Came for the first time to this shop and the staff was very helpful in fixing my flat tire. and 'Quick' friendly service.Excellent Experience! Excellent Customer Service! I Will be coming back!

First time having my tires replaced here and my first experience wasn t the best experienced. They ordered my tires two sizes smaller and I didn t get to have my new tires installed until much later times. Staffs are ok and was very courteous in trying to get new right sizes tires from another shop.

Get a second opinion before being persuaded that you need new tires. Tire air pressure gauge was showing I needed air in all four tires after an extreme temperature drop last year, so I went to Americas Tire and was told I would need new tires very soon. About a month later I went to Infiniti for an oil change and multipoint inspection and was told my tires were definitely not in need of replacing and the thread was very good. Fast forward to this week. My back tire needed air so I decided to just go to AT. Well, again, same story, but since it had been about a year since the last incident I decided to drive across the street to Costco s tire center and see what they had to say since AT had just told me my tires were a hazard and needed replacing right away, 30 days max. Nope, again. Costco recommended rotating my tires, appt scheduled on the spot, and said I would have about 6-8000 miles before my tires would need replacing. BTW, I drive less than 2000 miles a year Was Costco and Infiniti wrong??? No!!!!!

Staff at America's Tire is very patient and efficient. You can track the status of your vehicle from waiting to completion. Icing on the top, they repaired our tire without charging a fee. Many thanks! If we ever need new tires, this will be the No. 1 shop on our go-to list.

Took my car here to get my tires rotated and balanced. At least that s what I expected to get I ended up getting a little extra, meaning a ding on my door! And it wasn t just a tiny knick they hit my door hard enough to scrape the paint off! When I confronted them about it, they were very dismissive about the situation. I talked to an employee and the manager and no one wanted to come forward and take responsibility for the damages to my vehicle! My experience at this store was terrible! Instead of having a reasonable discussion about what might have happened, I was gaslighted by them and they insisted that the dent was already there prior to my visit it was definitely NOT, because I had done a full walk-around of my car prior to my tire appointment and there was NO DENT!! Honestly, I would not recommend America s Tire as your go-to tire place. I plan on waiting till my treads wear down to the point where I need new tires, then going to Les Schwab from here on out. This was not the first time my car received body damages from taking it here and I cannot wait to move on and try another company who will actually treat me AND my vehicle with respect!

always very friendly, and their quality of service is unbeatable! The only time a repair ever failed, they replaced the tire at no cost to me. Cannot recommend enough!!!

A busy store but the customer service and the price are excellant. Free flat repairs for tires that can legally be repaired ( no tread left or sidewall damage aren't eligably) . Need air - its free. Also they are ADA compliant. A pleasure to do business with!

First time to be here to have my tire fixed. It was fast and smooth. They didn't charge me anything for the repair. The staff are approachable and accommodating. They have provided a guide of how good are my tires. They have a wide range of tire to choose from. They also offer wheels that have good deals! Their facility is clean and have enough seats for waiting. There are also two common restrooms that are neat.

Ordered my tires online and had them shipped to my house. Made an appointment here and had them installed along with new TPMS (old sensors were 12 years old and starting to die). Their sensors were half the price of the dealer and they had the car done in less than an hour. Very low price, too, since it was tires from Tire Rack (same company).

This place has great customer service. It was our first time to America's tire, and the gentleman Bee Xiong did a great job of helping us. I told him that We had a blowout on 99 and not from the area and going down south. He was able to locate us the tire we wanted but was going to be in on Monday. Because we do not live here, he quickly asked if everyone was ok and asked if we had a spare tire. He recommended us to their other store, which was off 99, and they had the tire in stock.

Matt and Jeremy were wonderful help. We had our tire pop and issues with reaching the spare. Matt communicated with us about wait times and was patient with all our questions and concerns. Once we arrived with the tow truck , Jeremy was patient and communicate wait times and cost.Overall recommend this location for all your tire needs

My daughter came in to do a rotation of the wheels on the Honda Civic. They told her that everything was done and even gave her a receipt. But when she returned home, I checked the work, and it was not done. It turns out she was deceived and blatantly lied to...Very upset...

