Very professional service. They made everything convenient. They provided daily updates and the repairs were completed earlier than expected. When I picked up my car, it was immaculate! The quotes were not outrageous and they made sure everything related to the repairs was double checked and safe. Highly recommended.

Called on a Friday telling me the car was done. So I flew from Sac to LAX on Monday morning, expecting my car was done. Then when I get to the shop I find out the car is not done and I would have to wait for the majority of the day to pick it up at 2 pm. So much for driving back to Sac at 8 am. Once the car was complete, I found new damage to my vehicle that wasn't there before. Here we are one day from a week later, and no one has called me to rectify the damage caused while in their possession. It is expected you bring the car to a body shop to be repaired, not to get damaged more.

On September 13, 2023 I went into the facility at 3364 S. Kipling Parkway to have an inspection done for a claim I filed after backing into a light pole at the DMV.After one look at the small amount of damage, the Production Manager popped the bumper back into place and cleaned up the scratched paint. All at no charge to me and then he cancelled the claim.I very highly recommend this facility.

Watch out for this place. I took my truck on 8/10/2020. I took pictures before leaving this place. I left my truck on Pacific Elite Collision hands thinking they were going to do a good job and a surprised that I found when I picked up my truck on 8/27/2020 . YES it took 2 weeks and days to get my truck "fixed"! The bumper was loose the truck goes to the side when driving on the Fwy.. there's a noise at the bottom of the truck. AND FOUND A DENT ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE AND SCRATCHES ON THE PASSENGER'S MIRROR ON THE SIDE that were not on the truck when we left it at that shop.I asked to speak with the manager and he never came out! I called my insurance and they had pictures when the truck was left at the shop on 8/10. The insurance has proofs there was no dent on the passenger side or scratches!Be very careful with this shop! They are very sneaky, Jesse Maytorena the director of operations. He sweet talks and makes you think he will "solved the problem" and then turns around and becomes a beast!Poor customer service! This place does not deserve a 4 star!! I will make sure the 4 star will come down so other people won't fall into these people's BS!! Amazing customer service from the moment I step in until the movement I left. Even picking up / dropping the rental car off to them directly making it such a seamless process. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you!

I took my vehicle in for a small repair job. The representative was great and I was handled well. They said they order the parts and call me when they were ready to do the repair. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I followed up and was told the estimate was totally wrong and that I should bring the car back and they correct the estimate and deal with my insurance and the repairs at the same time. I took the vehicle back only to be told by Raul the manager that he was unable to repair my vehicle and it wasn t his problem and that I should take it up with my insurer.The problem is that they wasted everyone s time with their poor communication and created a problem by providing an estimate for a repair they couldn t do and then became aggressive instead of just helping to resolve the issue.Omar is terrible at customer service and blames everyone else on his team for not completing their jobs correctly. I see a serious leadership problem. The staff seem to be doing what he instructs.

Excellent source. They were courteous, professional, patient and straightforward about the work to be done and the potential challenges that could arise. They kept me informed during the entire repair process, and in fact, completed the work sooner than expected. Very honest shop - they did a great job. They were fast, transparent and a pleasure to deal with and even completed the job ahead of schedule! The receptionists were polite and very clear with laying out expectations, payment and timeline. There were no surprises from beginning to end (other than the work finishing early). They have a great deal worked out with both Geico and Enterprise and the whole user experience felt well thought out and polished. One employee, Brandon, did an exceptional job and really went above and beyond. He gave me insight into my vehicle I was unaware of and was happy to take a moment to explain how the repair process actually works and exactly what goes into it. Really insightful and nice guy and is clearly passionate about automotive work. Very cool to see. If you need a repair in the South Bay, this is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear-ended and usually dislike the process of going through another insurance co. and body shop, but Crash Champions exceeded my expectations. I was able to make an appointment easily, and Eli, my contact there was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of the situation. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Karen was also very efficient, friendly and super helpful.They had arranged for a rental car and the gentleman who helped me (sorry, forgot his name) was really great and actually changed cars to a cleaner, newer one when he saw the one they were giving me- to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated that.I had a great experience with CC. I hope I don't have to go back there anytime soon :) but would definitely choose and recommend Crash Champions in El Segundo.Service: Body & Trim

Worst service, we gave our car for a repair and these people made it worse and made a dentThey did not even inform us about the delay and we went to pick our car and came to know about their mess. They did not even apologize for their mistakeWe had to come back and wait, these people said car will be ready on Friday , Friday they did not pick our call, we had to rent a car out of pocketMonday they finally gave us our carThe manager lady on front desk was rude and did not know how to handle customersPlease do better

My experience started off great with a polite staff but my experience quickly flipped when I picked up my vehicle after 2 months of being in their possession we won t speak about the many run arounds I would get whenever I would call to get an update. Upon receiving my vehicle I quickly realized that not all the damaged had been taken care of, they silly blamed the insurance. They said they would get it taken care of as long as I left a good review and to not worry. This was told to me by the manger Omar. Now after nearly 2 months of hearing no call from them my insurance tells me that they never even inquired about the untouched damage. I ve completely given up as I ve already had to give my my car up for over 4 months but overall this is a terrible place of business and I would give 0 stars if I could.

