Our entire family of cars is serviced by El Segundo Auto Body anytime we need bodywork. Every single time things are amazingly executed. I highly recommend John at El Segundo Auto Body if you need anybody work done.

Great customer service, my car was ready in two days! Unforomy catalytic converter was stolen while I was at the mall on a Tuesday evening. My car was town to this shop on Wednesday and I had it back by Friday! I got lucky, must have been because it was my birthday week :) Who knows really? I was able to give John my VIN before my car arrived and he secured the delivery of the parts from the dealer. That probably helped too.

I had my Mercedes taken to this shop after it was hit while parked. They did an aging job with the body work and the paint. Matches the original.they accidentally ripped my driver seat and when I pointed it out they apologized and paid for the repairs. Great customer service and quality work.

I am grateful for this being my home repair shop for the past few years as I have lived in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, my car has been hit multiple times due to the lack of parking on my block and each time, I send my car to this shop for repairs. I m pleased each time and I would recommend you to try it out for yourself.

Estimates were done on the spot thru My state Farm Insurance. Thank you for taking the time to help me with this matter. I hope I can sort it out so I can have you do the repairs. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely have this place as your go-to spot.

Though previously a good place, the manager is now MEAN and barely answers the phone. I repeatedly reached a generic, robotic voicemail. I would assume that the owner of El Segundo Auto Body wants customers to easily call the business and be treated kindly.BYE-BYE, EL SEGUNDO AUTO BODY!!!

Came here to get an estimate, really nice people, when it was time a month later to finally take it in I called a lady answered and told me " well since you never followed up we never ordered the parts" yeah I was not gonna pay my deductible cause some idiot with out insurance decided to rear end me. So I nicely asked, " so I can't take it in" she replies,"well no did you tell anyone you were coming "? So I said okay thank you, she says well I'll tell my boss to give you a call to see when you can bring it in... never got a call back, thank you for your business lol

Thank yoU John at ESAB on El Segundo Blvd. You gave me the best advice once again and not only saVe me money but you always have fixed my cars for many years, but thiS time you saved my life driving an unsafe condition on my car! Next time I will go by there sooner and ask you, not keep driving and think everything is going be ok ThXS

After a horrible experience at American Tire on Hawthorne (Joseph and Robert), John accurately diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. American Tire sold me a tire I did not need. My tire was perfectly fine. My rim was cracked and therefore the tire was losing air. They must have known this since John explained the new tire could not have balanced with the cracked rim. John contacted my insurance, quoted half the price of others and delivered the vehicle on time. I highly recommend speaking to John and using El Segundo Auto Body!!Service: Tires

I kept looking for a place to have my 2017 Fiat bumper fixed. I was referred to a place down town and did not feel comfortable they visually checked the bumper. When I took it to El Segundo they opened the trunk check around the car very concerned of internal damaged. I was impressed. After the bumper .Was fixed my car looked better than when I brought it new, the color was deeper red then the original bumper. I fully recommend this body shop. They are experienced, caring, and give alot of attention to detail.

I always come to this shop and have been treated fairly,. and with respect.They have state of the art machines, and are approved by most insurance companies. They have the skill set to do the job. I have had major damaged repaired, and small stuff as well . Never an issue. Last go around some nice person took my mirror off my truck, so i brought it in. They fixed it. I had a scratch on my bumper from me backing too far into a wall and they fixed it since they had the paint out NC. Now thats what im talkin about!

Excellent service, fair prices and great staff. Not only did they take my car on short notice..they delivered it as promised despite holidays. Definitely will use them again!

The crew here did an amazing job. My car looks like new, they handled all the paperwork with my insurance and quoted me a price that was fair. Close to my house and my work. I'd definitely go back.

This review does not reflect the work done but rather the total unprofessional attitude that was given to my wife, even if it was just an off day for this guy THE SHOP gave my wife a 2:30pm appointment for a quote to have some insurance work done. Wife shows up at 2:30pm as per the appointment given by THE SHOP and was met with a guy eating lunch followed by this guy rudely stating" Can t you see I m at lunch, I m eating, come back in 30mins." Seriously? You guys set an appointment then turn around and pull crap like this? Regardless if this shop does quality work or not, I would not even give my insurance companies money to this place, let alone my own.There are much more professional ways to handle a situation like this, it s a shame because I was kind of looking forward to seeing this places work first hand...guess not.

I had the bumper on my SUV replaced. Hit-and-run This was my first time at an autobody shop and I thought they were fast, fixed my car up in a week, and I liked the staff-very friendly.Why 3 stars, you ask?The carpet of my trunk has paint splatters that have stained and discolored the carpet and my car smells like paint inside. The splatters are big-up to nickle-sized, and extend the whole width of my trunk and reach several inches away from the trunk door.I wanted to give a 3.5 because they were fast and my car looks great (the outside) and I liked the people who worked there, but this is my first car that I bought and I am sad about the trunk carpet!A magnet was also lost from my trunk door. I don't really care about the magnet I had, but if you are attached to yours, you should remove it before you take the car in. Just in case. Then again, you should probably do that with any autobody shop.

I paid for the repair of the car which was not completely finished, at the same time they broke my back door, I can't open it, and they need to install a molding under the door, I can't because the door can't be opened, that was last week, they told me to come today , 11/07/2022 I left and I complained about how they did the front door from the inside at that moment he threw me out of the store not unheard of shame so go to them

Do not waste your time dealing with this "collision center". This was the third place I went to for an estimate for a little scratch. They refused to give me a quote because I did not want them to order a new bumper (the bumper was not damaged). I told him that I would order it and change it myself if needed.This guy proceed to tell me he was going to charge me to removed the bumper.The previous places I visited did not mention the bumper at all. I insisted he only give me an estimate for the scratch so I can better compare it to the estimates I had gotten from other collision centers. He said "The way you want to do it, I can't give you a quote" and walked away. Totally unprofessional. I don't understand how you plan to run a business but refuse to give out a quote.

Had a really bad fender bender. And the manager at el Segundo really helped me out. They explained and answered any of my questions. Would come back again if anything happened to my car again.
