Hey Longo Lexus Team!I visited this Lexus dealership 02/24! I had the best experience with getting my car serviced. I initially came in for an oil change, but ended up getting my battery and breaks switched out as well. Everyone was very nice and friendly.Additionally, I walked into my car and saw a wash card. I want to shoutout whoever cleaned my car YE I did not expect for them to clean the inside of my car so well. I have been slacking on cleaning the interior of my car so it was a very NICE surprise to walk in and my car look brand new! Very nice job to whoever did this! I would like to thank them for going BEYOND!Best Regards to the Longo Team!

We were greeted at the showroom door by Simon, our salesman. He was very friendly, courteous & knowledgable about various Lexus products, vehicle packages and services available. When my wife finally decided on purchasing a 2024 Lexus NX 250, Simon was helpful in working with sales manager & us to negotiate a fair trade-in value for my wife s car, and after some brief haggling we finalized a reasonable price & terms for her new car. Anna in Tech Services was also very friendly, patient and thorough in helping my wife set-up Lexus app on her iPhone, Apple Play on her new car, and super-helpful introducing us to the new features, settings & accessories available on our new SUV. Overall, we had a very positive experience and we are grateful to Simon, Anna & Kevin in Finance Department for their helpful, customer friendly service! Thank-you. Great experience at Lexus Longo. I knew what I wanted made an appointment with Starnie and took the car the same day.I had done tons of research before stepping foot into any dealer so I knew what features I wanted and which ones I was okay not having. Took home a certified pre-owned Lexus is350.

Longo Lexus provided me with a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience.Jackson was my salesman. I could not ask for a more friendly, professional, efficient, and genuine salesman. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He listened to what I wanted and kept me within my budget. I didn t feel pressured or obligated the entire time working with him.Rony from the finance department helped finalize the contract. To be honest, I was dreading this part of the transaction. However, his manner was equally pleasant. He explained the cost of additional services available at Longo Lexus but still respected my decision to choose what was best for my financial situation. I initially came to Longo Lexus with a pre-approved loan from a credit union bank. To my surprise, Rony offered me a substantially LOWER rate than I expected, which i wound up taking. It was definitely a win for me.I highly recommend Longo Lexus for their exceptional service and car selection; they truly went above and beyond to make sure I found what best fit myself financially as well giving me such great deal on trading in.P/S: Jackson took dang good pictures of his clients with their car too

Excellent service in Service and Parts Departments. Service advisor, John was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Part Department, was on top of returning missed calls, which caught me by surprise. I was quite impressed. Courtesy Vehicle Department offered choices of their availabilities, which was really nice. Excellent service all around. Quite pleased shifting my car service to Longo Lexus.

Longo Lexus was great with servicing my car. Clean facility, helpful & friendly staff & very professional. The only area of improvement can be when the customer requests their vehicle to be washed make sure you do a complete job & dry it completely. I had water freshly dripping all over & I had to hand dry it with my towel. I take pride in how my vehicle looks & don't like water spots. Other than that issue, the service was great & I will return for future service.

I had an issue with my car not starting, after putting a battery charger on the battery we noticed it wouldn't hold a charge. Called the dealer and made an appointment for the next day to bring it in. It was replaced at no charge because it was still under warranty. Everything went smooth, they were really busy but they had it fixed and on my way!!

Recently purchased a 2024 IS F Sport from Longo. Was negotiating between three dealers but Longo had the best price and process. I negotiated the price with salesperson Chris Tenorio via text message and one phone call. He met my price and processed my paperwork online. When I arrived the next day, everything was ready for me and I was out in 30 min. No pressure and excellent customer service. By far the easiest car purchase I ve ever made.

My car-buying experience at Longo Lexus surpassed any previous ones. The pricing was highly competitive, and the service was exceptional. The transparency throughout inspired trust, minimizing the need for haggling a pleasant surprise. Ray Huang, my salesperson, did an outstanding job locating the desired car. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I ve ever experienced. We had a great experience working with Digital Sales Manager, Dennis, to purchase our new car and the delivery team who even brought the car to our house with the paperwork and demonstrated all the technology/setup for the car! Never even had to set foot in the dealership, which was awesome since we live almost an hour away, and yet the service was top notch.

