The staff of this paint shop have a 5-star service, they take care of you very well from the moment you leave your car until they deliver it to you and they let you know what is happening very well explained.I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car. The work may be small but with that you realize the quality of the service and attention that they provide you

They did a great job on my car. I got rear ended and it was pretty bad, whole bumper had to be replaced. I saw this shop and decided to go here. We know car collision can be a hassle but the staff here made me feel my car is in good hands. Paula is very accommodating as soon as I enter the door, she made me feel welcomed not like some others. Also, Luis explained everything with what s going on and the costing. My car s like brand new again. Everyone s noticing how beautiful she is. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I wanted to say I am very satisfied with their service. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed. I also wanted to take some time to say their receptionist Paula was amazing!! I m all about customer service and she is hands down the best. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave she has a smile and is just in great spirits. She made sure I felt comfortable and work with me through all my concerns. She was also pleasant over the phone. I wish more businesses had a Paula. Definitely a great person.

Amazed with the work done of the car! color matching done perfect, polished up and detailed all around and even hooked me up with an interior detail as well. Will be definitely recommending family & friends to El Monte Collision, you definitely are treated like a human here compared to my other experiences with body shops which usually makes the whole situation stressful. They provided me with daily updates on the car, advised when parts would be coming in, provided me with the schedule of what my car was getting worked on next and just all around went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable, taken car of and informed! couldn't be happier with the results and so happy to be driving my baby once again.

My experience at this shop was great. Paula Joel and Luis are friendly and professional. They will make you feel comfortable. They went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle. When I arrived at El Monte Collision Center i was having a really bad day due to dealing with the insurance company and other car auto body shops that tried to get extra money out of repairs. I was greeted by Luis Rios and Paula Rivera and i have to say they were the sweetest and most welcoming and Professional. I felt like family there.My car was completely vandalized with key scratches all around the entire car and to make matters worse i also accidentally scraped the side while parking in a tight garage space. Luis took care of all of the damages even though Infinity insurance tried to charge me with two separate claims which was $2000. I was devastated and knew i could not afford this.Luis was so gracious to only charge for one claim for the vandalism and offered to fix the scrapes at no additional cost to me. After researching multiple auto body shops I went based off of the amazing reviews he received online and i am so glad i was not disappointed.Luis repaired all the scratches and scrapes and even took out the dents in my car and detailed the interior. When i received my car back i felt like the car looked better than when i bought it from the used car dealer. The black color is amazing and Luis even kept it in a room so there was no dust on the car while i was picking it up. i am so happy there are good hearted people in this world that takes pride in their work and attention to customer service and details.Luis also sent photos along the way via email as my car was getting worked on which took a lot of stress off for me. He even sent the car back to be polished a second time because it was not perfect yet prior to pickup. I also received my car on-time also and i like that they have a lifetime warranty on the paint.I would come back to this place 1000x again for future repairs.Thank you to El Monte Collision center for their amazing detailed paint jobs and customer service.Service: Painting

The job was done okay, not the best repair. They "fixed" my driver side fender but it wasn't really properly levelled. They also replaced my driver side light, and it also wasn't properly levelled, and finally. The paint job or clear coat was done somewhat messy ( got the orange peel affect). It's somewhat hard to tell on a picture but it's noticeable when I'm with in 3 feet of my car. My bumper started to pop out after a month of going there for "repairs", I would never go back there again!

Highly satisfied with the workmanship done with my car. El Monte Collision Center is nothing but AWESOME!!Very nice and professional team.Most specially Luis Rios for his daily updates regarding the status of the car s repair progress.Paula Rivera for her step by step assistance from processing the paperwork for the claims with the insurance to arranging a rental for me.No wonder why they have such high regards from their clients because they really are Best at what they do!And I m proud to say that it was such a pleasure being one of their many clients. Now it's my turn to do my end of things. I drive a 2018 Honda Civic Type R and I made the dumbest mistake. An expensive one to say the least. Passenger wheel ran right into a curb, destroying pretty much everything down to the axle. Steering rack as well. Not all hope was lost. El Monte Collision Center gave me and my Type R a 2nd chance. They believed the car was still road worthy. El Monte Collision Center went above and beyond for me time after time. They kept me updated about what was happening to the car. They were professional every step of the way. Bottom line: They erased my mistake. It looks like NOTHING happened to the car. They took no shortcuts. EVERYTHING was done correctly and precisely. El Monte Collision Center was my choice of who I wanted to repair my car and I have NO regrets. 100% absolutely without a doubt HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Very helpful, called them after another place told me that they could not fix my car until January because of the problem with the Long Beach Ports. I called El Monte Collision Center and spoke to the manager Luis who was very nice and helpful. Emailed I'm pictures of the damage and he said 5 days to get my car fixed.

My Tesla 3 was hit on the back by an other car. I brought it to Fix Auto in El Monte. After getting approval from my insurance , Fix Auto repaired my car . Fast, excellent work. Corina the receptionist at this auto body shop is friendly, she often gave me update on my car, I am completely satisfied with their work at FixAuto in El Monte. 5 starsService: Body & Trim

I want to compliment this auto shop all the way around since the moment I walked into the office Paula welcomed me right away and was very friendly. I also want to thank Luis for doing an excellent job in taking good care of my car from the start to the finish He kept me up to date on a daily through emails and phone calls. He answered all my questions right away. He went beyond the call of duty to get my car back to me in less time than was expected and I m not only grateful for that but also for the awesome job he did in fixing my car. I m very satisfied with the kind of work that was done on my car. I will definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone that will need help with their cars. Way to go Luis! This place is awesome! Luis and Paula are extremely friendly and informative. Luis kept me updated via email with pictures for the progress of the job and everything's completely within time (5 days earlier than predicted). They reply to you really fast, too.

Fixed the front end of my car for an insurance claim. They did a great job and when I found a small problem. They had come right back and they fixed it.

car was soppose to be done in 4days they took 2 weeks......2 months later front bumper was falling off plus there was a deffect in the paint my door also had 2 chip marks on it........took it back to fix front bumper and paint now a year later bumper falling off again plus i noticed they had put glue to hold it in place
