Just had a great experience at the autozone on Franklin and Laguna in the Safeway plaza. Melvin was outstanding! Super professional and helped install my headlights on my 2005 Subaru. I will definitely come back here for future help and to do business.

My visit here today was excellent I worked with Michael and he was quickly able to help me find the best value for my dollar for replacing my wipers. The store looks great very clean and orderly!Overall very thankful for the help and fast and easy service to get me back on the road swiftly Thank you Much Appreciated!!

I called to get a few questions. Maria the Manager Was VERY HELPFUL attentive to my questions and also gave me a battery Jump on my car. Recommendations where given and appreciated. Costumer Service 100% THANKS AUTOZONE

To be fair, most autozone don't know what's Customer Service. To my surprised this location has a superb service. The girl was helpful and very attentive.

This is the best autozone I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. Extremely knowledgeable staff. More than happy to help with a smile on their face. Nothing but good vibes in this store. I cannot recommend this place enough. These guys are awesome. Shout out to Melvin and Anthony, helping me with my Subaru today.

Aleyah and Melvin at store 4159 Franklin and Laguna in Elk Grove were awesome! I came in with battery issues tested and replaced and installed in no time at all asked if I could at least buy them lunch No need, help our customers is our pleasure! 10/10 cannot say thank you enough!

Assistant Store Manager Melvin Murphy at store # 4159 was the best. I needed a battery and not only did I purchase one Melvin went outside to my car and installed it. What started out as a bad day with a dead battery and a car full of kids turned it into a pleasant experience. Mike, the store manager was courteous and helpful. We discussed the different options available for my vehicle and fit for my family. Within 20 minutes Michael had a new battery installed and we were back on our way. Can t say enough about the clean store and the helpful staff. Will definitely be my go to spot from now on. BTW, every customer that walked out the door had a smile on their face including myself. Great job!

i have nothing but amazing things to say about this autozone. I had to come back 3 times because I just couldn t figure out which headlight i needed, and each time i needed help they were more than patient, and helped me sort out the refunds for the lights I didn t need. The manager has a great memory and helped me out a ton, as well as his associates. I would rate higher than a 5/5 if i could.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Especially Melvin, the assistant manager. I came in because my brake light was out. Melvin went above and beyond to take care of the matter. He took care of thing ls like 90 going North(inside joke between us) lol. I m sure he s an amazing addition to your team.Thanks Melvin!!!

Over the week I have went to this particular location multiple times to purchase parts for my car! Each time I was always welcomed into the store! 2 out of the 3 times I was helped by a wonderful associate by the name of Crystal ! She was always recommending which part would fit my vehicle better than the one I originally came in to purchase! On top of the amazing customer service, the store looked to be in amazing shape! All of the shelves were stocked full and completely organized! I will continue to return to this location time after time due to the great customer I received while i wad there!

I had a great experience with this store today.I needed a very special hose. I didn't know the part number. But they helped me choose....I didn't remember the name of my Savior, but he was great.And I will have a repair.Thanks!!!
