I cannot say enough good things about Valerie & her team! They really went above &beyond to help us out with a lemon we bought from a dealership. Valerie was so kind. She was nice enough to offer to answer any questions or help any way she could when we went to buy a different car. I reached out to her when that time came & she took the time to explain to me about the car we were looking at, pros & cons etc. Just the absolute nicest, hardworking people overall! & they were so reasonably priced! Much more affordable than the automall. I plan to use Automotive Solutions for all of our car needs in the future & would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.Thank you Valerie & everyone at Automotive Solutions for making a super stressful situation so much less stressful!

Excellent customer service and repair. Valerie is very personable and compassionate. She goes the extra mile for her customers. She found me a great deal on a transmission, and then when the clutch also needed to be changed (she showed me the old one and pointed out the spots of wear, overheating, and cracks), ended up tracking down and finding me one when it seemed everyone, including the manufacturer, had them on backorder. I am very pleased with their service, and their price was better than their less-friendly competition. I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

Valerie and her team did an amazing job. I went in with an old Ford truck that flashed the check engine light. They had the parts ordered replaced, and changed radiator fluid and oil all within 24 hours and no appointment A++ experience

I highly recommend them! They took excellent care of us. They were honest and thorough, reasonably priced and most importantly, they did an excellent job fixing our 2001 Honda CRV and getting us back on the road safely. Mike & Val had great communication & kept me informed with every detail. The price was very reasonable. My '72 Caprice is back on the road & running better then ever (with cold A/C). They are very welcoming & treated me like family. Would definitely return & recommend!

This is an awesome place to get your vehicle fixed..... You will get the kind of service that few can give in this day and age...... that old fashioned service that makes you feel like you matter !Even talked directly to the mechanic after the work was finished.Thank you

Ive known Mike and Valerie since my father worked for them when I was young, and they run a great business. Not to mention all the other people working here are nice, friendly, and will ask if you've been helped or need someone to help you out and get startedA little biased opinion because I've known them since I was just a child, but they run a good business.You'll leave automotive solutions without breaking the bank or feeling like you've been given the run around. Mike, and any other mechanics here, will do their best to get your car problems figured out and get you back on the road in a decent time frame.

Automotive Solutions is a very honest and reliable Mechanic's shop. I stopped by one day with an RV problem which they resolved quickly. Once I realized how fair, efficient, and honest they were, I started taking my Toyota and daughter's Saturn Vue to them for all the regular service. Additionally I bought an Audi for my son and was not sure they could maintain it since it is a foreign model vehicle, but I was once more happily surprised and they are able to work on pretty much anything! Thank you Valerie and Mike.

I came to Automotive Solutions after getting the run around from others, honest and trustworthy, I was so impressed with their work and for taking the time to go over everything in my daughters car to make sure it was safe and reliable. they went out of their way to help us get her car back on the road. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

Honest family shop. I had company visiting from SoCal who began to notice her truck was making noise. Rather than drive back home without knowing what it was, we needed to find a place to get it checked out. So glad we found this shop. Greeted by friendly honest people and their adorable pups. Turns out it's a part that has a recall, they even printed out the recall for us and told us how to approach it with the dealer.Definitely reccomend.

Our car overheated in South lake Tahoe. We got it towed here so were closer to home. They got it done some day and were such incredible personable kind people. So pleased and frankly heading home!

This shop is great, I had several repairs over the years to my 16 year old Town and County van and it still runs great. They offer honest information and repairs.

Once again they have come to our rescue, my 2010 mercury mariner had a failed water pump, Mike And Val to out rescue, fast affordable, couldn't ask for a better place to send my vehicals.

Worst place . They rip you off . They didn't touch my car when I pass by there to see it was parked in the same place for 2 hours and I get a call saying they can't find the problem and will take longer . And they charged more . Scam . I don't know how they have good reviews maybe racism only to me.
