Took my car for service for the first time at Joe's auto And after the inspection, the owner quoted me a ridiculous price for a simple service. I'm trying to charge me for parts I don't need. I asked them to explain it to me and was just giving excuse that my car is old and will need the parts even though the car is only five years old I will not be taking my car here anytime soon and I advice others not to do so.

I was thinking it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix my creaking suspension. They lubed my suspension in a couple hours for $65 and now the creaking is gone. Very impressed with the honesty and efficiency.

Joe is a honest, nice and hard worker. His prices are reasonable and good quality work. His been my mechanic for my car over 10 years. I highly recommend anyone for car problems to have him fix it. My daughter moved to LA recently. I asked one of her neighbors where they have their car serviced. They use Joe s shop and highly recommended them. My daughter had her oil changed and they did a tune up. They explained what they checked and why a couple of items could wait until her next service appointment. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my daughter can take her car to an honest mechanic with fair pricing. Thanks Joe!Service: Oil change

The Honda Dealer in downtown LA was giving me the runaround from not finding a starter and battery cable to outrageous cost for the parts and labor! I did a google search for Auto Repair in the South Bay and saw that Joe received glowing reviews and 5 stars to which I want to add! He was able to find the starter in 1/2 an hour and had the car ready for me the next day, and he charged 1/2 the price Honda quoted. He also saved me more $ in that I didn't have to buy a new battery cable which he cleaned instead. He also replaced my rear brake lights when he noticed they weren't turning on. Joe is very efficient and trustworthy. Thank you, Joe!

Wow! Surprised at Joe's behavior after reading the great reviews below, bad day at the office, Joe?I needed a tune up for my car. Regular maintenance has allowed me to safely & comfortably continue to drive my car.I pulled into the shop, meeting Joe, asking him for a quote for a tune up on my car...it'd been a few years.When he lifted the hood, oh my, he started COMPLAINING about how much work it was going to be and the labor, oh my he said. I was looking at $500. (normal, so I wasn't concerned).When he asked me how it was running, I said great! I travel up and down California long distance.Attitude change!Joe said If its not broke dont fix it.If its running great leave it alone!Seriously? :( I was disappointed.Maintaining my car is the reason my car runs so great. I dont wait for problems.Did you want to make even more money waiting for me to come back when there IS problems?Terrible 1st impression. Won't be going back.As with anything people, get a second opinion.

I called about an issue I was have with my car and was able to drop it off same day. It was ready to pick up the next day. They were very nice and trustworthy. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely use this place again in the future!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great service and price. Been here twice so far for my 2000 Honda Accord - Joe is honest and straightforward about what needs to be repaired and what isn t worth it given the worth of the car. The last time I went I also asked if they do alignments. They don t, but they took it to Jim and Jack s Collision center down the street who did - saving me an extra trip!

My neighbor recommended this auto shop to me, and I'm so glad he did! Joe was able to fix my old clunky car within a day and is a no-nonsense mechanic. His price was more than fair and he's really one of a kind! I highly recommend going here AND I will be back for when things inevitably go wrong with my car again. I have taken multiple cars to Joe for service over the years, and he has always treated me right. He does high quality work at a fair price. And he has always projected the job completion times conservatively. He recently did an unexpectedly hard job on a 20 yr old car and lived up to his price quote plus he had it done when he promised.

Joe's Auto Services is trustworthy, honest, and they don't try to rip you off. They also don't take advantage of the unsuspecting customer by making you pay for unnecessary repairs to your vehicle and will give you honest estimates for your vehicle repairs. Highly recommended, top notch service from this small auto repair shop that's why they're constantly busy. Even though they're busy they still make time for their customers and take the time to repair each vehicle.They're lifesavers!

After I had an oil change at Scott Robinson Honda, I was told that I needed multiple repairs on my car. I was referred to Joe's by a friend to get an estimate on the repairs. Joe checked my car out and said that I didn't need the repairs and didn't charge me for the estimate! I thanked him for his honesty and told him I will definitely be going back to him for an oil change and any needed repairs on my Honda. Thank you Joe! :-)

Always a great experience at Joe's! He can fix pretty much anything and if not, he'll be honest and tell you up front instead of fixing something, charging you and then sending you somewhere else. Love Joe and his place!

I d give Joe s shop 6 stars if I could. I ve taken my vehicle and my wife s to his shop for brakes and both times he did the job under estimate and ahead of schedule. He s also a great guy with a fascinating life story.

Took my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Joe's yesterday because it was not starting properly and the engine light was on. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a dirty idle control valve which could be cleaned rather than replaced. When he hooked up the computer there was an "evaporator" error so he made sure the gas cap was on tight and since it was, he recommended pressurizing the system to check for leaks. Turns out there was a hose leaking which was replaced. Service was completed on time, and the final bill was within the quoted price (and very reasonable based on what I've read). No more check engine light and car is back to it's trusty ol' self. Thanks Joe!

Outstanding, upfront and honest service. Brought in an aging but beloved car. I expected the worst and Joe didn't pull any punches. In the end, the car works and I was on budget. A great experience... highly recommend.

Went there this morning after hitting some debris on the 91. I didn't have an appt. I had never been there since I'm not from that area. They took me right away, fixed the problem and I was on my way. Great, honest place
