Tyler and the rest of the crew are amazing and awesome. Came in last minute. They were able to get me in right away to fix my wheel bearing. Always great service great price and always recommend my friends to choose this location. Best in Sacramento

Unfortunately They did it again a simple oil change appointment at 9:30 am I ask how long it will take and stated that I will be waiting for the car the rep said an hour and a half to two hours I agree to that and went for a walk I come back for my car and it was move from were I left it so I assumed it was done as I go to the counter to paid for the service. I am then told it was not done yet I was baffled are you serious I even came early before my appointment it is now 12:15 is been over two hours the rep said you can take your car if you like but you are next I said I just wait what else can I do I do need the oil change and I have to go to work so what should have been a 30 to 1 hour job it turn to be a 4 hours job this shop needs to have someone that knows how to coordinate their work.If people drop their car just take all day all week to do the work if you need to but if people say they are waiting for their car to be done base on the appointment time it should only take the time allowed per the work performed or requested it may be cheap but in reality it cost me more in my own time waiting which I am not getting paid for.

In the morning I went to the dealership to get breaks done on my vehicle. I was told they could not touch it for 2 days. Received the estimate. Drove over to Brake Masters to get estimate from them. I received the estimate and was told they could get on it right away and it would take a few hours.Estimate was way less than the dealership and I got my vehicle back the same day. Which was important because I was leaving town the next morning.

Always great service, from behind the desk to the mechanical department.In and out without trying to get over on the customer.They do so much more than just an oil change for a decent price unlike Jiffy and other companies.

Only gripe I have is that even with an 11 am appointment my truck was not brought into a bay until 12:45. After that the service was quick. And the coupon savings makes it a great deal. Will come back again!!

Fantastic service, professionals all the way. I had no appointment so I showed up 10 min before they opened. 2.5 hours later my truck was ready for pick up. The cost was 1/2 of what Ford wanted. It's been a week and everything is working just like it should. No up selling pressure, and they even let me know that my front brakes had plenty of pad left and didn't need to replace them.

These guys were awesome, 1000% would recommend.Came in the day before thanksgiving, every other brake shop was closed (or closing early) for the holiday but I was able to walk-in to this Brake Masters location to have a free brake inspection. After the brake inspection, I was informed of what services I would need to get done and that they would be able to get it done before they closed.. even gave me a discount.What made this visit so memorable was the fact that I picked up my car right before closing, and when I was driving home ( I must have ran over something) I heard some noises and called them to make sure everything was put back together properly. They insisted I bring the car back to the shop and that they would put the car on the lift and look over everything again for my safety. Mind you this is after hours AND the day before Thanksgiving when people are usually ready to go home, call it a day, and get ready for the holidays.These guys were awesome and I can t recommend them enough. Happy holidays

I have only had the oil on my vehicle changed twice here. I am confident the job was done right, and the service manager was very professional, and I feel the price was fair for the service. My only recommendation is to make an appointment and, if possible, drop off your vehicle. I will continue to be a customer.

Met with Derek and another guy that wears glasses. Didn t get his name. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Was not pushy on sales. One of my studs was stripped from replacing my tires at Les Schwab (Elk Grove) who also lost the original lug nut and replaced it with a mismatched one. The stud broke off when I had to do some work at home on my car having to take off my wheel. Derek offered to repair it for free which I appreciated a lot. This is the kind of service people seek out. Thanks Derek & other dude for being very helpful! Book an appointment in advance. Don t do walk-ins. The guys are busy and it will take roughly 4 hours to get your car serviced. I am a returning customer and will continue to be because of the great service. I recommend this place.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change today at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 and completed paperwork. They told me they were just finishing up on one car and I was next. I asked how long and they said an hour and a half. Walked over to Honda for parts and the got some lunch. Came back 45 minutes later to see my car still in the parking lot. Went in and asked and they said they were still working on other car. Waited another 20 minutes a d then asked how much longer. They said about 1.5 hours. I waited 3 or 4 days to get in and made sure I was on time for this appointment and they couldn't be honest! I wish they would have told me the truth up front on the waiting time. I don't think this was a mistake. I just don't think they care. And it definitely showed. Too bad. I've had 4 cars in there over the last 15 plus years, and I will not go back to someone who does not care about service. I don't believe it is brake masters fault. I feel it is the smug attitude of the employees who made me feel this way.

Break Master Technicians were very communicative on the work they found needed to be done. Due to the high cost, the technician I spoke with helped to look for any discounts or coupons that might have applied to the work they were doing. They were able to complete all the work in one day, which surprised and delighted my expectations. I have been very happy going to them for work needed on my vehicle.

