Fix Auto El Segundo - Jim & Jacks did a fantastic job with the body work on my Tesla. Ana was the team lead. She is very friendly & professional, gave me an accurate timeline for the repairs and even authorized buffing out a few other minor scratches - at no extra charge. They communicated well with my insurance company. My vehicle looks like new - very pleased and highly recommend!

The service was great. Megan totally understood my dilemma with the rental car situation and moved quickly to help.get my car repaired. My only issue was the valve stims on both front wheels are a different color.

This place is great except expect your car to be gone longer than the original estimates because they'll fix more than was originally estimated- even things that may not have been part of the accident. But if the insurance company will cover it, who can blame them for trying. Also, don't leave anything in your car or it will get stolen. I had one of those compact car jump starter batteries and it was taken, leaving behind the empty case in place so hopefully I wouldn't notice.

Fix Auto El Segundo - Jim & Jacks did an excellent job repairing my Tesla Model 3.Richard was my representative, and provided outstanding friendly customer service. He was very professional, respectful, and finished the repairs ahead of the projected delivery schedule. Richard is in a word: awesome!

Fix Auto took an awful experience for me & turned it great! Unfortunately, someone broke into my car and I needed a variety of things done to help repair it - replacement of door, re-paint the new door, calibrate sensors in the new side mirror & even re-tinting the new window to match the rest. Fix Auto went through my insurance easily & kept me informed the whole time. They even offer Enterprise Rental within their facility (El Segundo location). Super convenient! I would recommend & return to Fix Auto as needed in the future. :)

Was very happy with Megan s help. I thought I would need my bumper painted due to a minor incident. She looked at it and said she thinks that the wonderful car wash guys could check it out. Sure enough they were able to clean it up for me. Very happy with there a response. Everyone very helpful. Thank you again.

Fix Auto was listed as an approved Tesla repair shop with my auto insurance so I decided to get my repair done at this location. The entire team at Jim & Jack s handled my claim very well from start to finish. Monica was the team member assigned to my car and let me know what the extent of my damage was and gave me a timeline on when the repair would be done. They also provide warranty a very good warranty for their repairs. I would go back or recommend anyone in the El Segundo/Torrance area to go with this location.

Everything went smoothly. From checking in the car to picking up the car, and leaving the rental with Jim and Jacks. The car looks great and is driving well so far. They were recommended by State Farm, I did my research before choosing this shop (even if your insurance recommends a shop do your research). Jim and Jacks actually lived up to the online reviews. I would recommend them.

I had a very complex situation. And they made it really easy for me. The worked with insurance expertly, so I didn't have to. They went over and above in every imaginable way, including in the end, when insurance considered my car a total loss, and I lost my garage remote control under the (almost impossible to remove) center console, they helped me try and try to get it out, brining in magnets, etc., and we couldn't retrieve it. After I thanked them and gave up and left, I got a call from them 20 minutes later telling me they were able to retrieve it for me. These people are really the best. Over and above doesn't even capture it. Don't let their professional and efficient demeanor make you think other wise when you first walk in. They are good at what they do, and they'll have your back.

Just had my third auto body repair completed at this shop - as expected (even prior to turning in the vehicle), the result was nothing short of excellent! Abel was especially helpful - he stayed on top of everything and kept me fully informed of the repair progress. Jim & Jacks - quality you can expect and depend on!

Had to have a minor scratch repaired on my Tesla Model Y. They did an excellent job repairing it and even cleaned the car very thoroughly inside and out (looks brand new). They did the estimate quickly and gave me an update about a week after I dropped it off.Only negative was it took almost 3-4 weeks to get it fixed for a very minor scratch. Originally they said it might be a month, but still took a very, very long time. I have gotten another major repair done at other places done in 2 weeks or so.They worked well with my insurance company and got everything taken care of.Overall, very good job but just expect to wait about a month for your repair to be completed.

Very easy process; my vehicle (Tesla Model Y) was in a rear end collision and although it was minor, Fix Auto Jim & Jacks did a thorough job of repairing the car. Very pleased with the overall experience and the quality of the repair (They are a certified Tesla collision center).It was also quite efficient; the staff was informative and prompt, and the on-site Enterprise car rental service is very convenient .Would recommend for anyone requiring collision service.