My overall experience with Longo Lexus has been nothing but excellent. I hated the process of buying cars ever since I had a terrible experience when I was younger. The persistency and the pressure from car sales people can sometimes be very stressful in my decision to choose what the right car for me would be. However, there were two individuals that really changed my perspective on auto dealerships, Fiona my salesperson and Eric my finance in charge of my application. Fiona was very patient and understanding in my needs when I explained what I was looking for. She patiently and expertly explained all the features of the vehicles I was considering. There was one point that stood out to me out of the whole process and that was catering to the customers need. She wasn t trying to up-sale me on anything I do not want or would ever use. She even told me, If you are not going to use the feature then there s no point in buying a car that comes with it. Fiona patiently told me to take my time and she would be more than glad to keep looking for a car that better suited me. After picking out the car that I like and was in my price range she advices me that they were going to run my credit and that I would be talking to Lexus financial to sign the contract. She told me that they would offer me other services when I talk to the finance and not to feel pressured to make those purchases unless I felt the absolute need to get them. Eric was the one in charge of my contract. Before we signed he asked if I was interested in any of the products, such as tire insurance and maintenance package. He explained what each of those were and I made my decision as to which and if I needed those services. He carefully and meticulously explained what was included in my purchase and what was not. He stopped at every section and asked me if there was anything I wasn t sure about. He reassured me that no matter how small or ridiculous I thought the questions were he was more than glad to answer. After signing the contract I was turned over back to Fiona again where she had washed, charged, and put gas into my brand new RX. She helped me setup my Lexus app on my phone and showed me all the features that I could utilize. Even after selling me the car she was still answering any questions I had via text! You would think after selling the car they would just forget about me right?! Overall Longo is where it s at when you want to buy a Lexus. Their team is super chill and down to earth. Keep it up Longo!

Dixon, James, Anthony, and the entire team at Longo Lexus made our new-car purchase such an easy, pleasant, and straight-forward process. The day started with an introduction to Dixon, our salesman. Dixon was very professional. He heard what we were looking for in a car, narrowed it down to 3 options, and showed us the 3 options. We talked about different packages and modifications, which he then showed us. On the whole, he showed us what we wanted to see as well as different variations and alternatives. We did a test drive, and finished in the office by reviewing the available stock.The process was very professional and low-stress. There was no pressure. Dixon finished the day by reviewing numbers, running it by the team, and then passing me to Anthony and the finance team to close the deal. At the end, even after signing the papers and getting the keys, Dixon showed me the car again and helped me to customize the unique features of the car, install the app, and see us off on our way.Buying a car was so easy. Thank you Dixon, James, Anthony, and Longo Lexus.

I wish I can keep him as a secret, but he truly deserves the recognition. Robin Ho is the best Service Advisor at Longo Lexus, so if you need service done on your vehicle, please ask for him. Robin provides honest advice/feedback, and he understands each person has different financial situation, so he won t sell you for anything you don t need or cannot afford. He is a great communicator, very responsive. I trust Robin.

Dennis Lo did a superb job in handling all aspects of the transaction including paperwork, delivery and coordination with the service department for the addition of dealer installed options.He made himself available at any time that fit our schedule to meet and complete our transaction.A truly customer centered Long Lexus professional!

Love Longo Lexus! My family has been coming here for decades. I brought my car in recently for service and had a wonderful experience. Kelly Yang is the Service Advisor who assisted me, and he is incredibly helpful. Process from drop-off to pick-up was super seamless, and they are very transparent about pricing and the services you are getting done, as well as outlining future services and anticipated costs. The lounge waiting area is very comfortable if you decide not to get a loaner, and there are PC and Mac computers you can use, as well as WiFi and drinks and snacks. Overall super happy!

I have leased cars from several dealerships (over the past 16 years) & Longo Lexus is BY FAR the BEST and EASIEST dealership to work with!! And Sergio Orozco is HANDS DOWN the BEST Sales Consultant I have EVER done a deal with!! Great service at Longo Lexus. I showed up wanting to know more about the vehicles and which could potentially be a good fit. Victor was phenomenal in assisting and allowing us to visit the lot and explore options without pushing like some other dealers typically do. Victor was busy with other customers but made sure to keep us in the loop and answer our questions as we made our decision on what model I ultimately selected. I even went home in my new car on the same day once everything was situated and paperwork filed. Overall, great in all sections

Although I ve never had a problem until recently.Went in for a tire change and alignment. Work got done but I was never notified so they kept me waiting for another hour or so, and I had to go find the person that was helping me for an update. Other than that service has been good.

Loved my last service! Francis buffed out a scratch I made to my almost new vehicle and it looks like new again. He essentially gave me a whole new SUV and I couldn't be happier. Always first rate!

Had Starnie Li as my dealer and had the best service after contacting many dealers within several weeks in LA. She handled everything real fast and smooth, finance, insurance, etc. Made the best deal I could get, no push. Overall experience of getting my first car is out of my expectation.

This is my first time at Longo Lexus. Jose Mendoza made our first experience very exciting! He was not only straightforward with any questions that we had, but also kept a joyful energy throughout. Very accommodating and addresses concerns we have and VERY PATIENT with our gazillion questions . I wouldn t hesitate to refer him to friends and families.