Excellent customer service but terrible time management. Had an appt at 10 am, came back at 11:20, and truck had not been moved from where i left it. I understand appointments can get behind, but at least a phone call to say there were delays would have been nice as original wait time was quite as 2 hours.

This shop is doing the lord's work. I'm literally sitting here balling my eyes out due the huge hearts on these people. They're not just fixing cars here, they're fixing lives. Not only, did they keep my truck running but have restored my faith that good people still exist. I owe these fine people a debt of gratitude.

A great place to have your vehicle serviced. They are upfront with the cost of parts and labor- no surprises. If they find a lower price or specials, they pass it on to the customer. Other companies wouldn t go that far. No hard sales here!I would definitely recommend this place for your repairs or inspection .

Had an appointment. Had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. Diagnose leaks but couldn't pinpoint where the leaks were coming from. Said my "back axle was leaking but could be the oil pan. I had a oil changed (why didn't they see anything). Also, under the engine". Over charged to get the axle replacement. I'm not in the $350. Budget.

Nice people, but i thought i will be saving money if get my brake changed from them i would have actually pay less at the dealer. i was also hoping that they would give me a discount coupon, but i was wrong. The one thing i dislike is the mechanic was moving in slow motions.

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Appointments means nothing! This place allows you to make appointments but will get to your vehicle hours later unless you drop it off or plan on spending the whole day there. I made an appointment with Kenny who in a very loud voice with his chest out said this is how it is take it or leave it so I left it. I would never support a place like this with this kind of disrespect !!!!

Call In ahead of time for an alignment, Oil change, and rear camber kit install, with an oil change and money was good, I gave them the keys and was told the job will be done in 2 hours, I sat there 2 and a half hours even walked around and came back and got a coffee, and I asked for an ETA, was told that it s being worked on as I m currently looking at it still parked, wasted time and I had an Emergency, speaking indirect and having the lack of professionalism should get you fired.. I ve always been one for first impression.. next time someone pulls up with $500 Get the job done and do it professionally and quit with the foolishness and act grown and be more cordial..

Derek, the assistant manager, was so kind and fully explained the entire process to me, keeping in mind that I was on a budget and worried about what the possible cost to repair my brakes could be. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. My brakes were grinding so I had to get the rotors resurfaced and new brake pads. During the inspection they informed me that I had a gasket leak and the repair was about $260 for that. I had my car inspected at another shop because of a gasket leak and they wanted to charge me $1800 so I didn t get it done. Now thanks to Brake Master my brakes and gasket repair was less than $600. Now my car is working fine and they did a great job! Fair prices and honest about what needed to be done. I ll be back again to get an oil change when needed.

I called to get a estimate at Brake Master's in Elk Grove of how much it would cost to get a brake fluid flush , alignment, and to remove & replace engine air filter. He quoted me a price of 73.99 for the brake fluid flush. I asked if there are any coupons for the othere items i needed to be fixed. He was very short with me and was rushing me. He stated he believes there is a $10.00 coupon. I asked him if he can confirm. His response was very rude and told me it is not a big of a deal and told me he has three customers before me. His tone was also rude. I told him he was rude. His response was nonchalant and asked if there is anything else I can do for you. I asked to speak with another associate because he was rude and I didn't want to speak with him. He said no. I disconnected the call. I have been going here for over 15 years and never had bad customer service like I had this morning. It is hard to find good customer service. If you have three people ahead of me, the correct response should be, I have a few people before you, but I can take down your name and phone number and give you a call back. The supervisor, Kelly is the worst. Hopefully, his supervisor take this post seriously and have a conversation about his behavior.

They agreed to do my oil change Even though they were slammed and were not taking any more cars. Super friendly and no pressure. I will definitely be back for other repairs on my vehicles.

This is the first time that I brought my car to the station for brake fluid changing and bleeding. I am satisfied by it's job performance. I also noticed that The Mechanic, Tuan, drove my car out for road testing both before and after service. It reminds me the good old day's service attitude. The Manager Kelly was courteous to his Customers. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I will put the station in my list for future auto service.

I had my front brakes done at another shop (AAA service center).. They told me I needed back brakes, pads and rotors. I thought that seems strange as I had only 16,000 miles on the back brakes. I thought they overcharged me for my front brakes so I was not going back to have my back brakes completed. Went to BrakeMasters for a evaluation.They told me my brakes were fine with 50% of wear it still left on them. They were honest. Could have sold me something I didn t need. This inspection was free and I will go back to them when it s time for brakes. Had a truck done a few years ago and they did a great job. Should ve went there first but I had a $50 coupon and a 10% discount. That wasn t worth it.
