EXPO AUTO BODY staff and service is very unprofessional. My car was taken here from my accident from my insurance company in October and throughout the whole time all I ever got was the run around from various staff members stating my parts to fix my vehicle were on different truck loads and there was issues with the delivery of the parts and so forth. I was also told they didn t order certain inspectors to come out and check if my vehicle was drivable until the next business day. So ridiculous. My car was promised to me around Thanksgiving but didn t end up receiving until a week afterwards. I definitely DO NOT recommend you bring your vehicle here for repairs. Always got promised a call with updates and never received any. I myself had to call and get updates like if I was looking after children in school. Very un happy and dissatisfied with overall experience.

Great people! I went to Expo on a reference from a friend. My 2017 Hyundai was hit on the front driver side and I have insurance but a high deductible and no rental car coverage. Right away Tom got me a rental car that was brought to me while i was at the shop and Louis worked with me on my deductible. My car looks like it was never damaged. Great job to all the guys in the shop!!! Much Thanks!

Worst place ever and the biggest lie ever first they tell me 3 days fo1or a minor damage top bumper then on 3rd day they1 told me a week witch is understandable cause they found more damage they said at the end of week the insurance just liked the work..if they where taking long why didn't they tell me so I can contact my insurance to speed things up. And they didn't cause they trying to collect more money on the storage fee