Jim & Jack s Fix Auto was a greater distance from me than I would have liked, given that driving there meant passing LAX traffic but everyone I came in contact with was helpful and responsive. The result of my repair was a flawless finish and a car that looked like I just drove it off the lot. Special thanks go to Monica, my service rep, who updated me on the progress of the repair and went the extra mile to arrange for the pickup of my car just after official closing when I was stuck in traffic. Abel is the best.Made an appointment to drop car off. They were prompt and fast. They managed communication with USAA and did excellent work.Car was clean and looked brand new and has three different parts of the car fixed.At pickup there was a small scratch, unrelated to the damage fixed and Abel took the car back into the shop for 15 mins and it vanished!Hard to find somewhere that knows there way around a Rivian as they are so new but they got it done. And well.

This Google review deserves more than 5 stars. I m very pleased with Abel who was the person assisting me throughout my car process. He kept me informed throughout my car process and went above and beyond my expectations. I had many questions but he was pleased to answer them, never did he hesitate or complain. Jim and jacks is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I never want to crash or be in an accident but if I do I will return here but ask for Abel to be the one to take care of my case! I had an AMAZING experience (as always) with Jim & Jacks. Not like I get in a bunch of accidents. However....when it unfortunately happens, they are my FIRST choice. My most recent situation was handled seamlessly with the entire team.....which was headed by Monica (Customer Service Rep). And, she got it done earlier than expected. Thank you.

When my car was involved in an accident and the insurance company directed me to Jim and Jack's Auto, I wasn't sure what to expect. But needless to say, this location blew all expectations out of the water! The front desk staff were super helpful in trying to figure out the insurance and Monica Frausto worked with me throughout the repair process and kept me updated when she realized the shop would be holding my car longer than initially thought. I owe a huge thanks to her, the front desk team, and the team who repaired my vehicle. They even surprised me and washed and cleaned my car like it was new! Huge thanks to everyone that makes Jim and Jacks what it is!

Fix Auto provided a great experience while dealing with an unfortunate situation. The service I received throughout was top notch. I was kept informed about the status of my repairs. They helped me get a rental; the pickup and return was seamless because of the relationship they have with the rental car company. I thank Monica for representing Fix Auto so well. Fantastic service.They knew exactly what they were doing, were super responsive and communicated incredibly well.I've dealt with other auto collision places (for this exact collision) and they were subpar at best, compared to JIM & JACK'S.HIGHLY recommend.Especially for TESLA owners.

Unexpected events always occur in our everyday lives but thankfully for Auto Body Shops and personal recommendations I will say Jim and Jacks is my trusted body shop especially with the help of Richard & Ricky from the Repair Coordinator staff guiding and updating me with accurate time frames. I most definitely recommend and ask for them and they will provide the same service they provided me.

The customer service was great, and they kept me updated during the whole process of my car getting fixed , and they had fixed the whole part of the car that needed to be fixed.Everything was perfect except once receiving my car. I did notice how dirty it was but I was told it was because of the rain since it did rain that morning, which I didn t think much of it. I just wanted my car back. As I take it back home, I realized how dirty/dusty the car was. And I know exactly how I left my car before handing it over to them, but It seemed like it hasn t been vacuumed or cleaned. NOTHING.And I should ve done a walk around with the car upon receiving and when I saw how dirty the car was from outside of the opposite side where I enter, it seemed like paint or something fell and luckily i was able to wash it off, but it was very inconvenient for me having to basically pay for a full detail for my car.Lastly, there was like oil/grease like residue outside AND inside the car that I had to clean off and still seems like there s a little bit of residue left even after cleaning but yeah. That s literally my only issue. Other than that, everything was perfect and I thank and appreciate your guys urgency of working on my car.

The work was completed sooner than expected. Ana Laura, my service rep, kept me informed often as to the progress of the repair. As soon as Tesla sent the parts the work got done.
