Caliber Collision location on (760 Lairport St, El Segundo)This is the best body repair shop in Socal for sure!!!! They made my car look better than how it came from the dealership. Audencio is the best Estimator he made sure everything was right he also has great communication skills he let me know in depth what everything was on paper before signing anything he made sure everything was right even gave the car another good detailed wash before I left!!!!Overall experience was Exquisite!

Harlen did an amazing job and was very responsive every time I needed an update. Even after I drove off the lot and noticed the AC wasn t blowing cold he stayed after hours to get it recharged and made sure everything was perfect.Harlen is an asset to this company and I recommend Caliber as long as he is with them.

Had a great experience at the El Segundo location. Audencio and his team offered great customer service all the way through the process, and did a great job interfacing with my insurance company to ensure that all the repairs were completed properly. The body work was top notch and my car looked like nothing happened to it after Caliber was done with the repairs. Highly recommend this location.

Ms.Gabby was very nice kept me informed about the progress from beginning to end. Very nice person and the staff was kind this is the place to fix a fender bender. I do recommend Caliber if you have a accident.

The best body shop experience in our life so far .Audencio and his team where amazing. This people are professional and nice. I was informed in every stop of the repairing.They finished my car earlier than was expecting.Definitely the best shop in LA.

While I was satisfied with the repair on ny door, they had promised to contact me to finish the job with the lettering and never contacted me for 3 months. I called them and was only told to wait to hear from their supervisors, which I never did.

Caliber El Segundo is amazing! The staffs are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Sophie was so helpful in the process of repairing my vehicle and made everything so easy for me. And the repairing team did an excellent job too! I highly recommend this location!

After my accident, Caliber was offered as an option as to where to take my car. I am soo glad I did, they were amazing. They made the process easy, and Sophie kept me updated every step of the way.

I have been to a few different locations but this was my first time here and I loved my entire turn around/experience. Audencio Was very helpful . I came in with a dent and my car came out looking brand new again! Thank you very much for your great work and communication. Would highly recommend this location ; front desk was also very kind and attentive!

Absolutely incredible job fixing my car. Luis was so helpful and always got back to me and updated me in a timely fashion and is generally a great guy! He explained the entire process to me so thoroughly and always answered my questions. Hopefully I ll never need it but if I do I m going to come back to these guys!

My recent experience at El Segundo Caliber Collision was smooth and easy. The staff made me feel like I was at home - so helpful. My appraiser Audencio was awesome! He was respectful and honest in assessing the damage. Every interaction was transparent and delivered with the customer in mind. When I expressed concern that some of the repairs would cost too much or if I really needed them, Audencio worked to explain why they were necessary and also to lower the price. But most importantly, he didn't try to sell me a half-baked job as an alternative. He's a real professional, and he made my experience at Caliber Collision a memorable one.

While in Caliber's possession for repairs, damage was done to the seatbelt area, a cover cracked and broken off next to the driver's seat, and a valve was disconnected during the repairs and not reconnected. I had to take my Jeep to another mechanic, per Caliber, for the valve reconnect, to the tune of $154 plus applicable taxes. I never even had a chance to let Caliber know about the seatbelt, and they've denied responsivity for the valve, though it was disconnected while in their possession. They did a good job on the repairs that the vehicle was brough in for but left me with other issues that I have to pay for OOP.

This caliber location is amazing. I used to go to the one in Santa Monica. Not as good. But the team here, especially Sophie goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. In addition to doing a killer job on your vehicle, I couldn't even tell which side got hit when they were finished.

I had an amazing experience with everyone from the front desk, to Abril, the woman who informed me my car was ready, and the man who dropped off the car when it was ready. The car was immaculate when it was all finished and they frequently updated me on the status of the car almost daily. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a repair!

Came to calliber collision to get my car repaired after an accident, and the whole process was easy and fairly fast. Audencio Dimas was super helpful and consistently kept me updated during the whole process. He explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel confident in the shop. Will definitely be recommending in the future.

Worst experience ever! Attention to detail is lacking here. Client satisfaction is not their priority. Repairs on my car were not completed properly. that s the best we can do was the response I received. If it happens again just bring it back Now considering they had my car over a month and were never rushed. And still visually missed sections needing repair is unacceptable. This reflects their focus on receiving payment from my insurance and not quality of work.

I had a freak accident on the freeway where a huge rock hit my new car, scraped the hood deep and left a massive crack in my windshield. I was referred to Caliber and they were awesome. I never had to constantly call them for updates or ask what was going on with my insurance. Abril was amazing. She constantly communicated with me and always called or e-mailed me to let me know what was going on. In my case, my car was finished a little earlier than expected which was huge. Sierra at the front desk is also amazing, very efficient in her work, and very friendly. I hope I don't have to bring my car in for work ever again, but if I do, I'll be coming here for sure!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the most professional and positive experience getting my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision on Lairport St. in El Segundo. After an accident, I needed repairs to both my front bumper and passenger side. Billy Aparico, my service advisor, provided me with an estimate for the repairs and kept me updated every step of the way. They even worked directly with my insurance and rental car service to make it a seamless experience! What I was expecting would take a few weeks or maybe even a month for the repairs, was completed in a little over a week (10 days) and this included a long holiday weekend in which they were closed. Caliber called and had a representative from Enterprise pick me up from their location. I was even able to leave my vehicle there for pick up when I no longer needed the rental. All the staff in the front office were friendly and helpful. I hope I never have to return to get my vehicle repaired, but if I do, I m a loyal customer! A big THANK YOU to the team at Caliber Collision for making this such a positive experience.Service: Body & Trim
