01/17/2024Service requested: oil change.. just a standard over 100k oil change.I've done transmission change, clutch replacement, a ton of oil change. I just wish he was closer to home haha.Quality: superb. Can't complain. I trust them with my car.Value: I think there honesty is why I keep coming back. They let me know what's coming ahead.01/2020I pretty much trust them with my ride. I drive from SFV back then. Now I am driving from Long Beach just to do an oil change! The father still over sees the shop but the son is taking charge. They helped with my sentra and now my honda fit. As long they are around I will continue to keep coming here.

I highly recommend this place. Ben is great to work with and he is honest with the work and prices to complete the work. Ben and his team do an amazing job. He's a really honest mechanic and does really good work for the price. I've been going to Ben for years and continue to go to him for all my car needs. I recommend him to everyone who's looking for an awesome mechanic

Hi Ben! It's Troy. Ben is the absolute greatest! I followed him over from his first location. I really can't say enough about the service I receive from his team. I would say from his shop, but it's really him and his team. It doesn't matter where they're located. He never forgets a face; he never forgets a car. I take both my vehicles to him, I send my brother, my sister, and all my friends. Thanks Ben. Great picture by the way.

Ben the owner was very rude the first time we were recommended, he tried to charge us for other parts because he wasn t able to fix our car and I paid $690 dollars for the parts and labor he changed out the coils and with the same week I returned 3 times and no money back he wanted us to leave the car to fix the problem and was gonna charge us more, so we left, in time I filed a complaint to the bureau of automotive he they got back with me with and I submitted my old recite later we came to an agreement so the representative from the bureau told me to call the auto shop I called 5 or 6 times to both locations and nothing so I call the representative again and he advised us to just go with the car. Me and my girl friend get there and the owner isn t there the workers told us he s late to come back in 30 minutes so we do return. As we are we are walking towards him and he was just staring up down and says what do you want? Once we spoke about the agreement he told me and I quote after I replace the new coils to the old ones take off the review some one made . if you don t pick up the car I m going to charge you service fee . This man was more worried about the review than actually taking care of the customers, he has horrible customer service. Before I filed a claim he told me and my girl friend and I quote you a liar you never came back I don t need you as we walked away we came back within the week it was serviced the day after it was serviced the car problem started. I m just really bothered that we paid in good faith of the recommendation and get treated like this it s inhuman to speak to people like he did. He also charged us towing from one shop to the other, what does that tell you of the type of man and company he runs?

Ben is a very knowledge person, honest and helpful, I admire how he cares for all his customers with passion, humanity and how he goes straight to the mechanical problem without going around, plus always consider the clients as his friends, this is why his prices are very affordable to all and as response, we keep returning to solve our car problems. Another sucessful trip to Tech #2 auto. I am a "follower" from Tech #1 auto and a customer of the wonderful owner Benny for 7 years. I've taken the following makes over the years: Acura, Ford, Mitsubishi, Mercury, and Toyota. As a female finding a shop i can trust myself as well as feeling comfortable sending my mom also is priceless! I always get an explanation i can understand, anwsers to my questions, no upselling, recommendations on upcoming maintance needs and a price the cannot be beat. I highly recommend this shop and drive from north OC to take my and my families cars...its well worth the trip!

Been here before. I paid Way less than than what i would have paid for at pepboys for the same repair. The mechanic crew there is very professional. They worked with my schedule to make the repairs needed.
