My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Matt Mullen, General Manager, for over 15 years! We love his kind, friendly professionalism! His office staff is very nice and attentive. The mechanics do great repair work! Matt is always open and honest with you and gives good fair pricing! Hooray to Auto Body Expressions Inc for the well deserving awards

So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it s hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn t, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I m so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he s so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I m so thankful for your hard work. This place has the best service and the friendliest people aka Justin. Their work on my car was top notch. They went out of their way to accomodate us and make sure everything was done correctly. We will only bring our cars here when in need of repairs.

We choose this business for our collision repair because the reviews seems good and they were near to our home. Needless to say we were very disappointed having to deal with a business that is dishonest. They reel in customers by low balling them with the initial estimate compared to other places and in the end triples the total cost for the insurance company to pay. They don't even communicate the status of the repair to the customer till they're ready to hand over the bill an by then it's too late. We can't get the car back without having to sign for the final cost.They held our car as hostage. This is why our insurance company don't have them as their preferred shop for its customer after communicating our experience with this place. The repair to our car still had noticeable dings and chips on the hood. They even replaced the car emblem that was noted on the car repair statement. Plus, the blending of the car paint is poor where the transition is noticeable. When we pointed these issues out to the rep he came up with a different story.Overall a very dishonest business to work with. Please be cautious when dealing with this business. There are many choices to choose from, we made our mistake and hope with this review will help others avoid making the same mistake we made.

I worked with tony, he was all around the best. Made sure to keep me updated. They did a excellent job on my repair. I would highly recommend them you cannot go wrong with them.

I was very impressed with how efficient they were here. They were quick and the car looks great! I highly recommend going to them. They take AAA insurance.

I had my truck fixed here 15 years ago after an accident. I had notice that the paint on my hood was looking bad after all those year. I called in and Matt process my warranty for paint from 15 years ago like I was a paying customer, but it was free. Thank you to the team at Autobody Expression for standing behind your work and providing great customer service. I appreciate you.

Anytime we've needed auto body repairs, we always requested Auto Body Expressions. Being in an accident is stressful but thankfully this amazing company makes it less stressful. Highly recommend them!

I brought in 2 of my vehicles to get repaired here and I deeply regret it. They delayed the due date multiple times, and they also increased the final cost dramatically compared to the estimates. The customer service was terrible and the level of quality for the repairs were just average at best... Do not ever come to this location!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We had an amazing experience with Auto Body Expressions. My husband was in an auto accident so we brought our car here for repairs. The staff were all very kind and friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Matt. Before he even inspected the car, he asked how my husband was feeling and wanted to make sure he was ok. He did a thorough visual inspection of the car and noticed damage that insurance adjuster didn t catch. He kept us updated during the entire process and our car was ready when promised When we picked up the vehicle, Matt walked us out to the car and gave us a detailed explanation of the work that was done. They did an outstanding job on the repairs! Matt, thank you for providing exceptional customer service! It shows that you are very passionate about what you do. You are a huge asset to that company. You made us feel like family and we knew we were in good hands from the moment we left our vehicle with you! We will continue to do business with this awesome company and highly recommend them to anyone!

Great service in the front to get everything lined up and super fast and excellent work in back to repair the rear end damage to my car and get it back to looking new again. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way. I will be doing further business with Auto Body.

I was helped by TONY MACIAS. He is the most kindest and helpful person i have ever met! He gave me the estimate to repair my car and not only that he helped fix my car temporarily for the time being. He went "ABOVE AND BEYOND" to help me out. Very good customer service!! Strongly recommended. This world needs more people like tony who tries very hard to help their client out in every possible way. !! Thank you TONY for your excellent service !!!

Amazing service all the way through, from getting a quote when I first brought my car in, to the nice thank you letter sent in the mail to me for getting a quote with you, to the great communication all the way through, to my car totally clean when it was returned. The body work looks great. I had my front bumper replaced, and my car came back looking flawless.

Excellent experience all around. Great customer service - they got my car in quickly and their communication was really good. Car was returned when promised, paint looks fantastic and they really paid a lot of attention to detail while they had it. Rental process was smooth and easy, interface with insurance company was seamless. Highly recommend!

Had hit and run damages to my bumper. My expenses ended up being out of pocket but all the staff here were polite and went out of their way to make me comfortable and give me a price I could afford! They also have an eye for detail and went above and beyond to fix other small things they noticed they could fix for me. Overall, no price gouging, nice honest people, quick service and a good job! I'm happy! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing people and auto body work. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I had great interaction and conversations. Not only that but they did a phenomenal job on fixing up my car. They definitely made me feel like a valued customer with how they checked in with me and made sure if I needed anything they were on it.

I was recommend to these guys after a rear end collision. Since walking in the door the entire staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They asked what they could do to make this easier. Matt was extremely helpful and very understanding of the situation with My Car. He even went as far as updating me on tbe progress on the work done, explaining in feyail the progress. The work was done on time with no problems. Looking at the car You could never tell what happened, the paint matched perfectly. They even went as far as arranging a rental when My Car was in the shop. Great job and I will highly recommended this place to friends and family. Thanks again for the excellent job and outstanding performance and treatment.

Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and great customer service. I was running late to pick up my vehicle and they waited for me after hours. Anthony my rep was the best. I have Absolutely no complaints. My vehicle looks new again. I give this place 5 stars and a great big Thank You! I will Be recommending this place to everyone. I am not from the area and i would travel to get this awesome service again. THANK YOU AUTO BODY EXPRESSION!

I hit a deer with my 2019 Ford, F450. Took out the grill, bumper, radiator, A/C condenser, left front fender and more; in all, about $22,000 in damage. Anthony was the best he kept in contact with me the whole time they had my vehicle. All of the ladies in the office are wonderful and they brought my baby back plus more. This is my forever go to spot and I thank the whole auto body expressions team for there superb customer service and great body work!!!
