I have been coming here every year for a smog & oil change. Excellent job everytime I come by and visit. Especially when you might ending up finding a classic or vintage car in the garage. Their fast friendly service and the crew is the best notifying me what's need to be checked and what safety features they I might need later on..Thank you for keeping me safe on the roads..

Great customer service. Nino listened to my situation about the repairs that I needed, and addressed them with care. My car is a little older (94') and he knows just how much I like my car. He took care of me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in on the Wed before Thanksgiving. There was a mix up they still took my car in and got the work done before closing at 12:00 I recommend this place . Been going there for years and always happy with the work done. They even went over and above on my 1980 Toyota 4�4 which had sp many problems. Highly recommend it

A customer for years, their work is top notch. Once, when a fuel filter leaked afterwards, they replaced it with a costlier part for no charge. Today they fixed coolant hose leaks gratis during other work on my Miata.

Respectable & Honest establishment. My father & I both go there. They do all maintenance on all makes and models. Nino is a Manager there, and he will get you back on the road ASAP. TELL HIM CUFFIE JR sent you!!!

This is just a great family business, we have been bringing our cars to Burrough for at least 15 years. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE RICH AND HAVE MONEY TO WASTE. My mother brought her car here for new tires and a air tire sensor to be fixed. Had the car the whole day and when we picked it up the bill came out to $2000 plus. That is ridiculously high for new tires and a tire sensor. Deffinetly will make sure my mother does not come back to this place. Money hungry thieves. Not even good name brand tires just some random tires that I could have got for way cheaper. Made the mistake of letting her come here but never again. They got us this time but lost a future costumer in the process. Read other reviews. Like I should have. They overcharge here for everything down to simple jobs. Might aswell go to the dealer with these outrages prices. My mother doesn't know no better but If I would have known before hand, I would have stoped her from coming here. They will rob you for your hard working money. When you break down the cost it is not worth it.Service: Tires

My car has come a long way from the north. There was a slight problem with the transmission on the way. So, I immediately found a nearby car repair shop. This shop promises precise and professional car repair service. Coupons in the mail and warranty. So I quickly made an appointment. The machine in this shop is enthusiastic and responsible. I got a very satisfactory serives. I will definitely come back next time. Thanks a lot. JimmyService: Transmission

Great service! They were able to diagnose why the check engine light was on in my 1990 car. They fixed it and then it was able to pass the smog test. Thank you so much guys!

They see the big picture as well as the task at hand. I brought in a vintage car that needed to pass smog visual inspection. Parts were hard to find. They made some of them. There were additional safety issues that they brought to my attention and I had blocked out of my mind, because I didn't think they could be addressed within budget. I thought they could wait. They showed how much worse the situation was than I knew, and helped to resolve all the issues for a very reasonable price. This was all done within four days. All I can say is: Incredible. They know their business, and they appeared to really enjoy the challenge (along with me) of making it all work out well. Beautiful! Thank you.

I had a vibration while driving and couldn't figure out the issue. Burrough and sons diagnosed the problem fast. Showed a detailed video of the worn u joints. Replace the worn parts and the problem was solved. Nino the service advisor was great to work with and knows his stuff. Thanks again job well done.

They were able to get me in right away and get the Jeep SUV running. They also went through it thoroughly and fixed everything else that needed attention. This is a very professional group of mechanics. Moreover, I have used them on and off for 20 years and they are always honest, competent and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this place. They over book and under perform, all talk and no action. I brought my vehicle in the night before to be serviced by the afternoon for a simple oil change and visual inspection. I came to the facility at around 11:30a and the vehicle hadn't been touched. Call back at 3 o'clock and the same story. These people totally waisted my time and my day. I will think twice before returning. Wow! They say they are community focused, and value their customers like family, far from it, sure wasn't my experience.

Nino did work on my car that I did not authorize. Based on his diagnosis he said my A/C would be fixed for approximately $700. Later I learned that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION he had ordered parts and installed them that would run the cost up to about $900. He justified it by saying that he had tried to reach me. But he hadn't reached me and I did not give my permission. That's unethical and I will not be going back there.Service: Air conditioning

Did a great job and got it done when they said they would. Fixed a number of things that other shops had screwed up it hasn't run this good in years. If you have a classic car it's the only place to go

Steve and his crew was great. First visit here today but he made me feel as if i was a long time customer.One thing for sure ill be coming back and recommend to all my friends. Thank you for squeezing me in on a tight schedule.. P.s. check out their alignment rack 1st one i've seen that's flush on the ground great for lowered, slam cars!

I've gone there for 15 years, even though I moved across the bridge. I made an appointment for an oil change for the RV and had my brother drive 20 miles there. They told them they wouldn't do it because it was raining. I'd say it's sprinkling, but they won't get anymore of my business! They must be making too much money if they turn away repeat business.