This rating is based strictly off the customer service. Because of my insurance's restrictions, I was not able to get my work done there. But I had chosen them because of the reviews online. Everyone that I talked to was very professional, friendly, and sensitive to my situation. What I also appreciated was that I was kept informed at every step, and all of my questions were answered. Taking the car in and out was also a very smooth process. Special thank you to Ellie and Karen for helping me so much even when I was upset at what was going on. I would definitely give them a shot with my car again, no hesitation!

I needed some repair work done on my rear bumper and side quarter panel. I shopped around and ultimately chose Crash Champions. I am so glad I did. From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff was friendly and professional. Elianna took care of me through out the entire process and kept me updated on the status of the repair. Most importantly, I was paying out of pocket and Eli and the senior tech was conscious on helping me save a bit of money. At Crash Champions, I received the best service and at the best value. Service was complete and car finished in a timely manner , but Crash Champions El Segundo has yet to submit information to our insurance co. It has been over 3 weeks that our car was picked up and paid for, and still have zero answers . We are out of pocket 3K and this is extremely frustrating ! Customer service is a zero !!

Started out really bad due to a former staffember not following thru on appointments and promises. In the end once our new representative took over my daughters car was handled quickly and actually finished a day ahead of time. I am so sorry that I forgot the name of the woman who took over but she did and excellent job and turned this from a zero star to a 4 star review

Eli and everyone I dealt with at Crash Champions were true professionals. They were responsive, courteous, and eager to help. Excellent customer service all around.My car was ready in 3.5 days and looked good as new. They even washed it.I don t post reviews often but I highly recommend Crash Champions in El Segundo.

I was driving on the 405 in LA on the way to visit my kids from Sacramento when I was severely rear ended. I took my car here as it s a geico certified shop. I and extremely grateful to Omar and Elena for taking such great care of me. My car was totaled and they helped me navigate the process. It was such a stressful time to be from out of town and trying to deal with this. I highly recommend them!

Super awesome customer service.I was hit from the back and had really bad damage on the rear bumper. Gen was a super helpful and accommodating resource to help me out figuring out all of the insurance and confusing world of repairs.Dan was also super awesome in facilitating my repairs the fastest and easiest for me. It was done in a week faster than the expectation.Love this place and it's awesome experience for repairs and customer service.

I was referred to Crash Champions in El Segundo following an accident I was in. My insurance is through GEICO and they referred me to this location for repairs. I worked with Karen and David, who were both excellent. Karen answers calls in a very timely fashion and made me feel warm and welcomed at their shop. I worked with David on my repairs and he was very informative and well mannered. I would definitely go back here for more repairs and would recommend anyone else looking for repairs to use this shop.Service: Body & Trim

I ve been coming to this location for about 14 years now. I ve been unfortunate in that I ve had many issuance claims on multiple cars through the years, but when ever possible I come to Pacific Elite at El Segundo. The quality of work here has never disappointed me, there s an enterprise representative on site which makes getting into a rental easy. Ask for Angel, he always takes great car of my vehicles

An insurance company sent me to Pacific Elite Collision. The firm called me to set-up an appointment. I went to the appointment to get a estimate for the damage. The company representative did not share my attention to detail when photographing the damage and seemed to dismiss my concern for shifted body panels in places other then the obvious impact zone. I was told they would have an estimate ready within an hour. I asked if they have ever worked my vehicle's make and model. "We've worked on thousands of cars" was the representatives comment. I am assuming that means no. After four hours I contacted the company representative asking for the estimate report but was not able to reach them. The firm never sent an estimate. These are not good signs of trustworthy company. Therefore, I found another shop for my business.

When I brought my car to Le Mans for repairs, I was greeted by a very friendly employee. This was the beginning of a remarkable experience that included "taking care of" me. I was reassured & kept informed by phone. When I picked up my car, it looked like new. This was a 2 week ordeal for me, however, the people at Le Mans helped make the experience far better than I expected because of their sincere care about me. I shall not forget them!

This location has great service and awesome repair technicians. Always well informed through text throughout the process and repaired in a timely manner.
