First time here in February 2023.Honestly, I was really impressed with the service and the logistics of this placeI encountered many friendly and tactful employees here. My visit was seven dollars for a car wash and free vacuum.In conclusion, I would totally go back here for washing my EV. It would be nice to say hello again to all the whimsical sculptures that were placed throughout this lot for the car wash.See photos and feel free to give a rating for this review.

I've been coming here for years and I'm very disappointed with my latest experience. I went through the car wash with a fully intact side mirror and their machine knocked it off. Even though the videos clearly show the blue brushes breaking my mirror, the business is refusing to compensate me for repairs. I will not be returning and I do not recommend going if you care about the integrity of your vehicle.

I would love to give this car wash five Stars. The employees are great, the facilities are clean. They offer free coffee in the morning, but there's too much soap, not enough rinsing and not enough drying. If you have a tall vehicle the top half of your vehicle won't get dry and will have soap spots all over it. Forcing you to spend way too much time in the heat or the cold with Windex and rags.

This location used to have the best customer service, I had the most bizarre experience recently, and I had asked the employee on duty for assistance and he said he will be right back, so I am there waiting 20 minutes goes by and the employee never returns, and I happened to run into him again and asked what happened I was waiting for some times, his response was I forgot give a minute and does the same exact thing again, and wanted to know what was going on even after it closed no whare to be found, I wanted to talk to the manager and went knocked on the office door and no response it was quite an interesting bizarre experience and I hope this message reaches the owner, something funny is going on. The service is definitely not what it used to be..

I have gone to this car wash for a few years now and I love it! It s such a fun experience going through and also seeing all the status and figures decorating the place (which can be fun for your kids too)! I also love the free vacuuming service amongst others which you can do yourself to your car.Tip: most people dry their own cars afterwards, so make sure you bring some nice microfiber towels to wipe down your car!

I love businesses with character and this place definitely has character. It's visually fun, but it's also very well maintained. It's not the cheapest self service car wash, but it is also much more pleasant to visit.

It s the most interestingly designed Carwash , close to the Lax airport it s a good welcome to anyone who has come to California. As for the wash it s marginally pricey but the quality is good, see the uploaded video.

Worst car wash yet. The quality has been getting bad for the past couple of years. The windshield, roof and lower sides were still filthy after the wash. For $11 bucks I get a better wash at the gas station machine. Check your car when finished, use a clean rag or paper towel, you can see the dirt that comes off.

Very cool drive through car wash.This is a great place to come if you are in a hurry.They have a variety of washes and at the end you have complimentary vacuum cleaning (only some work) + air blowing for the interior of your car.

Great place to wash your car! Lots of amusing statues around, which the kids loved. Price was great and the wash has some really nice brushes that are gentle but seem to clean well. It s also close to the airport so that s nice for retuning rentals clean. Would definitely visit again!

I stumbled upon this charming little gem when I needed to get my car cleaned, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an Express Car Wash in El Segundo. This place truly stands out. Adorned with an array of quirky creatures, it's a fantastic spot, especially if you have kids in the car. The whimsical animals and characters from movies add a playful touch, ensuring that children will have a blast and eagerly anticipate each visit.On a personal note, I even snapped a photo with Yoda! However, the main reason I'm awarding this place a well-deserved five stars is their impeccably clean bathrooms. It might sound odd, but the cleanliness of a facility's restrooms speaks volumes about the overall upkeep. Fortunately, the entire premises were meticulously maintained, from the bathrooms to every nook and cranny. Even the high-powered vacuum machines impressed me they made quick work of cleaning, sparing me from having to repeat the process endlessly.I left pleasantly surprised and genuinely satisfied. I will absolutely return to this wonderful establishment in the future

Very quick, and nice to have a vacuum to do yourself. Very cheap! My first time, didn't know how it worked. But I noticed a lot of people had their own shammies for getting it all actually dried. I didn't know that, but I was driving to the desert, so I didn't care if there were spots. It was better than the mess before and the mess to come.

Those vacuums really suck!!! I travel with children, all boys, ages 17-5, and there wasn't a crumb left behind. I appreciate a good vacuum

Stay away! Their car wash ripped the headlight washer cover off my bumper.When I confronted the manager about it he sent me searching through bins of car parts torn off by their system. Of course I couldn t find my part. The manager did nothing to compensate me!

CAUTION!!! The machines are old and broken! Three cars got wrecked by faulty machines when I was there. I jammed on my breaks and avoided hitting the car ahead of me.After two run-throughs...my car came out dripping with dirty soap... and streaks!I can't believe someone hasn't shut this place down. It's hurting people.It's very "fetching"...but it's all hipe and "illusions"...it's not really a car wash.Clever, wonderful collection of very interesting life size statues. Beautifully maintained grounds... perhaps a conversion to a children's museum is more in order?

Closed early 5:30pm instead of 6pm on 2/13/2022 after driving from santa monica. Not cool. Keep your hours or your customers wont be able to count on you.Best car wash ever very few employees all automated and all you have to do is dry it yourself and vacuum and you will have a great

ONE OF THE GREATEST EXPRESS CAR WASHES IVE EVER BEEN TOO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!So I personally own a very large fleet of vehicles that I rent out on the app TURO. My business would not exist without THIS BUSINESS!!! My workdays can be very long and exhausting.Beto & Brian are out standing employees here!! Always giving helpful tips. Outstanding customer service!!Always kind and professional. This is such a clean place! Friendly staff! Worth every penny!! I think they should charge more!! I WILL NEVER EVER go anywhere else!!!Affordable!! Reliable!!! Clean!! Safe!!THANK YOU MANAGEMENT/OWNER!!

It was a pretty decent car wash for it being a drive through type wash. Pricing is okay. Vacuums are free afterwards and also have an air blow nozzle to get the droplets out of crevices. There was another extra fee option which I'm not entirely sure what it was but it sprayed water or something. Didn't have much time to try it out but I just might next time.

Quick and complete drive through car wash. It cleans the car to satisfaction, and there are many stations to vacuum and clean up inside if you choose to do so after.Always try to go as early as possible as they do get busier in the afternoon .

glass cleaner. air pressure cleaning is very useful. really good self car cleaning. my go to on weekend mornings - very good wash cycles of machines not like other wash places much better here !

I come here every other week to wash and vacuum my car. It s the best car wash around here. I like the decorations too.Really quick service.Never had issues here. Will continue to wash and vacuum my car here .

Location is generally very well-kept but over the years I've never seen a difference in the cheapest car wash versus the most expensive. They can get super busy so while the washer itself may be about 5 minutes, definitely plan extra time for the line and vacuums when needed.

Great place! The drive thru wash for our car clean and the free vacuums were nice. There are superheroes and other characters places throughout, which is entertaining! They have a nice waiting area inside with vending machines and even have microfiber clothes in a vending machine! The bathroom was very clean too. Would recommend going here!

This is my preferred quick car wash in the South Bay! The staff here is so helpful and nice - especially Santiago!! 5/5 would recommend

Do not bother to go to this car Wash unless you want to replace the dirt on your car with soap and water because they're rinse and dry cycles are useless. Go to a a hand wash for half the money because you're going to be doing the same amount of work to get your car clean. I've asked the manager many times, MANY TIMES to fix it.
