Ricky and the team are great! They asked the right questions and for what I was looking for. 2 inch lift 17 inch wheels 33 inch Off-road tires. They provided me with a VIP experience in customizing a unique look. 2 inch lift with off road tires on my Bronco. Nothing like having a VIP experience from a small business located in the Bay Area.If you want a great experience and not be hassled by pushy big conglomerate you should go to this team and let the Tire & Wheel Xperts serve you.

Professional, honest and friendly staff, reasonable price and get things done really quickly. I definitely recommend this place.If you've got issues with your tires when you are in this area, that's the place that you want to go. Their prices are friendly and you don't need to worry about being whipped off by the shop even though they know that you don't have other options.

Excellent service, was going in for an alignment as i had a very crooked steering wheel and a tire rotation, they noticed from tires were bald as i had not even noticed that and also saw a bubble on the rear tire. Told them to just change all 4, and they were very fast and effective at fixing all my issues will be bringing all my cars here. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try.

I stopped by this place to check out some tires for my truck.The very nice staff showed me a few options, and I decided to buy some used tires.They did a great job with the installation. The tires are very good, Michelin's and were priced right.They've expanded their shop, and I noticed a brand new Hunter alignment machine.The reason I mention this is because the lift is sunken in the floor !Most places are unable to do alignments for LOWERED vehicles.These guys are ready to do them all.I highly recommend bringing your cars and trucks here.

Recently "tire experts" installed four new tires on my vehicle, but weeks later, I noticed an unusual noise emanating from the right rear tire. Upon further inspection, it was revealed that the wheel bearing had been damaged and required replacement. Despite having both rear tires' wheel bearings replaced, the noise persisted from the right rear tire at a more severe level than before. I took my car back again and was told they received a bad bearing, which they replaced for free. However, when I went to pick up my car, it had another issue. My car did not drive normal, it jerked and made abnormal noises. They said my car was old and I should sell it. They said, old cars tend to experience new problems once the initial problem is fixed. They said my brakes was bad. Eventually, I took my car to a mechanic, and he found out the right rear tire ABS sensor was taken off and installed incorrectly which made my car jerk. Yes, I finally got my car fixed and "tire experts" did reimburse the money I spent to replace my ABS sensor. But, it's the principle my family life was put in danger. They did not take accountability until I came back with the facts. I will not do business here anymore.

These guys took care of me, got me exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't find them anywhere. I had all my shocks and brakes done too, best pricing and the truck drives like a dream, even did some custom tire lettering to match my truck. Amazing experience!!

Ricky might as well be the main technician for Ricky Bobby and his pit crew. In order for me to purchase my vehicle today at Ford I had to get two new tires installed before the Ford dealership closed. From the time I pulled in until I left it was 10 minutes total. I've never seen a public service like that in my life. Very grateful for his exceptional work. Give these guys a raise.

Hello,This is Farley, i just got a set of new tires, 4 shocks, and a suspendion upgrade from Tire and Wheel Xperts in El Sobrante CA., oh an alignment as well for a great price, great price!!I would just like to say that Ricky and Mo and their nephew are hard workers, they made my truck feel like new again and the suggested tires that Ricky quoted me on was because i wanted to go wider and beefier.Man, i tell you my 20 plus year old Ford Explorer Sport is looking and riding like a sport again .Much thanks to Ricky who i dealt with the whole way. He gave me a great deal on everything that was done to my ride.These guys are great!I WILL definitely be back and will recommend this place to family and friends.

These guys are awesome, I bent My wheel over the weekend and they were brand new, dealer said they could not fix the bend and that I have to get a new wheel, $1100 dollars. I couldn't afford that so I called around and Ricky at tire and wheel xperts told me he would be happy to take a look and see if it's fixable, he was able to fix my bent wheel that same day in just a couple hours, people don't worry too much, bring your damage wheels here and they will take care of you, they can fix bent wheels, cracked wheels, and repaint the wheels, such an amazing surface, these guys are amazing!!

This place is amazing, New big Tire Shop here in pinole area, they gave me good price on michelin tire for my mercedes benz. They also fix the bend on one of my rim, it was shaking so much before and now it drive super smooth with new tires and repaired rim. They also fixed my crooked steering wheel, very good wheel alignment, mostly shops dont do the alignment right, these guys did good job my car is like new one now

Had a flat tire on Sunday morning. Only one tire shop opened in the area. First time there. Shop is clean, have nice equipment, knowledge staff. Got me in and out quick. Reasonable prices. I will be back.

I stopped by to get a quote and the price was so good I wanted to make an appt for Friday. He said Friday? I can do it now. Takes about 10 to 15 min. What?!! Tires installed and paid in 10 min!!! I'll be back and will let my friends know about them. You guys ROCK

I was told by other mechanics that I would definitely need to have my tire replaced. My mom recommended me to go to them to see what they say. The person I spoke with said I just needed a patch. That is the kind of level of honesty you need in a place like this because you frankly, don t know what you really need. I will be coming back.

Best prices around . Got to get my Pirellis at a good cheap price. Quick service once they ordered them ..overnight and alignment and balancing ..I saved so much I could actually get my bushings and control arms replaced .Cars like new and I have to say I'd be back ...they'll work with you ..very professionals

I agree with previous reviewers, we needed a place like this around here. Courteous professional customer service. The quotes I was given were fair and transparent. They gave a realistic and accurate ETA on how long it would take to complete the job. They were fast. No weird surprises. Honestly, I kinda feel like they went above and beyond. I will definitely come back again!
