I want to take a chance to shout out the excellent service I received at this autozone location! A few days ago, I was heading to the adjacent taco bell. The battery light on my dash came on, and just before I entered the shopping center, my car died. I managed to coast off the road to be (mostly) out of the way of traffic. My husband was at work and unable to come help and roadside assistance quoted 2.5 hours at least. My husband on the phone suggested I head to autozone as he had noted my battery was very old and had accumulated a lot of acid residue. He said that I should purchase a new battery and he would try to find someone to come and help me install it.Once I entered the store, I was helped by both Bert and Cameron who upon hearing of my issue, came out and not only helped me push my car to safety, but then also offered to replace my battery for me. It was because of them I was stranded for no more than an hour when I was worried I might be stuck there for several hours. It's been a long time since I've received service this kind and extensive. I can't say enough kind things about the staff at this location, especially Bert and Cameron. Thank you guys!

What Great Customer Service at This Auto Zone today from all the staff! Especially Dawson who was so kind and helpful to me and my daughter this morning. He went above and beyond to help us and I'm sure it's not the first time. Thank you to all your help ,You deserve a raise. Good Help and Great Customer Service is hard to find these day so Thank you Dawson and the entire Staff at this Auto zone! We will be back! Janice C.

5 stars customer service ! Rich was very helpful over the phone. After that I came in store and Pedro the young gentleman was patient, knowledgeable, and also very helpful & attentive to answer all questions. Thank you for all you do starting my weekend with customer first service! You guys are awesome!

**This review had wrong information and was reviewed when my phone was hacked!** Yes it was not the best experience that day but People make mistakes and it s unfortunate at times. This location has always had good customer service and is always helpful. If they don t have the parts it s because the bigger warehouse has it. Not all stores have the parts off hand especially when it comes to older vehicles.I have been using autozone and continue to use autozone because of their quality parts and great customer service. **This review should be taken down by google!!**

Checked online and found high reviews and chose this store! But makes me very disappointed and angry! The first time I changed the battery in my car, a staff member named Bert was responsible for the replacement, but the technology was very unskilled. When dismantling parts, a part fell into the car and it took time to find it (also found by my husband). Replace it. The battery has been replaced with the screws, but Bert knew that he forgot to put the battery cover soft rubber back on after I reminded him to put it back impatiently, and his attitude was very poor with a foul language! When the worse thing is that the screw is not tightened, and the trigger can't be opened again the next day! Just put the screw cap on before you can start the car!

Great experience. Cameron was knowledgeable and very quick. I had my battery purchased and replaced in less than 5 minutes. Car is working like new. Can t be more happy with the service and purchase.

I needed wiper blades. The man behind the counter helped me choose the best value of wipers for my vehicle. The best part is he installed them for free! With that kind of level of service and customer satisfaction. I now have found a parts store where service comes first. I will be shopping at AutoZone for all my auto needs in the future. If you are looking for great service and fair prices, stop by. You won't be disappointed.

Walked in this morning and was greeted by Bert. Asked if he could check my battery and he graciously abliged. Showed me my battery was on it's last legs. Helped me choose a battery and promptly took out the old battery and replaced it with the new won. Never replacing a battey before, he explained how it's done safely. I really appreciated his customer service. Thumbs up to Bert and AutoZone, Elk Grove. You have a customer for life

I purchased a pair of break bulbs from AutoZone earlier today. Got home and realize I didn t have the right tools. I went to AutoZone on Bruceville in Elk Grove and the manager, Bert was so awesome, he came out with his tools and replaced my right side and showed me step-by-step so I can replace my left side bulb. Bert, I can t thank you enough for your courteous & generous customer service & especially your patience. Today I purchased my own socket wrench kit for the future. Thank you Bert! I will be back!!!!

I went in looking for an accessory for my cellphone at an Auto store and they had it. I wasn't sure if I really wanted it, and the staff was excited to offer me a return, they said buy it, test drive it, if you don't like it, bring it back for a refund with the receipt. They were just so happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I did try it, and I didn't like it and returned it within a couple hours and they just asked why I returned it and I said I didn't like it and they said ok, REFUND! And they were so happy and friendly! Possible the best customer service I have ever received. Everyone was just so happy to be at work at AutoZone and helping customers!

I really want to thank the AutoZone staff at this store for all their help over the years. All of my parts for my families cars have always been available (acura,volkswagon,bmw,toyota,Mercedes, ford)or they have been able to place a hold on the part at their superstore on florin rd. I brought a broken duralast ratchet in today and the replacement process was so easy. I am very comfortable buying my tools at autozone. The always have a replacement in stock .thanks. Customer for life!!

