Typical tire & battery like Costco has. Cheaper than other tire stores and good after-sale maintenance services like free tires rotation, balancing, and fix for flat (if fixable).

We got the worst experience a nightmare. I buy 2 tires and instalation on Sam's Club app the tires weren't on stock I wait 4 days not to bad. We went a Saturday for instalation without a appointment, the guy told us wait time 2hour to 2 and a half hours we were ok he ask me where I want the 2 new tires to install in front or at the back and I said in the front it took it 5 hours to install just 2 new tires I can't believe 5 hours for 2 new tires of course they make a mistake they install on the back what a nightmare for me and my son we decided not to renew any more our membership. Also my son loses his therapy appointment that nightmare day

Went in today to have my vehicle headlights restored from yellow discoloration to clear. Not only is it $40 but still has 5 year warranty if by any chance the clear protection comes off and/or yellow discoloration returns. Very satisfied with trusting Sam's team to do job as intended. Did have to set an appointment and for me took about 1 hour from appointment time to phone call for Sam's vehicle staff. Overall highly recommend if your looking to have headlights restored as in the past I would do it myself but every 2 years or so would have to buy a kit restoration which can easily add over what Sam's Club offers with 5 year warranty. Have attached before and after pictures to notice how good of a job was done to restore my headlights.

In Dec 2019 I bought 4 tires from Sam's club in Phoenix for my Corolla. I have now moved to LA because of new job. I had a flat tire last week because of nail puncture. Before go here I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews and also wasn't sure whether nail puncture was under warranty. However they were very quick to determine the leak and take action. Unfortunately eventhough it was very tiny puncture but the puncture was between shoulder and sidewall so it was beyond repair and tire had to replace. They replaced the tire free of cost with only the installation charge added. The service was quick even before I could've done my shopping. Very happy with the service and highly recommend the store.

I shop at Sam's Club all the time, multiple times a week for work. Today I got a flat on the way there or in their parking lot. I have no idea, all I know is that I heard a loud hissing noise as I got out of my car. I rushed to their tire department to see if I could get it repaired. I understand they were going to close soon but I told them the situation. It would have been a quick plug or patch job. The guy at the tire department visually looked upset. Told me he would do it then denied the repair job, blaming his manager.By no means am I an expert or professional in tires but I have gotten tire repairs before. It's a 10 to 15 minute repair job. I understand, it was close to closing and corporates rules, regulations etc etc blah blah. I would have really appreciated some compassion for my situation. I mean technically you guys are open till the time stated. I got there and requested for repair service before closing time.After a 14 hour work day, shopping at Sam's Club and then a glorious tire change in the parking lot. I'm tired and upset so I'll end my rant here.

Horrible phone service! I spend 2 hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up or to transfer me to tire & batteries service, yet even after 9 hang up calls by them and waiting for more than 2 hours. Nothing is done! All I wanted to do is call tire & batteries to make an appointment for their service! It s frustrating to stay on the line and continue to hear the ring without anyone picking up and when there s a pick up they transfer me to tire & batteries to another long wait with no pick up and then a hang up from their end. I m so disappointed!

Waited more than an hour to repair the tire, the job is only 5 mins. Those people walking around and talking but just didn't want to do the job. Don't save your $10-15, find another tire repair shop to repair it within 10 mins!!!

i WOULD GIVE A LESS THAN 1 STAR IF POSSIBLE! I PURCHASED A BATTERY FROM WALMART 7 MONTHS AGO AND IT'S DEFECTIVE, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. IT REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, BUT UNLIKE EVERY OTHER AUTO SHOP IT'S CLOSED TILL FURTHER NOTICE! THUS, I MUST TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP AND PAY FOR THE INSTALL AND A NEW BATTERY! WALMART REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING BUT REPLACE IT AND WILL "NOT" GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE BAD BATTERY. THEY WANT ME TO WAIT FOR 3 DAYS TO GET AN APPROVAL FOR THE RETURN/REFUND. SINCE I NEED MY CAR IMMEDIATELY, I CANNOT WAIT.AND MUST PURCHASE A NEW ONE! I WILL "NEVER" PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE FROM THEM !

The service is really bad and the people are rude , the whole operation was more that a 2 hour operation , it was just to take screws out and to put them back in , just to mind you it was only 2 screws , the whole place was not busy , it was only us and it took 2 hours , unbelievable WORST PLACE EVER