Ladies don t get your tires here!I had a flat and got my last set of tires from them.I asked questions and the guy at the counter Jeremy told me it would cost $400 to get my all 4 of my tires replaced since I have an AWD car. That s steep! Especially since I had a warranty on the tires. He was unhelpful, wouldn t answer my questions and made me feel like I didn t know what I was asking about.My husband brought in the car a day later and they charged him $150I won t allow anyone I care about to give them my business again.

About a year ago I bought some Continental tires for my '09 Mini Cooper. Service was fast and easy and the price was very good. Today I brought in some aftermarket rims that I bought, but I wanted to have them mounted to the same tires I bought a year ago. I called to make an appointment, and drove away with a big smile on my face a few hours later. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable, and they gave me great pricing on everything. I was also very happy with the care they gave my car. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I will definitely be coming back to this location when I need a new set.

It's where I got my tires, Coopers, I was a bit hesitant about them, but they are great, the tires I mean, the place is awesome, employees are great, I waited I made an appointment so it only took about an 45 minutes, and it doesn't matter if you buy tires from them they check air for free and let you know if you may need tires soon. Love them. Highly recommend.

I was traveling from out of town when my tire got a screw in it. I pulled up to the store. The employees there were amazing they fixed my tire did not charge me. This is why I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I came to check the air in my tires, and Michael found a nail in one. He checked me in right away, and I waited about 30 minutes to have my tire fixed, and was out earlier than they initially said (1 hour from arrival to departure). They were very busy and understaffed but did a great job accommodating me and fixing it for free. Michael did a great job. Definitely recommend this location!

Inspect what you Expect!! Looking for touring tires for my car. Had a price match from a competitor. The manager said he could match and get the same tires I was looking for. These tires were a premium as I requested touring tires with a 70k mile warranty that were quiet. They were not cheap!! The tires were installed and I left America s Tire. After I got home I went over the paperwork and low and behold my warranty was for 40k miles. I drive back to America s Tire and spoke with the manager, who is still the manager today, and we went over the paperwork. I asked him why did he give me tires with a 40k warranty when I paid for a 70k tire warranty? He didn t have an answer, pretty shady in my opinion. So he wrote on my paperwork to come see him after 40k and he would basically take care of me I challenged that as they often change locations and I wasn t comfortable trusting him at all. So he ordered me the correct tires I originally ordered after a couple of weeks my tires arrived. They put on the correct tires and I had him put in the notes in the computer about what happened. Very shady practice in my opinion, the lesson here is.. Inspect what you Expect before you leave, otherwise you may get caught holding the bag as the paperwork was not what you paid for or expected.

They perform a tire pressure check for free, you don't even need to get out of the car. It was quick and painless. Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable talking to them. They seem honest and the prices seem fair.There is ADA access, indoor and outdoor seating, and it's close to a modern tea place and food so you can grab a drink or meal while you wait for other services or go shopping it's perfect location if you want to do other things that wait.

I ve always use to go to this location for tire needs cause it was nearby and they seem to do a good job. I took my 2 rear tires and 4 new OEM TPM sensors for install. They installed the sensors but couldn t program them for whatever reason. But they also cross threaded 2 of my lug nuts for the rear tires. I had to pay and get them repaired elsewhere. The techs need to take their time and atleast pass through a few threads before using the gun. Pretty disappointed.

Had appt. at 830...I must say very efficient..There was a line when I arrived at 815...By 830 they had me checked in and said my car will be ready in about an hour...Plenty of staff available to get cars done...Wow, as I'm typing this review my cars is done! Not bad 20 min with 4 brand new tires and wiper install...I recommend you try America's tire....Great service!

Hands down, the best place to purchase your tires. They'll get you the best price and customer service is top notch. I come here to get my tires rotated and service is always professional and with a smile. Have a wife or mom that needs help? They'll feel very comfortable coming here. There are times when I've shown up needing help close to closing time, but they never hesitate to help me out! I will recommend this tire location for my friends and family!