This is the closest auto parts store to my house, and I ve been here several times to excellent service.Most recently I messed up and bought the wiper blades for my car. OSCAR M. was amazing in helping me return the mismatched blades, helping me find wiper blades that fit my car, and even helping me figure out how to fasten the new blades to my car (it s hard and I m kinda dumb).Other experiences include several battery changes at this location, including a lemon that was replaced in warranty. Staff are always helpful, even letting me help out with the work (battery change) to make me feel better lol.Highly recommend!

This review is for Joseph B. at the Autozone store on Bruceville in Elk Grove, CA on December 12, 2021 at 17:38. It was raining heavily outside but he helped me install brand new windshield wipers without any hesitation. He was friendly and super cool. I was never taught how to replace my windshield wipers but thanks to Joseph I have a life long skill. From now on I will only buy my wiper blades from Autozone! They always go above and beyond. The gentleman at the register in the white shirt was also helpful. He helped me look up what brand make and model of wipers that my car needed. He was the one who asked Joseph to help me. These guys both deserve all the blessings the universe has to offer them. I wanted to give them a monetary tip to show my appreciation this holiday season but unfortunately they were not allowed to accept gifts from customers. Many thanks for helping me with my car needs and please continue the great service that you offer to clueless people like me.

VICTOR R!!!! You are a lifesaver. What a kind, friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen! He was so friendly and willing to help as he greeting me as I walked in. I asked for a part that he helped me find right away and offered to make sure it fit in my car. He took the time to help install the spring and fix my fuel door that was broken. I sincerely appreciate his help and that type of customer service is very hard to find. Thank you so much Victor!!

Love this AutoZone! It's kept well maintained and always well stocked. I was just assisted by Mohd M. with some old refrigerant canisters and vehicle batteries to recycle. The refrigerant wasn't under my account, however he went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Every customer service experience here is outstanding, regardless of who is working. The employees are always eager to assist - unlike some other locations, where the employees seem annoyed to help. This location - time and time again - has earned my loyalty, for sure!

I was helped by two nice men that made sure I got the right oil for my car, he helped get it for me as I couldn't reach it... after I was able to give them the empty bottles for them to toss. Thank you for the service!

Every time I come to the store I am always greeted with a smile and very positive attitude. The store is always very clean, organized and well displayed. Mercedes, the store manager is very knowledgeable with parts and availability, she is very attentive to all aspects of the customer experience. I come to this store with full confidence in getting the right part promptly. The overall quality if service here is outstanding.

The store manager and employee helped me with the auto-part I was looking for. I wanted to return another part that I was carrying around for a while but learned that it was out of the usual 90-day return policy rule that I did not know about. The manager was curtious and gave me a store credit. They also helped me find out which store carries another part I was looking for but this store was out of. Both the manager and the employee were knowledgeable, have professional attitude, and provided good customer service

I went over there because I needed a couple of parts for my car spacifically brake pads and rotors. The person behind the counter was very informative and told me the differences between the different brake pads and which were the best for me to buy. The prices I thought or very reasonable and I was able to purchase the items and have them placed on my car. This is a fairly new place and it is very clean and the staff is helpful and also informative.

We experienced superb service By Moe & Raphael at the Whitelock/ Bruceville location. My husband needed the batteries replaced in his key fob for his car. They not only provided us with the right batteries but they also took the time to replace them.Thank you Moe & Raphael for your excellent customer service! We will be back!Mr. & Mrs. Sims

I was thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received from Adam at the AutoZone on the corner of Whitelock parkway and Bruceville in Elk Grove, California. Given that I use a wheelchair, he simply came out and replaced my battery for me without even having to get out of my vehicle, transaction and all. Gave me some real good advice on my vehicle s needs. Thank you Adam!!!

Bert is amazingly helpful. Got to know him over a weekend of renting tools and breaking tie-rod ends on my car. Super helpful and had some oddball parts in stock.

These guys are the best in town! 5 Stars! The only place I go to for auto parts in Elk Grove, CA in AutoZone. Mo is my man. Mo offers the best customer service around. He always offers excellent advice when it come to car/truck parts.

Best autozone I ve ever walked into. Customer service, item selection and cleanliness is 10/10. The second I walk through that door I get greeted by staff and offered help. Even during busy times, I can always rely on a team member helping me quickly. I go here all the time and it s highly convenient they they have consistent hours and item selection. This location is a million times better than the one on Laguna/Franklin.
