just picked up my truck yesterday. Vincent was able to show me how to use all the features and it made the delivery experience super easy. Nice to see how to use everything before I left the lot. The whole purchase experience with Rivian was simple. This is the first time I have done a "digital" vehicle purchase and it was REALLY easy. Only had the truck a day and already comfortable with it and loving the vehicle

Lesson learned--don't buy a first-generation vehicle. Rivian has had our vehicle for two months and unless you call them incessantly, there are zero updates. This is a terribly organized service operation so be warned before you buy one.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

When I came to pick up the car, they said it was ready. I waited for 2 hours after which they said the car was not ready. I got the impression that there were unprofessional employees working there and when I returned from them two employees were playing baseball

I love my Rivian but the customer service at this location is nonexistent or preferential to some customers. It took a month to schedule an appointment to replace the front drive unit (the need for which was thankfully acknowledged after ridiculing me on the phone about hearing some noise coming from the car ), then it took 10 days to replace it (despite promise to be done in 3 days), no feedback whatsoever during those 10 days (no returned phone calls or messages), the service center has no Guest WiFi, coffee machine is broken, they offer no vehicle pickup, no loaner, don t wash or charge your car upon repair.Alas, zero customer service at El Segundo. But I really enjoy the truck.

I don t like to be away from my Rivian because it s such a joy to drive, but the team at El Segundo took the best care of me and my truck. Both the technicians and service advisors were so accommodating and understanding. They took the time to make sure they understood and addressed the issue, which makes all the difference.

The team at el Segundo is one of the best service teams in Southern CA IMO.Always friendly and helpful and willing to look at other minor issues while servicing the main items.

Impeccable service by all the workers. They take the time to talk to you and educate you on the truck. They are patient and very nice and are happy to answer all your questions as best as they can.
