, makes dealing with car issues so much easier! I absolutely hate anything to do with cars so his level of attention to details, clear communication and overall knowledge was essential and much appreciated! I will definitely be returning here, if needed!

We just had our Truck repaired at Caliber Collision. What a fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to have Vanessa Liscano as our Service Advisor. She is so professional and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable on every question I threw at her. Obviously customer service is very important to this company. It was really so nice to know what was going on with our vehicle the entire time. And, the best part is our vehicle looks brand new, so happy and grateful for a job well done! Thank you so much Caliber Collison, we really appreciate what you did for us!!

Very unprofessional staff came in at 1 o clock was told my appointment is at 1:30. There was a 1 o clock appointment ahead of me said OK cool set wait in the waiting room while I was waiting. Another person came in with the 130 appointment. They helped that person out while I was still sitting in the waiting room Inventory on their car still not helping me out when I asked them what s going on why are they helping other people out that came in after me they kicked me out told me that they weren t accepting my business anymore. I find it kind of races cause the other guy was white and I am brown.

The customer service was amazing. Conner was always on top of everything letting me know what was going on every step of the way !! The auto body tech (Dennis) was very impressive you can't even tell it has been worked on. The car was even finished early. I honestly haven't had a lot of good experiences as a single woman dealing with car places. I have to say Caliber Collision was a great experience. I have already referred a friend and she is very happy as well. Thank you Conner, Dennis and Caliber Collision for all the hard work!! 10 out of 10 for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went there to get a bad dent in a car fixed. Their services were fast paint was on point. The color matched perfect. The body line was like new again. I would recommend them for body work and paint. Great Customer service. Thank you Rudy.

Hands down the best experience I've had with car repair of any length. They got my car in with no muss or fuss, had the parts ordered right away, and had it back to me days earlier than promised. Caliber Collision Elkmont, Elk Grove took care of me and my car! My insurance recommended them and I don t regret it. Maria was my estimator. She was straightforward and thorough with giving me the best options and necessities regarding the damage of my vehicle. I worked with Conner. He was very professional when dealing with my repair. Conner kept me inform during the repair process and delivered my car on time, as estimate. The only fault I have with Conner is that he is a Sacramento Kings fan, and he dislike my belove Golden State Warriors' team. :-)

The front desk staff (Suzy and Julio) were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my car in the same day I contacted them, which was very nice. I got the car back when promised. James did a great job repairing the front bumper on the passenger side and the headlight.

I was rear-ended on the interstate, and USAA recommended this shop.Melanie was great to work with. She was very friendly, patient, and most impressively, solution-focused when issues or questions came up about my claim. Melanie was very responsive and kept me up to date on the process and progress of repairs.Melanie was a representative of the stellar work done by the shop. My Highlander was returned to me looking BETTER than before the accident. They even cleaned the interior!Surplitive work all around.

The repairs were not completed properly and the timeline continued to move longer and longer without good communication. They did not return phone calls and messages, avoiding explanations of the delays.

Caliber is usually a 5/5, however this location has really disappointed me for the name brand. It wasn t overall, but the employee who handled my service. He did throw in a few extras trying to make me happy, but his professionalism is not there. He has a better chance being a car salesman being he s a fast talker, and doesn t make you feel heard or cared about when providing a service for you. I would go to another location if ever needed in the future.

The best experience EVER! They were actively communicating with me and made sure I knew and understood what kind of work was being done on my car. They even delivered my car to my front step and checked the car with me. They are the best of the best.
